Based on the analysis of case of Wenchuan earth-quake, this paper analyzes the importance and urgency of disaster education, and puts forword methods and policies which will be helpful to strengthen the public disaster education while commemorating the sixth anniversary of the enactment of the Science Popularization Legislation.
