To understand the effects of different fertilization rates and planting densities on yield and economic benefit of Zhuangtang 6, and to determine the optimal fertilization level and planting density, field experiments were carried out in Longʼan cane area of Nanning and Jiangzhou cane area of Chongzuo. A two-factor split-block design was conducted, with the main treatment (A) of fertilization. Three levels of 42% compound fertilizer 3750 (high fertilizer, A1), 2250 (medium fertilizer, A2) and 1125 kg/ha (low fertilizer, A3) were set. For secondary treatment (B), five planting densities were set: low density B1 (60 000 buds/ha), medium- low density B2 (75 000 buds/ha), medium density B3 (90 000 buds/ha), medium-high density B4 (105 000 buds/ha), and high density B5 (120 000 buds/ha). The results showed that the yield of Zhuangtang 6 sugarcane increased with the increasing planting density; however, there was no significant difference between yield and fertilization level. The correlation analysis showed that the yield and tillering rate were negatively correlated in the two cane areas (significantly in Longʼan and extremely significantly in Jiangzhou), and yield was significantly positively correlated with the number of productive stalks. The economic benefit of A3B5 treatment was the highest. The yield of A3B5 treatment in Longʼan area of Nanning was 91.44 t/ha, with an economic benefit of 35 419.5 yuan/ha, which was 6.75% higher than that of A2B4 treatment with the highest yield of 92.32 t/ha. The yield of A3B5 treatment in Jiangzhou area of Chongzuo was 74.88 t/ha, with an economic benefit of 27 190.2 yuan/ha, which was 27.15% higher than that of A1B4 treatment with the highest yield of 77.40 t/ha. Considering the different water and fertilizer conditions and management levels of the two sugarcane areas, the suitable fertilizer application rate for high-yield and high efficiency planting of Zhuangtang 6 is 1125-2250 kg/ha, and the reasonable planting density is 10 500-12 000 buds/ha.

为了解不同施肥量和种植密度对壮糖6号产量及效益的影响，确定合理的施肥量与种植密度，在南宁隆安蔗区和崇左江州蔗区进行不同施肥量和种植密度试验，采用二因素裂区设计，主处理（A）为施肥，设42%复合肥3750（高肥A1）、2250（中肥A2）和1125 kg/hm2（低肥A3）3个水平；副处理（B）为种植密度，设低密度B1（6万芽/hm2）、中低密度B2（7.5万芽/hm2）、中密度B3（9万芽/hm2）、中高密度B4（10.5万芽/hm2）和高密度B5（12万芽/hm2）5个不同密度。结果表明，壮糖6号甘蔗产量随种植密度增加而增加，与施肥量水平差异不显著。相关性分析显示，2个蔗区的产量与分蘖率分别呈显著和极显著负相关，与有效茎数均呈极显著正相关。两地试验均以A3B5处理的经济效益最高，南宁隆安蔗区A3B5处理产量为91.44 t/hm2，经济效益为35 419.5元/hm2，比产量最高为92.32 t/hm2的A2B4处理增收6.75%；崇左江州蔗区A3B5处理产量为74.88 t/hm2，经济效益为27 190.2元/hm2，比产量最高为77.40 t/hm2的A1B4处理增收27.15%。综合2个蔗区不同的水肥条件和管理水平，壮糖6号高产高效种植适宜的施肥量为1125~2250 kg/hm2、合理的种植密度为10 500~12 000芽/hm2。

为了解不同施肥量和种植密度对壮糖6号产量及效益的影响，确定合理的施肥量与种植密度，在南宁隆安蔗区和崇左江州蔗区进行不同施肥量和种植密度试验，采用二因素裂区设计，主处理（A）为施肥，设42%复合肥3750（高肥A1）、2250（中肥A2）和1125 kg/hm2（低肥A3）3个水平；副处理（B）为种植密度，设低密度B1（6万芽/hm2）、中低密度B2（7.5万芽/hm2）、中密度B3（9万芽/hm2）、中高密度B4（10.5万芽/hm2）和高密度B5（12万芽/hm2）5个不同密度。结果表明，壮糖6号甘蔗产量随种植密度增加而增加，与施肥量水平差异不显著。相关性分析显示，2个蔗区的产量与分蘖率分别呈显著和极显著负相关，与有效茎数均呈极显著正相关。两地试验均以A3B5处理的经济效益最高，南宁隆安蔗区A3B5处理产量为91.44 t/hm2，经济效益为35 419.5元/hm2，比产量最高为92.32 t/hm2的A2B4处理增收6.75%；崇左江州蔗区A3B5处理产量为74.88 t/hm2，经济效益为27 190.2元/hm2，比产量最高为77.40 t/hm2的A1B4处理增收27.15%。综合2个蔗区不同的水肥条件和管理水平，壮糖6号高产高效种植适宜的施肥量为1125~2250 kg/hm2、合理的种植密度为10 500~12 000芽/hm2。

To understand the effects of different fertilization rates and planting densities on yield and economic benefit of Zhuangtang 6, and to determine the optimal fertilization level and planting density, field experiments were carried out in Longʼan cane area of Nanning and Jiangzhou cane area of Chongzuo. A two-factor split-block design was conducted, with the main treatment (A) of fertilization. Three levels of 42% compound fertilizer 3750 (high fertilizer, A1), 2250 (medium fertilizer, A2) and 1125 kg/ha (low fertilizer, A3) were set. For secondary treatment (B), five planting densities were set: low density B1 (60 000 buds/ha), medium- low density B2 (75 000 buds/ha), medium density B3 (90 000 buds/ha), medium-high density B4 (105 000 buds/ha), and high density B5 (120 000 buds/ha). The results showed that the yield of Zhuangtang 6 sugarcane increased with the increasing planting density; however, there was no significant difference between yield and fertilization level. The correlation analysis showed that the yield and tillering rate were negatively correlated in the two cane areas (significantly in Longʼan and extremely significantly in Jiangzhou), and yield was significantly positively correlated with the number of productive stalks. The economic benefit of A3B5 treatment was the highest. The yield of A3B5 treatment in Longʼan area of Nanning was 91.44 t/ha, with an economic benefit of 35 419.5 yuan/ha, which was 6.75% higher than that of A2B4 treatment with the highest yield of 92.32 t/ha. The yield of A3B5 treatment in Jiangzhou area of Chongzuo was 74.88 t/ha, with an economic benefit of 27 190.2 yuan/ha, which was 27.15% higher than that of A1B4 treatment with the highest yield of 77.40 t/ha. Considering the different water and fertilizer conditions and management levels of the two sugarcane areas, the suitable fertilizer application rate for high-yield and high efficiency planting of Zhuangtang 6 is 1125-2250 kg/ha, and the reasonable planting density is 10 500-12 000 buds/ha.

甘蔗是重要的糖料作物，也是制糖的主要原料，多年以来，以甘蔗为原料生产的食糖产量占全球的80%以上，蔗糖对保障人类食糖供给和营养需求具有重要意义[1-2]。2020-2021年榨季，我国蔗糖产量占食糖总量的85.6%，糖料产业发展对于确保我国食糖安全至关重要[3]。广西是我国最大的糖料蔗生产基地，原料蔗和食糖产量近年来一直位居全国第一，占全国产量的60%以上[1]。
目前，ROC22、桂糖42号和桂柳05136等广西主栽品种由于长期连作，受病虫害累积侵害及不良环境影响，普遍出现种性退化严重、抗逆性差、甘蔗产量和品质下降等问题，严重威胁糖料蔗生产的健康发展[4-5]。甘蔗品种更新换代是实现高产、高糖、高效栽培的关键，优良品种是甘蔗产业持续发展的重要保障[6-7]。壮糖6号是崇左市农业科学研究所基于“五圃制”常规育种方法选育而来的优良品种，于2024年4月21日通过我国农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。在广西省南宁市横州市2020-2021年甘蔗品种区域试验中，壮糖6号1新1宿的平均产量为76 665.0 kg/hm2，略低于对照（ROC22）的82 770.0 kg/hm2，但差异不显著，糖分、含糖量和模糊综合评价值均排在参试材料的第1位，表现出脱叶好、有效茎数多、抗病抗倒伏性强、宿根性好、特早熟和高糖等优点，是适合机械化收获的新品种[8]。近几年在广西各地引种示范表现良好，被崇左市蔗业发展局列为糖料蔗健康种苗推广品种，在广西南宁、北海和柳州等市均有引种试种，适合广西各蔗区应用推广[9-11]。
施肥量和种植密度是影响甘蔗产量和品质的重要栽培技术措施，不同的甘蔗品种适宜的施肥量和种植密度各不相同，合理的施肥量和种植密度是实现高产、高糖、高效栽培的关键[12-13]。刘晓静等[14]通过对4个甘蔗品种不同施肥处理的研究发现，低肥区和中肥区甘蔗平均产量和含糖量显著高于高肥区。陆建勋等[15]研究表明，甘蔗种植密度越高，单位面积有效茎数越多，甘蔗产量和含糖量就越高，但种植密度过高反而造成减产。壮糖6号作为特早熟高产高糖的潜力新品种，具有广阔的推广前景，但其配套的栽培技术措施鲜见报道。本研究分别在广西南宁隆安蔗区和崇左江州蔗区采用不同施肥量和种植密度2个因素进行裂区试验，以施肥量为主处理、种植密度为副处理，探讨2个蔗区不同施肥量与种植密度下壮糖6号产量及其构成因素的表现，分析不同处理的经济效益，以确定该品种适宜的施肥量及种植密度，为大面积推广种植该品种提供理论依据。
1 材料与方法

1.1 试验材料
供试甘蔗品种为壮糖6号，由崇左市农业科学研究所选育，2024年4月21日通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。供试肥料为42%复合肥（N:P2O5:K2O=20:7:15），由九禾股份有限公司生产。
1.2 试验地状况
隆安蔗区试验在广西南宁市隆安县丁当镇浪弯华侨农场定洪分场进行，前茬为甘蔗，土壤为红壤土，播种前采样分析土壤养分含量为全氮1.44 g/kg、全磷0.96 g/kg、全钾8.77 g/kg、水解性氮128.00 mg/kg、有效磷35.60 mg/kg、速效钾311.00 mg/kg、有机质29.60 g/kg、pH 4.65；江州蔗区试验在广西崇左市江州区新和镇孔香良种繁育基地进行，前茬为甘蔗，土壤为红壤土，播种前采样分析土壤养分含量为全氮2.01 g/kg、全磷1.37 g/kg、全钾4.89 g/kg、水解性氮183.00 mg/kg、速效钾273.00 mg/kg、有效磷77.90 mg/kg、有机质35.00 g/kg、pH 3.52。
1.3 试验方法
本试验分别在隆安蔗区和江州蔗区进行，隆安蔗区于2023年3月6日种植，种植后铺滴带淋水盖膜；江州蔗区于2023年3月17日种植，种植时未淋水盖膜。分2次进行施肥，基肥统一施375 kg/hm2，剩余肥料在大培土时施完，其他田间管理按常规生产方法进行，于2024年3月12-15日收获。
采用施肥量与种植密度两因素裂区试验（表1），以施肥量（A）为主处理，种植密度（B）为副处理，3次重复，共45个小区（小区5行，行长7 m，行距1.2 m，面积42 m2）。以生产上常规施肥量3750 kg/hm2（A1）为高肥处理，2250 kg/hm2（A2）为中肥处理，1125 kg/hm2（A3）为低肥处理，生产上常规种植密度设6万芽/hm2（B1）为低密度、7.5万芽/hm2（B2）为中低密度、9万芽/hm2（B3）为中密度、10.5万芽/hm2（B4）为中高密度、12万芽/hm2（B5）为高密度。
1.4 测定项目与方法
1.4.1 萌芽率
齐苗后调查各小区的甘蔗出苗数，计算萌芽率[16]，萌芽率（%）=调查出苗数/下种量×100。
1.4.2 分蘖率
于分蘖盛期调查各小区的甘蔗分蘖数，计算分蘖率，分蘖率（%）=（调查总苗数-苗期出苗数）/苗期出苗数×100。
1.4.3 株高
于成熟期（12月份）每小区随机调查20株正常甘蔗的株高，结果取平均值。
1.4.4 茎径
于成熟期每小区随机调查20株正常甘蔗的茎径，结果取平均值。
1.4.5 锤度
于成熟期每小区随机调查20株正常甘蔗中部节的锤度，结果取平均值。
1.4.6 有效茎数
于甘蔗收获时调查各小区的有效茎数。
1.4.7 产量
于甘蔗收获时称量各小区的实际产量，结果换算为每公顷产量。
1.4.8 经济效益
以当年原料蔗价格510元/t、肥料价格3200元/t、蔗种以常规0.8 t/hm2，约10.5万芽/hm2折0.058元/芽计，经济效益（元/hm2）=产值-肥料成本-蔗种成本。
1.5 数据处理
采用Excel 2010和DPS 9.01软件进行数据统计和差异显著性分析，采用Tbtools-II软件作图。
2 结果与分析

2.1 不同施肥量和种植密度的农艺及产量性状比较
从表2、表3可以看出，隆安蔗区和江州蔗区两地不同施肥量的株高、茎径和锤度差异均不显著。隆安蔗区分蘖率和产量均为A3>A2>A1；江州蔗区株高和产量均为A1>A2>A3，隆安蔗区A1、A2和A3的产量分别为81.35、81.85和84.18 t/hm2，均高于江州蔗区的67.83、66.83和64.60 t/hm2，可能与江州蔗区种植时未淋水盖膜、种茎萌芽出苗较迟以及苗期生长缓慢有关，同时江州蔗区土壤酸度比隆安蔗区偏大，也会影响肥料养分的吸收。
两地不同种植密度的株高和锤度的差异均不显著；江州蔗区萌芽率差异均不显著，隆安蔗区B5处理萌芽率显著低于B2和B3处理；分蘖率随着种植密度增加而减少，隆安蔗区及江州蔗区B1处理分蘖率均显著高于B4和B5处理；隆安蔗区茎径差异不显著，江州蔗区B2处理最大，显著高于B4处理，极显著高于B5处理，B1处理显著高于B4和B5处理；有效茎数随着种植密度增加而增加，隆安蔗区B1处理有效茎数最少，显著低于B4和B5处理，江州蔗区B5处理有效茎数最多，显著高于B3处理，极显著高于B1和B2处理，B4处理显著高于B2处理，极显著高于B1处理，B3处理极显著高于B1处理；甘蔗产量除隆安蔗区B4处理略高于B5处理外，其余处理随着种度密度增加而增加，隆安蔗区B1处理产量最低，显著低于B4处理和B5处理，江州蔗区B5处理产量最高，显著高于B1处理。
2.2 不同施肥量与种植密度互作的农艺及产量性状表现
施肥量与密度互作的萌芽率和株高两地试验的差异均不显著（表4和表5）。分蘖率均随着密度增加而减小，两地均是A1B1处理最高，分别为87.98%和76.76%，隆安蔗区A1B1处理分蘖率显著高于A1B4、A2B4、A2B5、A3B4和A3B5处理，极显著高于A1B5处理；江州蔗区A1B1处理显著高于A1B4、A2B4和A3B4处理，极显著高于A1B5、A2B5和A3B5处理。隆安蔗区试验的茎径差异不显著，江州蔗区A2B2处理最大，显著高于高密度的A1B5、A2B5、A3B5和中高密度的A2B4处理。
有效茎随着种植密度增加而增加（除隆安蔗区A2B5略低于A2B4处理外），隆安蔗区试验的A2B4和A3B5处理显著高于A2B1和A3B1处理，A1B5处理显著高于A3B1处理；江州蔗区各施肥水平B5处理均极显著高于B1处理，B4处理显著高于B1处理。
隆安蔗区A2B4处理甘蔗产量最高，显著高于A1B1、A2B1和A2B2处理，A3B5处理产量显著高于A2B1处理，江州蔗区甘蔗产量A1B4处理最高，显著高于A3B1处理，除A1B4处理外甘蔗产量随着种植密度增加而增加；甘蔗锤度隆安蔗区试验的A1B2处理最高，显著高于低肥的A3B3处理和中肥的各密度处理。江州蔗区试验的锤度差异不显著。
2.3 不同施肥量与种植密度农艺及产量性状相关性分析
对壮糖6号不同施肥量与种植密度农艺及产量性状进行相关性分析，结果（图1）显示，隆安蔗区有效茎数和甘蔗产量与分蘖率呈显著负相关，说明随着分蘖率的提高单位面积的甘蔗苗数增加，蔗苗个体间竞争增强，最终造成有效茎数减少和产量的降低；甘蔗产量随着有效茎数的增加而提高，与有效茎数呈极显著正相关。江州蔗区分蘖率与萌芽率呈极显著负相关，说明萌芽率越低，单位面积的甘蔗苗数越少，蔗苗分蘖越强；与隆安蔗区相比有效茎数和甘蔗产量与分蘖率相关性较大，呈极显著负相关；甘蔗产量随着株高和有效茎数的增加而提高，与株高和有效茎数呈极显著正相关。
2.4 不同施肥量与种植密度的经济效益分析
由表6和表7可知，种植密度对甘蔗产量影响较大，两地试验产量排前5位的都是中高和高密度组合（B4、B5），中低密度（B2）、低密度（B1）组合几乎都排在第10位以后；肥料对甘蔗产量影响不同，隆安蔗区试验产量排前4位的都是中肥和低肥组合，江州蔗区产量排前4位的都是高肥和中肥组合。从经济效益上看，隆安蔗区试验排前4位分别为A3B5、A3B4、A3B2和A2B4处理，江州蔗区试验排前4位的分别为A3B5、A3B2、A3B3和A2B4处理。两地试验排第1位的都是A3B5处理，隆安蔗区试验A3B5处理产量为91.44 t/hm2，略低于排第1位的A2B4处理（92.32 t/hm2），经济效益为36 074.4元/hm2，高于A2B4处理（33 793.2元/hm2），增收6.75%，比效益排第2位的A3B4处理（35 419.5元/hm2）增收1.85%；江州蔗区A3B5处理产量为74.02 t/hm2，低于排第1位的A1B4处理（77.40 t/hm2），经济效益为27 190.2元hm2，高于A1B4处理（21 384.00元/hm2），增收27.15%，比效益排第2位的A3B2处理（24 710.4元/hm2）增收10.04%。综合两地试验结果，A3B5处理虽然产量不是最高，但其经济效益均为最好，因此A3B5处理的种植密度和施肥量组合最佳。
3 讨论

两地试验农艺及产量各性状与施肥水平差异均不显著。隆安蔗区高密度的B5处理萌芽率显著低于B2和B3处理，或与播种时种茎铁轨式横向排列，间距过小，种根相互影响有关；江州蔗区试验为楼梯状竖向排列，种茎相互间影响较小，所以萌芽率差异不显著。隆安蔗区茎径与种植密度差异不显著，江州蔗区茎径B4和B5处理显著或极显著小于B1和B2处理。有效茎数都随着密度的增加而增加，隆安蔗区B4和B5处理有效茎数显著多于B1，江州蔗区B4和B5处理显著或极显著多于B1、B2和B3处理。甘蔗产量隆安蔗区B4和B5处理均显著高于B1处理，江州蔗区B5处理显著高于B1处理。江州蔗区甘蔗产量偏低，部分性状与隆安蔗区有所差异，可能与种植后遇上干旱天气，未能及时淋水盖膜，造成甘蔗萌芽出苗迟，苗期生长缓慢有关。同时江州蔗区土壤pH为3.52，酸度大于隆安蔗区pH（4.65），土壤酸化造成养分平衡失调，土壤微生物活性显著降低，肥料利用率低，土壤强酸性还会导致铝离子含量过高，酸和铝毒胁迫对甘蔗产生毒害的同时土壤中重金属也被活化，严重抑制甘蔗生长，造成产量下降[17-18]。
甘蔗产量构成因素主要是株高、茎径和有效茎，无论是江州蔗区还是隆安蔗区的试验，甘蔗产量与有效茎数均呈极显著正相关，与分蘖率呈显著或极显著负相关，试验结果与段维兴等[12]得出的高、中、低肥处理下分蘖率与产量呈负相关、有效茎数与产量呈正相关的结果基本相符；谭芳等[13]研究也认为，甘蔗有效茎数与产量的相关系数较大，且均达显著水平；陆中华[19]对32个甘蔗品种或组合的产量构成因素与产量的相关性分析也表明，有效茎数与鲜蔗产量呈极显著正相关。氮、磷和钾是植物生长所必需的营养元素，对甘蔗长高（茎长）和长粗（茎径）至关重要，是形成甘蔗产量的重要因素，施肥量不足，甘蔗营养不良，植株矮小，产量低下，施肥过量养分容易流失造成浪费，增加成本，同时会产生肥害，影响甘蔗生长[20]。生产上通常通过合理密植获得尽可能多的有效茎数，通过合理的施肥量促进甘蔗生长获得较高的单茎重，合理的施肥量和种植密度组合能提高肥料利用率，降低生产成本，提高甘蔗产量，从而增加蔗农收入。
从本研究试验结果来看，施肥量水平对壮糖6号甘蔗产量影响不显著，随着种植密度增大甘蔗产量增加，至最高种植密度甘蔗产量显著高于最低密度。甘蔗产量与分蘖率呈显著负相关（隆安蔗区）或极显著负相关（江州蔗区），与有效茎数呈极显著正相关，与株高呈极显著正相关（江州蔗区）。在施肥量与种植密度的互作效应下隆安蔗区中、低施肥水平和中高、高密度下种量组合表现出较高的产量，江州蔗区中、高施肥水平和中高、高密度下种量组合表现出较高的产量。然而，高产量不一定能取得高效益，隆安蔗区产量排位第2的A3B5组合效益最高，比最高产量组合A2B4处理增收6.75%，江州蔗区产量排位第5的A3B5组合效益最高，比最高产量组合A1B4处理增收27.15%。
4 结论

施肥水平和种植密度是影响甘蔗产量的重要因素，合理的施肥量和种植密度组合能提高甘蔗产量，降低生产成本，从而提高经济效益。为实现节本增效，减少肥料和种茎投入、促进宿根蔗地下蔗蔸和芽库发育，根据各蔗区不同的水肥条件和管理水平，建议壮糖6号高产高效合理的种植密度为10 500~12 000芽/hm2，适宜施肥量为1125~2250 kg/hm2。
