With the acceleration of the global digital process, the digital business environment has become an important area to enhance national competitiveness. By using CiteSpace to biblimeasure and analyze 175 articles published on Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from 2013 to 2024, the research progress and trend of China’s digital business environment were explored. The research results show that the digital business environment can be divided into three stages, including desert, emergence and growth period. The research focus is on the development of digital government, digital trade, finance and other specific application fields. The application of digital technology, digital transformation of government service and policy support are closely related to its development.
