Observation is one of the most fundamental and important scientific inquiry skills. This paper describes the following ways to improve primary scholar's observation ability in teaching. 1. inspire the desire of observation; 2. define the purpose of observation; 3. teach students observation methods; 4. teach students in field observation; 5. modify results in cooperation; 6. learn the preliminary processing of observation results; 7. train students for the improvement of their attitude towards science.
