Before the Science and Technology Popularization Law was issued, The legal system construction for science popularization has been carried out in many fields. Meanwhile, the legal system building for science popularization in local area has promoted extensively. Since the issue and enforcement of Science and Technology Popularization Law in 2002, the construction of legal system for science popularization in China has undergone a fully development. The legal system for branch science popularization has gradually systematized. The science popularization legal system in local area developed deeply in all directions and multilevel. The prolongation of the legal system for science popularization in critical areas and new fields is in the ascendant.
