Firstly, the article analyzes the importance of talents team building of the national popular science base. Secondly, based on the survey of the 186 national popular science bases, it introduces the status of these bases' talents team building comprehensively from the aspects of personnel's post setting, the construction of education level, the cultivation of personnel's literacy, talents' gap, talents' training, and so on. Lastly, the article points out several developmental strategies of talents basing on the future developmental tendency of science popularization.
