At present, the problems in the practicing of science and technology popularization in community are mostly result from the popularization model “residents objectification”, therefore, the thoughts shifting from “residents objectification” to “residents subjectivation” of science and technology popularization is the preconditions for solving problems. The thoughts shifting, firstly needs is the staffs of science and technology popularization change their science and technology popularization thoughts, secondly to foster the residents' subject consciousness, and lastly to set up the network architecture to ensure information flowing smoothly.
