In order to screen winter rapeseed lines with high resistance to pod shattering suitable for planting in Gansu Province, promote mechanized harvesting, and increase yield, the random impact method was used to identify pod shattering resistance of 43 winter rapeseed lines. The results were analyzed through systematic clustering and correlation analysis in combination with related agronomic traits. Clustering analysis revealved that the 43 materials were classified into four groups. The average pod shattering resistance index (SRI) of the Group Ⅰ was 0.861, presenting moderate resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅱ was 0.958, presenting high resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅲ was 0.722, presenting low resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅳ was 0.621, presenting easy shattering. Correlation analysis showed that SRI had an extremely significantly positive correlation with pericarp thickness with a large correlation coefficient. There was no significant correlation between SRI and the other agronomic traits, indicating that pericarp thickness significantly affected pod shattering resistance of winter rapeseed, and it could be used as a morphological index for screening of pod shattering resistant varieties. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the yield, quality traits, and SRI of 43 strong-winter rapeseed lines, a total of 17 winter rapeseed lines were screened. Among them, M-8 and M-14 had a high SRI, high yield, and excellent quality traits.

为筛选出适宜甘肃省种植的高抗裂角冬油菜品系,推动油菜机械化收获,提高油菜产量,选用随机碰撞法对43份冬油菜品系进行抗裂角性鉴定,并结合相关农艺性状对鉴定结果进行系统聚类和相关性分析。聚类分析显示,43份材料被分为四大类,第Ⅰ类群抗裂角指数(SRI)平均值为0.861,表现为中抗;第Ⅱ类群SRI平均值为0.958,表现为高抗;第Ⅲ类群SRI平均值为0.722,表现为低抗;第Ⅳ类群SRI平均值为0.621,表现为易裂。相关性分析显示,SRI与果皮厚度呈极显著正相关,且相关系数大,其他农艺性状与SRI无显著相关性,说明果皮厚度显著影响冬油菜的抗裂角性,可作为抗裂角冬油菜初步筛选的形态指标。结合43份强冬性油菜品系的产量、品质性状与SRI进行综合分析,共筛选出17份冬油菜品系,其中M-8和M-14兼具高抗裂角、高产及优质性状。

为筛选出适宜甘肃省种植的高抗裂角冬油菜品系,推动油菜机械化收获,提高油菜产量,选用随机碰撞法对43份冬油菜品系进行抗裂角性鉴定,并结合相关农艺性状对鉴定结果进行系统聚类和相关性分析。聚类分析显示,43份材料被分为四大类,第Ⅰ类群抗裂角指数(SRI)平均值为0.861,表现为中抗;第Ⅱ类群SRI平均值为0.958,表现为高抗;第Ⅲ类群SRI平均值为0.722,表现为低抗;第Ⅳ类群SRI平均值为0.621,表现为易裂。相关性分析显示,SRI与果皮厚度呈极显著正相关,且相关系数大,其他农艺性状与SRI无显著相关性,说明果皮厚度显著影响冬油菜的抗裂角性,可作为抗裂角冬油菜初步筛选的形态指标。结合43份强冬性油菜品系的产量、品质性状与SRI进行综合分析,共筛选出17份冬油菜品系,其中M-8和M-14兼具高抗裂角、高产及优质性状。

In order to screen winter rapeseed lines with high resistance to pod shattering suitable for planting in Gansu Province, promote mechanized harvesting, and increase yield, the random impact method was used to identify pod shattering resistance of 43 winter rapeseed lines. The results were analyzed through systematic clustering and correlation analysis in combination with related agronomic traits. Clustering analysis revealved that the 43 materials were classified into four groups. The average pod shattering resistance index (SRI) of the Group Ⅰ was 0.861, presenting moderate resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅱ was 0.958, presenting high resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅲ was 0.722, presenting low resistance to shattering. The average SRI of Group Ⅳ was 0.621, presenting easy shattering. Correlation analysis showed that SRI had an extremely significantly positive correlation with pericarp thickness with a large correlation coefficient. There was no significant correlation between SRI and the other agronomic traits, indicating that pericarp thickness significantly affected pod shattering resistance of winter rapeseed, and it could be used as a morphological index for screening of pod shattering resistant varieties. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the yield, quality traits, and SRI of 43 strong-winter rapeseed lines, a total of 17 winter rapeseed lines were screened. Among them, M-8 and M-14 had a high SRI, high yield, and excellent quality traits.

油菜是我国第一大油料作物,产油量占国产油料作物的55%左右,是国产植物油的主要油源,油菜产业发展对于保障国家粮油安全具有重要意义[1]。2020年,我国油菜种植面积676.5万hm2,占世界油菜种植面积的20%左右。2021年,我国食用植物油消耗量总计约3710万t,其中菜籽油比例约21.57%,仅次于大豆油(43.69%);油菜籽产量达到1471.35万t,按35%~40%出油率计算,我国生产菜籽油在515万~588.5万t,显然不能满足国内消费[2]。目前,我国食用植物油国内供应量不足,仍依赖从国外进口。2016-2020年,我国进口油菜籽总计1893万t,进口菜籽油总计631万t,均约占全球出口总量的1/4。虽然个别年份我国油菜籽进口总量有所减少,但“以油换籽”仍然是普遍现象[3]。大力发展油菜生产是提高我国油料自给率的重要途径。因油菜自身生物学特性及种植习惯和轮作制度的特点,机械收获作业效率较低成为制约油菜收获的主要因素。2020年,我国油菜种植生产全程机械化率为59.9%,明显低于加拿大100%的效率[3]。我国不同地区的气候条件和自然生态条件不同,适宜种植的油菜品种以及栽培技术多种多样[4]。按播种季节不同可将油菜分为春油菜和冬油菜。根据刘后利[4]划分,以山东南部、河北南部、陕西延安南部、山西南部以及甘肃天水为界,以南以东为冬油菜产区,以西以北为春油菜产区。我国油菜种植优势区主要有4个,分别为长江上游优势区、长江中游优势区、北方油菜优势区和长江下游优势区,其中北方油菜优势区主要包括青海、内蒙古和甘肃[5]。根据周广生等[6]统计,4个优势区的机械收获面积分别占全国总种植面积的1.55%、23.68%、46.82%和8.14%。北方冬油菜优势区的机械化收获水平不高,使得农户种植油菜成本较高,积极性降低[7]。浦惠明等[8]研究表明,在油菜生产成本中人工成本占60%以上,其中收获用工成本又占人工成本的50%左右,进行油菜机械收获可平均减少用工数64.5~70.5工/hm2,可降低种植油菜的成本。德国和加拿大等国家在油菜种植过程中全部采用机械化,生产成本得以降低,生产效益显著提高[5]。因此,选择适宜品种,大力推广机械化生产对油菜产业发展至关重要。
油菜成熟后,油菜角果在外力作用下极易开裂,即易裂角性[9],角果自身易裂一般会导致油菜籽产量损失8%~12%[10]。收获延迟使得损失的产量达到20%[11-12]。此外,裂角后掉落在土壤里的籽粒可以保持几年的活力,严重阻碍后茬作物的杂草控制[13]。为确保产量和减少次生苗的产生,大多数农户采用提前收获的方式来减少产量损失[14]。但提前收获会导致菜籽油品质下降。因此,选育抗裂角性强的油菜品种是目前的重要课题。鉴定抗裂角性的试验方法分为田间损失调查法和室内角果检测,前者受人为因素影响过大且不具有可重复性,后者依据测试原理又可分为室内实验装置测量和随机碰撞法[15]。室内实验装置测量主要有谭小力等[16]的万能试验机定量法、浦惠明等[8]的改良拉裂法、Tys[17]的角果扭转测量法以及李耀明等[18]的悬空压裂法;随机碰撞法来源于国外,在国内逐步形成了完整的理论体系,如文雁成等[19]的随机碰撞法、彭鹏飞等[20]的改进随机碰撞法、王转茸等[10]的随机碰撞法以及田正书等[7]的随机碰撞法。此法操作简便、重复性好,抗裂角指数(SRI)有确切的公式计算[9,15]。本试验采用随机碰撞法鉴定43份冬油菜品系的抗裂角性,通过分析不同品系之间的抗裂角性,结合相关农艺性状进行相关性分析,并进一步进行品质分析,初步筛选高抗裂角且品质优良的冬油菜,为进一步选育适合机械收获的油菜品种提供参考。
于2022-2023年在甘肃省兰州市永登县上川镇油菜研究基地、甘肃省天水市农业科学研究所中梁试验站及张掖市农业科学研究院试验基地采集43份强冬性冬油菜品系的角果作为供试材料(表1),均由甘肃农业大学农学院油菜课题组提供。
在角果乳黄熟期,从每份冬油菜品系中随机抽取5株样本,用剪刀剪取单株主花序中部发育正常且充分成熟的15个角果,分别放入牛皮纸袋中保存备用。所有角果均进行80 ℃的烘干处理,烘烤30 min后取出,为减少余温干扰,将角果在室温下密封隔夜保存。每个品系的各个单株随机选取果喙完好无损的10个角果,将50个角果充分混合后,平均分成5份备用,每次取10个烘干角果放入方形带盖子(长11 cm×宽10 cm×高7 cm)的塑料盒内,盒内放置6个小钢珠(6 mm)和15个大钢珠(10 mm),加盖后放置在振幅15 mm、转速为240转/min的摇床(TS-100 ORBITAL SHAKER)上,每次振荡1.5 min后记录1次破裂的角果数,去掉破裂的角果后继续振荡,重复10次,共记录10次。角果破裂是以角果从果柄处断裂到果喙的50%以上或能看见油菜籽粒为标准。43份材料逐一完成试验后,将记录好的数据统一计算SRI,SRI=1-${\sum }_{\text{i}\text{=1}}^{\text{i}\text{=10}}\frac{{\text{X}}_{\text{i}\text{ }}\text{(11}\text{–}\text{i}\text{)}}{\mathrm{角}\mathrm{果}\mathrm{数}\text{×}\mathrm{总}\mathrm{次}\mathrm{数}}$,式中,Xi是第i次破损的角果数。
从各冬油菜品系中随机抽取5个完好无损的角果,用游标卡尺测量角果厚、角果长、角果宽以及果喙长,考察每角果粒数,取平均值。测量后收取5个角果的果喙用电子天平称重。
用近红外品质分析仪(NIR 3700,Foss,瑞典)测定种子含油量、芥酸含量、硫苷含量和含水量等指标。
在油菜成熟期,每个品系随机选取3株油菜进行株型性状统计。用卷尺测量株高、分枝部位以及主花序长并计算平均值,对一次分枝数、二次分枝数、主花序有效结果数、全株有效结果数和单株产量进行统计并计算平均值,使用千粒重插板测量千粒重。
使用Excel整理数据,选用SPSS 22.0统计分析软件和Origin 2021进行聚类分析、相关性分析、单样本非参数检验,使用SPAARO对角果含水量进行灰色关联度分析。
聚类结果(图1)显示,在欧氏距离7.0时把43份冬油菜材料的抗性等级划分为4类,分别为中抗、高抗、低抗和易裂。结合表2可知,第Ⅰ类19份材料平均SRI为0.861,表现为中抗,占总数的44.19%;第Ⅱ类6份材料平均SRI为0.958,表现为高抗,占总数的13.95%;第Ⅲ类12份材料平均SRI为0.722,表现为低抗,占总数的27.91%;第Ⅳ类6份材料平均SRI为0.621,表现为易裂,占总数的13.95%。43份材料的平均SRI为0.802,最大值为0.980,最小值为0.578。
43份冬油菜品系的SRI整体呈现“中间多、两端少”的分布特征,平均SRI为0.802,说明供试材料的抗裂角能力整体处于中等偏上水平。从数值范围来看,SRI的最大值(0.980)与最小值(0.578)相差0.402,极差较大,表明不同品系间的抗裂角性存在显著遗传差异,进一步分析可见,仅13.95%的材料为易裂类型,其余材料占比86.05%,这一结果说明43份强冬性冬油菜品系中,多数材料具备一定的抗裂角基础。
单样本非参数检验部分结果(图2)显示,果皮厚、角果长、角果宽、果喙长和每角粒数均呈近似正态分布,而果喙重不符合正态分布。对各指标进行相关性分析,结果(表3)表明,SRI与果皮厚呈极显著正相关,说明果皮厚显著影响冬油菜的抗裂角性,油菜果皮越厚,油菜的SRI越高,抗裂角性越强;果皮厚可以作为挑选高抗裂角冬油菜种质的形态指标。其他角果性状与SRI无显著相关性。角果长与角果宽、果喙重呈极显著正相关;角果宽与果皮厚、果喙重呈极显著正相关,与每角粒数呈极显著负相关;果皮厚与果喙重呈极显著正相关,与每角粒数呈极显著负相关;果喙长与每角粒数呈极显著正相关;果喙重与每角粒数呈极显著负相关。
表4可知,SRI和6个角果性状的变异系数在9.97%~36.82%。SRI平均为0.802,变幅为0.578~ 0.980,极差为0.402,变异系数为13.70%;角果长平均为5.37 cm,变异系数为9.97%;角果宽平均为5.17 cm,变异系数为10.92%;果皮厚平均为0.41 mm,变异系数为13.44%;果喙长平均为1.56 cm,变异系数为16.07%;果喙重平均为0.03 g,变异系数为36.82%;每角粒数平均为21.91,变异系数为19.36%。
表5可知,株型的相关性状与SRI无显著的相关性,但各个指标之间存在显著的相关性。其中单株产量与株高、一次分枝数、二次分枝数和全株有效结果数呈极显著正相关,与主花序有效结果数呈显著正相关;千粒重与分枝部位呈显著正相关;全株有效结果数与一次分枝数、二次分枝数呈极显著正相关,与株高呈显著正相关;主花序有效结果数与株高、一次分枝数呈极显著正相关;二次分枝数与一次分枝数呈极显著正相关,与分枝部位呈显著正相关;株高与分枝部位、一次分枝数呈极显著正相关。
表6可知,主花序角果含水量与SRI之间无显著相关性。灰色关联度分析(表7)表明,含水量关联度排序为侧枝角果>主花序角果>主花序种子>主花序果壳>侧枝果壳>侧枝种子,其中侧枝角果和主花序角果含水量关联度分别为0.808和0.802,虽然它们与SRI之间没有显著相关性,但是也是影响SRI的关键因素。
对种植于甘肃省张掖市甘州区和天水市武山县同一品种的SRI进行对比(表8),发现种植在张掖市的材料SRI均低于天水试点,种植于天水市的冬油菜品种抗裂角性更高。张掖市甘州区干燥少雨,温差大,蒸发量大,年均日照时数为3074 h,年均降水量为114.9 mm;天水市武山县冬长夏短,年均日照时数为2331 h,年均降水量为400 mm,天水市武山县年均日照时数低于张掖市甘州区。在油菜收获期,张掖市温度高于天水市,油菜角果的水分散失加剧,对油菜的后熟程度和机械化收获角果破裂程度均有一定影响。
分析在天水市和兰州市种植的9份冬油菜品系的SRI可知,天水试点的SRI均高于兰州试点。兰州市永登县的年均日照时数为2659 h,年均降水量为290 mm。相比于天水市,武山县温度高,热量资源丰富,但收获期同样较高的温度导致水分散失,影响角果抗裂性和后熟程度。油菜是长日照喜凉作物,其生育期需在日均温度22 ℃以下完成,天水市武山县年均温度为10.1 ℃,且降水量较张掖市和兰州市多。由此可知,平均日照时间和日照温度对角果的抗裂性和后熟程度有一定影响。
为获得产量高且适合机械收获的冬油菜品种,将43份冬油菜品系的SRI测定结果结合株型性状进行初步筛选,筛选出SRI大于0.700且单株产量大于20.00 g的11份品系(表9)。
对不同抗性等级品系的角果性状、株型性状和品质性状进行比较分析。从表10可以看出,表现为高抗的油菜角果的平均果皮厚为0.45 mm,易裂的为0.34 mm,其他角果性状与SRI没有显著的关联。不同抗性等级株型性状比较(表11)发现,表现为高抗的油菜品系千粒重明显高于其他3类,平均7.14 g,而其他的株型性状与SRI之间没有显著关联。
为筛选适合机械化收获且品质达标的强冬性冬油菜品系,以SRI>0.700、芥酸<1%、硫苷<30 μmol/g(符合“双低”优质标准)及含油量>43%(兼顾生产效益)为核心筛选阈值,开展综合评价与优系筛选。
从品质性状整体表现(表12)来看,43份品系品质指标存在明显差异,硫苷含量变幅为26.92~ 118.19 μmol/g,仅M-14、M-16低于30 μmol/g;含油量介于37.49%~49.08%,高于45%的品系共13份,其中M-26含油量最高,M-7、M-23、M-14等6份品系含油量超47%;脂肪酸组成中,油酸含量均值为47.15%,超过60%的品系占37.21%,M-41油酸含量最高(81.05%),芥酸含量均值18.70%,低于1%的品系共14份,亚油酸、亚麻酸含量符合菜籽油品质基本要求。
结合抗性等级与品质关联分析(表13),高抗类群(SRI=0.958)表现出显著优质特征:芥酸(6.09%)、硫苷(68.28 μmol/g)、蛋白质(21.13%)含量均最低,含油量(44.61%)最高;而易裂类群(SRI=0.62)则呈现高芥酸(27.94%)、高硫苷(99.67 μmol/g)、低含油量(43.14%)的劣质性状,进一步验证抗裂角性与品质性状的协同性。
基于上述指标筛选,共获得8份抗裂角性强且品质优良的品系(表14)。其中符合“双低”标准的品系有M-14和M-16,硫苷含量分别为26.92和29.50 μmol/g,芥酸含量均低于0.3%,含油量分别为43.73%和47.43%,且油酸含量超72%,综合品质最优;含油量超47%的品系有6份(M-7、M-23、M-14、M-41、M-8、M-29),可作为高油种质,其中M-8(SRI=0.908)含油量45.98%,芥酸0.29%,硫苷35.29 μmol/g,兼具高抗裂角性与高油特性,适合机械化收获与优质油用需求。
在现代农业生产实践的条件下,油菜角果破碎会造成严重的产量损失[21]。高抗裂角种质资源鉴定是开发适宜机械化收获油菜籽粒的必要条件。本研究采用随机碰撞法对43份冬油菜品系的抗裂角性状进行鉴定,结果显示,抗裂角性强(SRI>0.700)的材料占86.05%。与王转茸等[10]的研究结果相比,SRI整体偏高。可能有以下几个原因:一是利用随机碰撞法进行试验时,容器内置的钢珠数目不够且钢珠内径较小,碰撞力度不够强;二是碰撞时间不足,导致角果与钢珠碰撞不充分;三是容器规格问题,容器形状为方形且底部有轻微凹陷,所以在使用方形带盖的塑料盒进行随机碰撞时,方形的限制使得钢珠集中在一侧,无法完全晃动,导致和角果无法充分碰撞;四是摇床型号和规格不同,本试验采用TS-100 ORBITAL SHAKER脱色摇床,回转半径(振幅)为15 mm,而王转茸等[10]使用的哈东联HZQ-C双层空气恒温振荡器振幅为20 mm,即使2台设备转速均为240转/min,相比之下,脱色摇床略显温和,使角果和钢珠两者处于相对运动而不是绝对运动,也就无法充分碰撞,这是造成研究结果整体偏高的主要原因。与彭鹏飞等[20]的研究结果相比,SRI也整体偏高。可能有以下几个原因:一是利用随机碰撞法进行试验时,容器内置钢珠的内径较小,容器为方形,不利于钢珠与角果的充分碰撞:二是每次置于容器内的角果数目偏少,碰撞不均匀:三是所使用的摇床振幅和转速较小,并且在进行试验时没有固定容器,使角果和钢珠两者处于相对运动而不是绝对运动,也就无法充分碰撞。针对以上原因,参考彭鹏飞等[20]的抗裂角检测方法提出改进方法:一是选用直径更大的钢珠,减少钢珠数量,增加碰撞空间和碰撞力度;二是适当延长碰撞时间,减少记录次数,保证钢珠和角果充分接触;三是选用圆形铁盒子进行试验;四是选用振幅更大的设备,保证试验的碰撞强度;五是在摇床上进行测定时对圆形铁盒子进行固定,保证碰撞次数。总体看来,随机碰撞法简单易操作,但大多是在室内进行。试验能否准确模拟在大田时机器收获的场景,设置的试验参数能否大致对应收割机的强度,以及在真实收获过程中油菜角果如何运动等问题,有待进一步的研究考证。
农艺性状指标可为鉴定冬油菜引种适应性提供参考,以便筛选出适宜当地种植的品种[22]。本研究通过对43份冬油菜品系农艺性状的相关性分析,发现各农艺性状紧密关联。其中,SRI与果皮厚呈极显著正相关,与王转茸等[10]研究结果一致。表现高抗的油菜角果果皮厚度平均为0.45 mm,而易裂的为0.34 mm,从抗性等级层面也能看出SRI与果皮厚相关联。因此,如果想在当地实现高抗裂角油菜的种植,应该选择果皮较厚的油菜品种。表现为易裂的油菜品系角果的平均宽度明显小于其他3类,平均4.81 cm;表现高抗的油菜品系每角粒数最少,平均19.33。表现为易裂的油菜品系千粒重要显著低于其他3类,平均2.93 g,而其他性状没有明显的差异。由此可见,冬油菜品系的角果宽、果喙重、每角粒数、千粒重和角果含水量间接影响油菜品种的SRI,选择角果较宽、果喙较重、每角粒数较少和千粒重较大的品种有助于筛选高抗裂角油菜的种质资源[23]
环境因素对抗裂角性的影响主要有4个方面;一是气候条件。种植的气温和湿度变化能直接影响到油菜角果的裂角性。在高温低湿的环境中,角果会因水分快速散失而导致果皮厚度不均,角果易破裂。在低温高湿的环境中,会因果皮所含水分多导致膨胀,从而发生破裂。因此,适宜的温度和湿度对于果皮的薄厚起关键作用。二是光照条件。光照是植物生长的重要因素之一,对油菜角果的发育和抗裂角性也有影响。充足的光照有利于角果进行光合作用,积累干物质和油分,从而提高果皮的弹性和韧性,减少破裂造成的损失。相反,光照不足可能导致角果发育不良,果皮薄弱导致角果容易破裂。三是土壤因素。土壤水分、养分及土壤质地等因素也会影响油菜角果的抗裂性。土壤水分过多或过少都可能导致角果发育不均,果皮脆弱,容易破裂。土壤中养分的均衡供应也是保证角果健康发育的关键。如果在某一生长时期缺少一种或多种营养元素则可能导致角果生长不良,果皮容易破裂。四是其他环境因素。如土壤酸碱度和大气污染物等其他环境因素也可能对油菜角果的抗裂角性产生影响。这些因素可能对油菜的生长和发育造成一定的压力,导致角果发育不均或果皮脆弱,从而增加裂角的风险。环境因素对油菜角果抗裂角性的影响是多方面的,包括气候条件、光照条件、土壤条件以及其他环境因素。为了保持油菜角果的抗裂性,在种植过程中应综合调控影响因素,为油菜生长发育提供一个良好的环境条件。
随着研究不断深入,油菜品质改良标准由“双低”油菜逐渐变为“四高三低两适中”的油菜,不仅要求低芥酸、低硫苷,还要对脂肪酸成分进一步改良,将菜籽油改良为对人体健康更有益的植物油[23]。本试验分析发现,油酸含量超过80%的材料有2份,分别是M-42和M-41,可以将其作为高油酸油菜的种质资源。高油酸油菜制成菜籽油能够降低血液中有害胆固醇含量,减少心血管疾病发生,对人体新陈代谢起重要作用[24]。蛋白质含量接近25%的是M-38,含量为23.18%。综合以上3种性状分析,初步筛选出8份抗裂角性强且品质优良的冬油菜品系,其中,M-14和M-16的硫苷含量符合国家优质油菜标准,M-16含油量为47.43%,芥酸质量分数为0.07,硫苷含量为29.50 μmol/g,可以作为高油优质且最适宜机械收获的冬油菜新品系。
本研究以43份强冬性冬油菜品系为材料,基于欧氏距离7.0的聚类阈值,将其划分为4个抗性等级。通过产量性状筛选出11份SRI>0.700且单株产量>20 g的品系,品质分析筛选出8份SRI>0.700且品质优良的品系,最终筛选出17份综合优良品系,分别为M-2、M-3、M-4、M-7、M-8、M-14、M-15、M-16、M-22、M-23、M-24、M-26、M-27、M-28、M-29、M-30、M-33。其中,M-16兼具高抗裂角性、双低特性与高含油量,是最适合甘肃机械化收获的品系;M-8和M-14则同时满足品质与产量标准,可作为后备种质资源。
