The Dynamic Economy Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) will hold the 2026 Annual Academic Conference (hereinafter referred to as the “Annual Conference”) in November 2026. The conference will invite committee members and experts from power grid enterprises, universities, and research institutions to discuss and exchange views on key issues including new-type power systems, energy transition and high-quality development, and energy and power reform. All organizations are welcome to encourage experts, researchers, engineers, faculty members, and students in electrical engineering to actively submit papers. Relevant details are as follows:

I. Topics for Submission

Topics cover all relevant fields of the energy and power industry, including but not limited to: energy and power planning, power grid technology, electricity and economy, power generation technology, power systems, power transmission and distribution, power automation, environmental protection, power informatization, new energy, and other related areas.

II. Important Dates

· Paper submission system opens: upon issuance of this notice

· Deadline for full paper submission: September 30

· Completion of paper review: October 30

· Release of paper acceptance notices: November 6

III. Submission Requirements

1. Only unpublished original papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited. Papers must not involve confidential content. Authors are responsible for the authenticity and objectivity of their papers.

2. Retain figures, curves, and tables  that support the main points of the paper, and clearly indicate data sources.

3. Authors must avoid academic misconduct. Papers found to contain plagiarism or duplicate submissions will be withdrawn.

IV. Submission Instructions

1. The committee has authorized Electric Power journal to organize and coordinate paper review and high-quality paper selection for the 2026 Annual Academic Conference.

2. Please follow the official website or WeChat official account of Electric Power to download the paper template. Submitted papers should be about 6,000 words, formatted in Microsoft Word, and strictly comply with the latest template of Electric Power. Papers must include English translations of the title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, and references.

Click “Author Submission”, select the special topic “2026 Annual Conference of Dynamic Economy Professional Committee”, upload the electronic paper, and fill in the required information.

4. Unless authors explicitly declare to the conference secretariat in advance, submitted papers will be deemed to have authorized the committee to recommend and use the papers.

5. High-quality papers will be selected and recommended for publication in Electric Power.

6. Authors of selected high-quality papers will be given priority to present at the 2026 Annual Academic Conference of the CSEE Dynamic Economy Professional Committee to share and promote their research findings.
