Outline
This essay considers different factors such as the necessity and feasibility of carry out education activities both at home and abroad. Theories on motivation and environment of learning are also discussed. Furthermore, it put forward many constructive ideas for the network education platform in order to enhance the level of science education of CSTM, which could provide some advice for other local science centers in China.
