The paper analyzed the important role of the science communication and popularization of the science and technology projects in China, investigated the needs for science popularization among the scientists, and reviewed similar practices in four developed countries as USA, Japan, UK and Germany. At last, the paper discussed the popularizing pattern of science and technology projects and suggested the correlative approaches.
