Using Wanzhi 21 sesame as the experimental material, four harvesting periods of sesame leaf vegetable were set as follows: starting from the 40th day (P40), the 50th day (P50), the 60th day (P60), and the 70th day (P70) after the emergence of sesame, with the without harvesting sesame leaf vegetable as control (PCK). Through the two year continuous experiment, the effects of different harvesting periods on the main economic traits and yield of sesame leaf vegetable were studied, and a comprehensive benefit analysis was conducted. The results showed that the effects of the harvesting period of sesame leaf vegetable on the plant height, capsule axis length, effective node number, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, and 1000-seed weight reached a significant level. The later the harvesting period of leaf vegetable, the slower the decline in the economic traits, which was specifically reflected as PCK > P70 > P60 > P50 > P40. The later the harvesting period of leaf vegetable, the higher the yield of sesame seeds, and the lower the reduction rate of seed yield. On the contrary, the earlier the sesame leaf vegetable harvesting, the higher the yield and net benefit of sesame leaf vegetables, but the lower the dry-fresh ratio of leaf vegetable. Specifically, the dry-fresh ratio showed an order of P40 < P50 < P60 < P70. The benefit from sesame seeds was just the opposite, and the later the sesame leaf vegetable harvesting, the higher the benefit from sesame seeds. The comprehensive benefit of harvesting leaf vegetable was the highest at P70 treatment, which increased by 39.06%-58.22% compared with PCK treatment. Therefore, the 70th day is the best harvesting period for sesame leaf vegetable, which can achieve the greatest comprehensive benefit of sesame cultivation.

以宛芝21芝麻为试验材料,设置芝麻出苗后第40天开始摘叶(P40)、第50天开始摘叶(P50)、第60天开始摘叶(P60)和第70天摘叶(P70)4个摘叶时期处理,以不摘叶处理为对照(PCK),通过2年试验,研究芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期对芝麻主要经济性状和产量的影响,并进行综合效益分析。结果表明,芝麻叶菜采摘时期对株高、果轴长、有效果节数、株蒴数、蒴粒数和千粒重均产生了显著影响,采摘叶菜时期越晚,经济性状均有降低越少的趋势,具体表现为PCK>P70>P60>P50>P40,籽粒产量越高,籽粒产量的减产率也越低。相反,叶菜采摘时期越早,芝麻叶菜产量越高,净收益越高,但叶菜干鲜比越低,具体干鲜比表现为P40<P50<P60<P70;但芝麻籽收益恰恰相反,叶菜采摘越晚芝麻籽收益越高。P70处理综合效益最大,较PCK处理提高39.06%~58.22%。因此,第70天摘叶是最佳采摘芝麻叶菜时期,可取得种植芝麻最大综合效益。

以宛芝21芝麻为试验材料,设置芝麻出苗后第40天开始摘叶(P40)、第50天开始摘叶(P50)、第60天开始摘叶(P60)和第70天摘叶(P70)4个摘叶时期处理,以不摘叶处理为对照(PCK),通过2年试验,研究芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期对芝麻主要经济性状和产量的影响,并进行综合效益分析。结果表明,芝麻叶菜采摘时期对株高、果轴长、有效果节数、株蒴数、蒴粒数和千粒重均产生了显著影响,采摘叶菜时期越晚,经济性状均有降低越少的趋势,具体表现为PCK>P70>P60>P50>P40,籽粒产量越高,籽粒产量的减产率也越低。相反,叶菜采摘时期越早,芝麻叶菜产量越高,净收益越高,但叶菜干鲜比越低,具体干鲜比表现为P40<P50<P60<P70;但芝麻籽收益恰恰相反,叶菜采摘越晚芝麻籽收益越高。P70处理综合效益最大,较PCK处理提高39.06%~58.22%。因此,第70天摘叶是最佳采摘芝麻叶菜时期,可取得种植芝麻最大综合效益。

Using Wanzhi 21 sesame as the experimental material, four harvesting periods of sesame leaf vegetable were set as follows: starting from the 40th day (P40), the 50th day (P50), the 60th day (P60), and the 70th day (P70) after the emergence of sesame, with the without harvesting sesame leaf vegetable as control (PCK). Through the two year continuous experiment, the effects of different harvesting periods on the main economic traits and yield of sesame leaf vegetable were studied, and a comprehensive benefit analysis was conducted. The results showed that the effects of the harvesting period of sesame leaf vegetable on the plant height, capsule axis length, effective node number, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, and 1000-seed weight reached a significant level. The later the harvesting period of leaf vegetable, the slower the decline in the economic traits, which was specifically reflected as PCK > P70 > P60 > P50 > P40. The later the harvesting period of leaf vegetable, the higher the yield of sesame seeds, and the lower the reduction rate of seed yield. On the contrary, the earlier the sesame leaf vegetable harvesting, the higher the yield and net benefit of sesame leaf vegetables, but the lower the dry-fresh ratio of leaf vegetable. Specifically, the dry-fresh ratio showed an order of P40 < P50 < P60 < P70. The benefit from sesame seeds was just the opposite, and the later the sesame leaf vegetable harvesting, the higher the benefit from sesame seeds. The comprehensive benefit of harvesting leaf vegetable was the highest at P70 treatment, which increased by 39.06%-58.22% compared with PCK treatment. Therefore, the 70th day is the best harvesting period for sesame leaf vegetable, which can achieve the greatest comprehensive benefit of sesame cultivation.

芝麻(Sesamum indicum L.)属胡麻科胡麻属,主产地为亚洲和非洲,是世界上最古老的油料作物之一[1]。在我国芝麻已有2000多年的栽培历史[2],种植面积较大[3],作为一种传统种植作物,芝麻能够产出具有芝麻和小磨香油风味特色的油类,这些油类可作为工业原料,也可作为家庭必备的调味油品,而且其副产品芝麻叶风味独特,在我国主产区一直被当作蔬菜食用。现代科学研究[4]发现芝麻叶富含钾、钙、磷和铁等矿质元素,氨基酸组成均衡,是宝贵的蔬菜资源。芝麻叶中还含有多糖、黄酮和多酚等抗氧化生物活性物质,具有清除人体自由基、抗衰老及降血脂等医疗保健功能[5-9]。在现代科学和中医药研究的推动下,我国芝麻主产区农民采摘芝麻叶做菜食用的传统习惯已被传承和发扬,芝麻叶菜已成为了一种特色菜类,也被称为“黑色蔬菜”[10],芝麻叶菜生产加工逐渐成为一种新兴产业。驻马店的芝麻叶面条(麻叶糊涂面)已成为其独具特色的经典地方小吃;南阳市卧龙区陆营镇建立了干芝麻叶集散批发市场;甚至芝麻叶还被加工成芝麻叶罐头[11]、即食芝麻叶快餐食品等投放市场。目前,芝麻叶贸易十分活跃,产值巨大。
近年来,对芝麻叶的研究已逐渐受到学术界的关注,但研究内容主要集中于叶片专用芝麻的选育[12]、营养成分[4]与功效研究[3,6-7,9]、加工利用研究[11]及天然成分提取与应用[5-6,8],而对芝麻叶菜采摘时期主要经济产量性状的影响及综合效益分析较少。叶片是植物进行光合作用合成有机物的主要器官,国内外研究[13-16]表明,摘除叶片会影响作物的产量和品质,但影响程度因作物而异。因此芝麻采摘叶片后会对产量有影响。李丰等[2]研究了芝麻不同摘叶时期和摘叶方式,认为在芝麻盛花期15 d和初花期摘全部叶片均减产50%以上。但其仅研究了芝麻生长期中一次采摘叶片的情况,芝麻具有无限生长习性,生产中采摘芝麻叶片作为叶菜食用也是连续进行采摘的。刘焱等[17]采用连续摘叶的方式研究了摘叶时期对芝麻产量的影响,认为摘叶时间越早,籽粒产量越低。而采用传统连续采摘叶片方式研究芝麻叶菜采摘时期对芝麻主要经济性状和产量的影响,并基于芝麻叶、芝麻籽粒产量和芝麻叶采摘成本进行综合效益分析鲜见报道。为此,本试验研究了不同采摘叶片时期对芝麻主要经济性状和籽粒产量的影响,并就采摘芝麻叶菜进行综合效益分析,为芝麻叶菜采摘和加工利用提供理论依据。
试验于2020-2021年在河南省南阳市农业科学院试验基地(32°54′ N,112°25′ E)进行,该地海拔120 m,处于亚热带向暖温带的过渡地带,属典型的亚热带季风气候,芝麻生长的5-8月平均气温25 ℃,降水量515.4 mm,日照时数702.2 h。试验地前茬为冬季深翻冻垡春闲地,再上一年是冬春闲地―夏玉米田,试验地连续3年内没种过芝麻。供试土壤类型为黄褐土沙壤,2020年0~20 cm土壤中全氮1.12 g/kg、碱解氮55.02 mg/kg、速效磷24.34 mg/kg、速效钾123.80 mg/kg、有机质14.98 g/kg;2021年0~20 cm土壤中全氮1.16 g/kg、碱解氮56.22 mg/kg、速效磷23.79 mg/kg、速效钾124.10 mg/kg、有机质16.14 g/kg。
试验设置4个采摘时期:芝麻出苗后第40天开始摘叶,之后每隔10 d摘叶1次(P40);芝麻出苗后第50天开始摘叶,之后每隔10 d摘叶1次(P50);芝麻出苗后第60天开始摘叶,之后第70 天再摘叶1次(P60);芝麻出苗后第70天仅摘叶1次(P70);全生育期不摘叶(PCK)。摘叶时从下部第4对真叶开始向上摘,采摘全部完全展平叶片,不摘叶柄。试验采用完全随机区组排列,设3次重复,小区行长5 m,行距0.4 m,每区种植6行芝麻,小区面积12 m2,小区重复间留1 m走道,试验地周围种2 m芝麻作保护区。试验品种为南阳市农业科学院选育的高产多抗芝麻新品种宛芝21(鉴定编号:豫品鉴芝麻2021012)。试验密度设为常规种植的18万株/hm2。试验地播种前均匀撒施复合肥料(N-P2O5-K2O:15-15-15)450 kg/hm2,并旋耕入土壤作底肥。播种方式、田间管理及收获方式等管理措施同高产田。2020年试验5月30日播种,6月3日出苗,8月28日收获;2021年试验5月19日播种,5月27日出苗,8月19日收获。
根据试验处理设计,每个采摘时期每次全区采摘芝麻叶片后立即称量鲜叶重,然后焯水至熟,捞出过凉水冷却后,挤出水分,稍作晾晒后,将其揉搓成条。晒干,称量干叶重,计算干鲜比(干叶重/鲜叶重)。
成熟期每小区中间连续选取10株代表性植株进行经济性状调查。株高指子叶节至主茎顶端长度,果轴长指主茎最下一个有效蒴果至顶端有效蒴果长度,有效果节数指有效蒴果着生的节位数,株蒴数指全株有效蒴果总数。结果均取平均值。
从选取的10株具有代表性的植株中,在每株主茎的上、中、下3个部分,分别选取相同部位的完整蒴果各1个(其中1株选取主蒴果,另1株选取边蒴果,如此交替进行)。共计30个蒴果,晒干后完全脱粒,用万深SC-A种子自动数粒仪测定平均单蒴粒数和千粒重。成熟时按小区全区收获,完全脱粒后称产。
每次采摘、焯水芝麻叶菜时记录各小区所用人数及每人所用时间,按每人每日工作8 h算出用工量。按以下公式计算经济效益:人工采摘焯水成本(元)=芝麻叶采摘焯水用工量×采摘人工费;芝麻叶产值(元)=芝麻干叶产量×芝麻干叶价格;芝麻籽粒产值(元)=芝麻籽粒产量×芝麻籽粒价格;综合效益(元)=芝麻叶产值+芝麻籽粒产值-人工采摘焯水成本。本研究只计算芝麻叶人工采摘焯水的成本,其他成本投入各处理均一致,在本研究中不计算。
采用Microsoft Excel 2003软件进行数据统计分析,采用stst软件对数据进行方差分析。
表1可知,芝麻叶菜采摘时期在2年试验中对株高均有显著影响,且在2020年达极显著水平,P60、P70和PCK处理2年试验中株高均表现出较高水平,P40和P50处理表现出较低水平,且2年试验中均表现出采摘叶菜时期越晚,株高越高的趋势,即PCK>P70>P60>P50>P40。芝麻叶菜采摘时期对芝麻果轴长在2年试验中均有显著影响,其中2020年影响达极显著水平,P60和PCK处理果轴长在较高水平,2021年P60、P70和PCK处理果轴长在较高水平,且试验中均表现为采摘叶菜时间越早,果轴长越短,2020年P40处理较PCK处理果轴长显著减少43.32%,2021年显著减少25.88%。芝麻叶菜采摘时期对有效果节数影响2年均达显著水平,其中2020年影响达极显著水平,P70处理有效果节数虽处在较高水平,但显著低于PCK处理,2021年P70与PCK处理有效果节数在同一较高水平上,2年试验均表现出采摘叶菜时间越早,有效果节数越少的趋势,2020年P40处理较PCK处理有效果节数显著减少48.58%,2021年显著减少21.46%。在2年试验中,芝麻叶菜采摘时期对株蒴数均有显著影响,其中2021年达极显著水平,采摘叶菜时间越早,株蒴数越少,其中2020年P40处理较PCK处理株蒴数显著减少51.54%,P60、P70和PCK处理株蒴数在同一较高水平上,2021年P50处理较PCK处理株蒴数极显著减少42.84%,P70和PCK处理株蒴数在同一较高水平上。在2年试验中,芝麻叶菜采摘时期对蒴粒数的影响均表现出极显著差异,2020年芝麻叶菜最高蒴粒数时期是P70处理,最低是P40处理,P40较P70处理显著减少57.18%,P60、P70和PCK处理蒴粒数在同一较高水平上,2021年最高蒴粒数是PCK处理,最低是P40处理,P40较PCK处理显著减少34.09%,P70和PCK处理株蒴数在同一较高水平上。芝麻叶菜采摘时期对2年试验中千粒重均产生极显著影响,2年均是PCK处理最高,P40处理最低,2020年P40处理比PCK处理极显著减少32.57%,2021年极显著减少15.89%,且2年试验中PCK和P70处理均在同一较高水平上。
表2表明,2年试验中芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期对芝麻籽粒和叶菜产量均产生了极显著影响,均表现为采摘叶菜时期越晚,芝麻籽粒产量越高。P50和P40处理基本造成籽粒产量减产50%以上,2020年减产58.63%~62.27%,2021年减产54.47%~ 59.41%,2020年P70与PCK处理籽粒产量差异显著,2021年差异不显著,但均处于较高水平。2年试验均表现出芝麻叶菜采摘时期越早,芝麻叶菜产量越高。2年试验中P40和P50处理芝麻叶菜产量处于同一较高水平,P70处理叶菜产量最低,2020年P40处理比P70处理叶菜产量显著提高75.08%,2021年显著提高48.79%。
表3表明,2年试验中芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期生产出的芝麻叶菜不论是首次摘叶干鲜比,还是生长期总摘叶干鲜比均达到极显著水平,首次摘叶干鲜比和总摘叶干鲜比2年试验均表现为P40<P50<P60<P70,P70处理干鲜比最高且极显著高于其他处理,P40和P50处理总摘叶干鲜比处于同一较低水平。
表4可知,去除摘叶和焯水加工用工后净收益,2020年P40处理净收益最大,2021年P50处理净收益最大,2年试验基本表现出采摘叶菜越早,芝麻叶菜净收益越高;但芝麻籽收益恰恰与此相反,2年的试验均表现出PCK处理芝麻籽收益最高,芝麻叶菜采摘越早芝麻籽收益越低。采摘芝麻叶菜均可以提高种植芝麻收益,综合不同时期采摘芝麻叶菜净收益和芝麻籽收益,2年均是P70处理综合收益最大,其中2020年P70处理较PCK处理综合收益提高39.06%,2021年P70处理较PCK处理综合收益提高58.22%。另外2年综合收益中最大收益值差别比较大,2021年最大综合收益为23 229.8元/hm2,比2020年最大综合收益高43.57%。
叶片是植物进行光合作用生产同化产物的主要器官,从理论上说,采摘叶片会使植物生产同化产物受阻,但植物在生长过程中叶片受损是一种普遍的现象,或为害虫吃掉,或为病害危害,或为冰雹等自然灾害损伤,或为通风透光及获取饲料[18]等特殊用途摘去,或为获取超补偿能力去掉[13]等,所以摘叶对植物生长发育影响的大小需要通过研究衡量。作物摘叶在小麦[13,19-20]、玉米[15,21-23]、水稻[24-25]、棉花[26-27]、大豆[16,28]、油菜[29]和木薯[30-31]等作物上均已有研究。李文君等[26]研究表明,在棉花孕蕾期、盛蕾期和花铃期进行不同强度的去叶处理,棉花的株高、结铃都受到影响,且随着去叶强度的增加,株高和果枝数呈下降趋势,下降幅度增大,导致产量也基本呈下降趋势。胡宝成等[29]研究指出,花期去叶对杂交油菜的主要经济性状和产量影响很大,去叶愈早,平均株高、单株角果数和单株产量减少愈多。林洪鑫等[30]研究认为,木薯摘叶越多,则株高明显变矮。刘焱等[17]研究认为,摘叶对芝麻农艺性状和经济性状影响较大,表现为摘叶时间越早、次数越多,芝麻果轴越短、株蒴数越少,千粒重和单株产量越低,籽粒单产越低。本研究表明,在连续采摘芝麻叶菜的情况下,芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期引起株高、果轴长和有效果节数显著差异,采摘叶菜时期越早,株高、果轴长和有效果节数降低越多,并且P60、P70和PCK处理总是处于较高水平。这一研究结果与上述研究结果一致。虽然芝麻茎秆、叶柄和绿蒴也能进行光合作用生产少量的同化产物[32],但远远不能满足芝麻植株的生长,采摘叶菜后芝麻生长发育需要的同化产物不足,采摘越早同化产物越不足,生长发育受到的影响就越严重,株高、果轴长和有效果节数降低就越多。
刘万代等[13]研究指出,小麦抽穗期剪叶均导致干物质积累下降,结实粒数减少,粒重和籽粒产量降低,随被剪叶片数增加,结实粒数和粒重降低更多;邵庆勤等[20]研究认为,去叶处理均降低了供试小麦千粒重;张凤路等[15]研究授粉第2天去叶后发现,玉米去叶后穗长降低,穗粒数减少,百粒重下降,且全去叶下降最为明显;吴降星等[24]研究指出,水稻在孕穗期剪叶则会造成千粒重减重。本研究表明,在连续采摘芝麻叶菜的情况下,芝麻株蒴数、蒴粒数和千粒重基本表现为采摘叶菜时间越早,减少越显著,并且P60、P70和PCK处理总是处于较高水平。这一研究结果与上述的研究结果一致。芝麻采摘叶菜后,生产同化产物的源减少了,贮存同化产物的库——芝麻蒴和籽粒就受影响,采摘叶菜时间越早,源就减少越多,库也就减少越多,株蒴数、蒴粒数和千粒重下降越多。
本试验中测量的干物质积累有2类:熟芝麻叶和芝麻籽粒产量。采摘芝麻叶菜的干鲜比体现了不同采摘叶菜时期叶片干物质积累情况,干鲜比高则说明叶片中干物质积累多。王敏玲等[18]研究玉米生长后期去叶发现,玉米乳熟中期开始去叶,去叶较早、去叶量较大时会导致减产。段景发等[28]研究表明,在大豆开花至鼓粒期摘叶,以始花期摘叶影响产量最大,结荚期摘叶也有一定影响,摘叶时期越早对产量影响越大。刘焱等[17]研究认为,开始摘叶的时间越早,鲜叶和干叶的产量越高,开始摘叶时间越晚、次数越少,芝麻叶和籽粒积累的干物质越多,芝麻叶干鲜比越大。李丰等[2]研究指出,摘叶时期和摘叶方式对芝麻叶产量表现为盛花期15 d>盛花30 d>终花期>初花期,芝麻叶鲜干比随着摘叶时期的推迟而降低。本研究表明,在连续采摘芝麻叶菜的情况下,芝麻叶菜采摘时期越早,芝麻籽粒产量越低,因采摘芝麻叶菜造成的芝麻籽粒产量的减产率也越大;相反芝麻叶菜采摘时期越早,芝麻叶菜产量越高。芝麻叶菜不同采摘时期生产出的芝麻叶菜不论是首次摘叶干鲜比,还是生长期总摘叶干鲜比均达到极显著水平,首次摘叶干鲜比和生长期总摘叶干鲜比均表现为P70>P60>P50>P40,P70处理干鲜比最高且极显著高于其他处理,P40和P50处理干鲜比处于同一较低水平。这一研究结果与前人的研究结果一致。2年试验产量偏差较大主要是由于2020年7月中下旬低温寡照及7月下旬至8月中旬降水量偏多,造成芝麻产量和叶菜产量整体偏低。P70处理干鲜比最高,但是此期叶菜产量却是最低的,这是因为2年芝麻生育中后期降水量均较多,引起植株下部叶片较早发黄脱落,只能采摘中上部叶片。
芝麻叶本是芝麻生产中不被利用的副产品,人们习惯把未脱落的芝麻叶采摘食用,现在又通过食品加工技术,使芝麻叶菜应用越来越广泛,所以采摘芝麻叶菜的效益分析也成为芝麻叶菜研究的重要部分。刘焱等[17]研究认为,在芝麻出苗后第70天摘叶1次,可以实现芝麻种植效益最大化。李丰等[2]研究指出盛花期30 d,采摘全部芝麻叶的经济效益较CK分别提高19.36%(2017年)和34.54%(2018年),摘一侧叶的经济效益较CK分别提高20.29%(2017年)和24.39%(2018年),为芝麻叶最佳摘期。本研究表明,2年均是P70处理综合收益最大,其中2020年P70较PCK处理综合收益提高39.06%,2021年P70较PCK处理综合收益提高58.22%。此研究结果与刘焱等[17]和李丰等[2]的研究结果基本一致。2年试验经济效益偏差较大的主要原因是2020年整体芝麻产量和叶菜产量偏低。从常年气候、采摘叶菜后叶菜产量和籽粒产量的变化趋势和综合效益提升比例来看,芝麻籽粒和叶菜同时收获可取得较好收益,出苗后第70天采摘叶菜是最好时期。当然,若在芝麻叶市场行情较好的情况下,可以适当提早采摘芝麻叶,用较高的差价弥补早摘叶造成的籽粒产量损失。
在连续采摘芝麻叶菜的情况下,叶菜采摘时期对株高、果轴长、有效果节数、株蒴数、蒴粒数、千粒重和籽粒产量均产生了显著影响,采摘叶菜时期越晚,经济性状降低越少,芝麻籽粒产量越高。芝麻叶菜采摘时期越早,叶菜产量越高,叶菜净收益越高;但芝麻籽收益与此相反,采摘叶菜越晚芝麻籽收益越高,不摘叶菜芝麻籽收益最高。综合分析,芝麻出苗后第70天采摘叶菜种植芝麻综合效益最大,较不采摘叶菜综合效益提高39.06%~58.22%。
