Youth creativity assessment has important practical significance for youth creativity training in the process of education. This study combs youth creativity literatures and organize the history and development of creativity assessment tools, and provideds a brief overview from the creative individual, creative process, creative products, creative environment and comprehensive assessment tools evaluation dimensions, pointing out the existing problems on assessment tools and creativity theory.
