Peilong Wang obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2012 from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences under the supervision of Dr. Zhi-Hua Ye. Since 2019, he has been a full professor at Institute of Quality Standards and Testing Technology for Agro-products (IQSTAP), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), His research interest focuses on the designment of sensors based on novel nanomaterials, and miniaturized rapid screening method based on nanotechnology, mainly in food safety field. He has authored 35 peer reviewed international journal papers. In addition, he has filed 4 Chinese patents

Zhenyu Lin is a professor in College of Chemistry at Fuzhou University (China). He obtained his B.S. degree in polymer material and engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology (China) and Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Fuzhou University. He joined the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Analysis and Detection for Food Safety at Fuzhou Universitysince 2007.Subsequently, heworkedasa postdoctoral fellow in Graduate School of Environmental Studies & School of Engineering, Tohoku University (Japan). His research focuses on biosensors based on nanomaterials for food safety analysis and disease forewarning & diagnosis. He is the first or corresponding author of a large number of international papers
