The Theory of Participation Deeply emphasizes that meteorological science popularization object is the center, so that the participants will not become passive recipients of meteorological science knowledge. On the contrary, they will participate in information processing and build the significance of meteorological scientific knowledge system. This means that we must adopt a new mode and innovation design ideas in the process of meteorological science popularization.
