The Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, clearly states that China will fully implement the “AI Plus” initiative to enable artificial intelligence to empower all industries across the board. As a new-generation general-purpose technology, AI features cross-industry and cross-sector integration, serving as an important pillar for advancing the intelligent upgrading of industries, fostering new-quality productive forces, and building a modern industrial system.

To actively follow national strategic guidelines and advance theoretical innovation and practical exploration in the integrated development of AI and industries, Science Technology and Industry is launching a special column “Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Integration”. We hereby solicit high-quality original research papers from experts and scholars in domestic and international academic, industrial, and government sectors on a year-round basis.

II. Submission Requirements

1. Submissions shall have a correct political orientation, be unpublished original academic papers, with clear viewpoints, reliable data, rigorous logic, and value in theoretical innovation or practical guidance.

2. Manuscripts should follow the submission template on the official website of Science, Technology and Industry, with a length of no less than 6,000 words. The format shall comply with academic norms and the journal’s requirements (see the “Submission Guidelines” on the journal’s homepage for details).

3. Please select the column “Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Integration” when submitting. Authors must register their real name, affiliation, telephone number, and email address in the submission system.

4. Academic misconduct, such as duplicate submission and plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Authors shall bear corresponding legal and academic responsibilities.
