Three big scares of science popularization (or three upsurges of popular science) in modern China has been witnessed by China's modern scientific history, which goes hand in introduces some information and the concerned activities of popularizing scientific knowledge before China Association For Science and Technology was founded during the second big growth period, which is the most important scientific institution in China.
