To clarify the regulatory effects of a polyaspartic acid (PASP) combined with chitosan (CTS) on soil moisture content, tobacco plant and root growth and development, and tobacco leaf quality in the arid tobacco area of Bijie, field experiments were conducted using Yunyan 87. Different concentrations of PASP and CTS (CK: same amount of water; T1: 3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.3 kg/ha CTS; T2: 3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS; T3: 6.0 kg/ha PASP+0.3 kg/ha CTS; T4: 6.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS) were applied. Soil and root indexes, growth and development parameters and quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves were measured at different growth stages. The results showed that compared with other treatments, T3 treatment significantly increased soil moisture content. At the rosette stage, the moisture content of the shallow soil layer increased by 15.01% and that of deep soil layer increased by 10.16% compared with CK. T4 treatment significantly increased the number of lateral roots and adventitious roots, as well as root volume and root activity, by 34.07%, 29.12%, 25.70% and 29.56% respectively compared with the CK. The combined application of PASP and CTS significantly promoted growth, development, and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, with higher concentrations leading to more obvious effects. Compared with CK, the leaf area and stem circumference of T4 treatment increased by 18.3% and 12.3% respectively, and the dry matter accumulation increased by 26.04%. The chemical composition, sensory and appearance quality of tobacco leaves were improved to varying degrees. The improvement effect of T2 treatment was the most significant, with increases of 10.36%, 7.76% and 7.30% respectively, compared with the CK. The quality evaluation of tobacco leaves was 7.57% higher than that of CK. The combined application of PASP and CTS can effectively increase the soil moisture content, promote the root development of flue-cured tobacco, and improve leaf quality. The optimal treatment (3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS) alleviated the decline in yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco caused by drought in Bijie.

为明确聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)与壳聚糖(CTS)配施对毕节干旱地区植烟土壤含水率、烟株及根系生长发育、烟叶品质的调控效应,以云烟87为试验材料,施加不同浓度PASP及CTS(CK:施等量清水;T1:3.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.3 kg/hm2 CTS;T2:3.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.6 kg/hm2 CTS;T3:6.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.3 kg/hm2 CTS;T4:6.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.6 kg/hm2 CTS),测定烤烟不同生育期植烟土壤及根系指标、烟株生长发育指标及烤后烟叶品质指标。结果表明,与其他处理相比,T3处理对土壤含水率提升显著,团棵期浅层土壤含水率相较CK处理提升15.01%,深层土壤提升10.16%。T4处理对侧根、不定根数目、根体积及根系活力提升显著,与CK处理相比分别提升34.07%、29.12%、25.70%和29.56%。二者配施对烤烟生长发育及干物质积累提升显著,浓度越高作用效果越明显,与CK处理相比,T4处理叶面积及茎围分别提升18.3%和12.3%,干物质积累量提升26.04%。烟叶化学成分、感官及外观质量均得到不同程度的提升,T2处理提升效果最显著,与CK处理相比分别提升10.36%、7.76%和7.30%。烟叶质量评价较CK处理提升7.57%。PASP与CTS配施能够有效提升土壤含水率,促进烤烟根系发育,改善烟叶品质。3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理综合表现最优,可有效缓解干旱导致毕节烟区烤烟产质量下降的问题。

为明确聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)与壳聚糖(CTS)配施对毕节干旱地区植烟土壤含水率、烟株及根系生长发育、烟叶品质的调控效应,以云烟87为试验材料,施加不同浓度PASP及CTS(CK:施等量清水;T1:3.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.3 kg/hm2 CTS;T2:3.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.6 kg/hm2 CTS;T3:6.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.3 kg/hm2 CTS;T4:6.0 kg/hm2 PASP,0.6 kg/hm2 CTS),测定烤烟不同生育期植烟土壤及根系指标、烟株生长发育指标及烤后烟叶品质指标。结果表明,与其他处理相比,T3处理对土壤含水率提升显著,团棵期浅层土壤含水率相较CK处理提升15.01%,深层土壤提升10.16%。T4处理对侧根、不定根数目、根体积及根系活力提升显著,与CK处理相比分别提升34.07%、29.12%、25.70%和29.56%。二者配施对烤烟生长发育及干物质积累提升显著,浓度越高作用效果越明显,与CK处理相比,T4处理叶面积及茎围分别提升18.3%和12.3%,干物质积累量提升26.04%。烟叶化学成分、感官及外观质量均得到不同程度的提升,T2处理提升效果最显著,与CK处理相比分别提升10.36%、7.76%和7.30%。烟叶质量评价较CK处理提升7.57%。PASP与CTS配施能够有效提升土壤含水率,促进烤烟根系发育,改善烟叶品质。3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理综合表现最优,可有效缓解干旱导致毕节烟区烤烟产质量下降的问题。

To clarify the regulatory effects of a polyaspartic acid (PASP) combined with chitosan (CTS) on soil moisture content, tobacco plant and root growth and development, and tobacco leaf quality in the arid tobacco area of Bijie, field experiments were conducted using Yunyan 87. Different concentrations of PASP and CTS (CK: same amount of water; T1: 3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.3 kg/ha CTS; T2: 3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS; T3: 6.0 kg/ha PASP+0.3 kg/ha CTS; T4: 6.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS) were applied. Soil and root indexes, growth and development parameters and quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves were measured at different growth stages. The results showed that compared with other treatments, T3 treatment significantly increased soil moisture content. At the rosette stage, the moisture content of the shallow soil layer increased by 15.01% and that of deep soil layer increased by 10.16% compared with CK. T4 treatment significantly increased the number of lateral roots and adventitious roots, as well as root volume and root activity, by 34.07%, 29.12%, 25.70% and 29.56% respectively compared with the CK. The combined application of PASP and CTS significantly promoted growth, development, and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, with higher concentrations leading to more obvious effects. Compared with CK, the leaf area and stem circumference of T4 treatment increased by 18.3% and 12.3% respectively, and the dry matter accumulation increased by 26.04%. The chemical composition, sensory and appearance quality of tobacco leaves were improved to varying degrees. The improvement effect of T2 treatment was the most significant, with increases of 10.36%, 7.76% and 7.30% respectively, compared with the CK. The quality evaluation of tobacco leaves was 7.57% higher than that of CK. The combined application of PASP and CTS can effectively increase the soil moisture content, promote the root development of flue-cured tobacco, and improve leaf quality. The optimal treatment (3.0 kg/ha PASP+0.6 kg/ha CTS) alleviated the decline in yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco caused by drought in Bijie.

毕节烟区是贵州省重点建设的核心烟区,受高原季风气候影响,威宁与赫章片区易发生春旱,黔西钟山则以伏旱为主,已经严重影响到烤烟的正常生产,减少干旱造成的经济损失及品质下降已成为目前亟待解决的问题[1-3]。聚天门冬氨酸(polyaspartic acid,PASP)是一种含有大量活性基团的天然多肽,具有较好的螯合与吸附能力,且对环境友好[4]。壳聚糖(chitosan,CTS)是一种绿色可降解的甲壳素衍生物,能够活化根际状态,促进作物生长,用于植物生长调节剂[5-7]。一方面,PASP与CTS能够促进土壤团粒结构的形成,增进土壤活性及透气性,有效保留土壤水分及养分,是改良土壤结构和保水保肥的有效手段[8]。另一方面,CTS及PASP配施能够调节植物发育,促进根系生长,增强植物吸水吸肥能力,提升植株抗旱及抗倒伏能力[9]。关于PASP或CTS用作新型保水剂的研究已有相关报道[10-11]。目前保水剂相关研究主要围绕聚丙氨烯类及生物炭类保水剂,施用聚丙氨烯类保水剂能够降低烟株活性氧物质,提升抗旱能力[12],而生物炭类保水剂能够改善土壤理化性质,提升烤后烟叶化学物质的协调性,改善烟叶品质[13],同时能够促进碳氮代谢,提升烤烟最大叶长及根系体积[14]。但二者施用过程中存在有害成分残留等问题,聚丙氨烯类残留单体丙烯酰胺具有多种毒性[15],生物炭的制备过程会生成包括多环芳烃和二噁英等有机污染物,这些污染物会在生物炭的生产使用过程中进入自然环境,危害环境健康[16],而本研究选用的PASP及CTS均为天然绿色聚合物,不会对环境产生危害。基于PASP和CTS的优良特性,通过研究二者配施对植烟土壤含水率、根系发育、烟叶生长及品质的影响,以期通过调节适宜PASP和CTS配施浓度,增强土壤保水能力,促进烤烟发育,减少干旱带来的经济损失。
试验于2023-2024年在贵州省毕节市威宁县黑石头镇烟草科技园进行,平均气温12.3 ℃,年降水量为522.48 mm,低于全省年降水量31.79%,降水天数95 d,且集中于5-8月,春旱及伏旱现象严重。供试土壤为贵州石灰岩发育的黄壤土,土壤有机质18.59 g/kg、碱解氮118.75 mg/kg、有效磷16.60 mg/kg、速效钾232.00 mg/kg。所选试验田均为烟叶生长优良、肥力均匀且地势平坦的连片烟田。
烟苗于4月左右进行移栽,为方便比较,选取降水量较为适宜的贵阳地区作为对比。由图1可看出,团棵期(4-5月)威宁降水量极度匮乏,明显低于贵阳地区,出现春旱现象,直至6月降水开始明显升高,旺长期及成熟期6-8月降水量较为集中,部分天数降水量明显高于贵阳,9月左右降水几乎停止。
供试品种为云烟87,试验处理为不同浓度PASP与CTS配施(配施浓度见表1),PASP由湖北科沃德化工有限公司提供,PASP含量≥99%,CTS由山东铭盛生物科技有限公司提供。施用方法:烟苗破膜后按试验设计用量将PASP及CTS放入1 L量筒进行稀释,将配施溶液与纯净水按1:50体积比混合(对照组施用等量清水),采用灌根的方式分4次施用,每次间隔1周。
田间试验采用随机区组设计,每个处理设置3次重复,共15个小区。为保证结果准确性,挑选成熟度较优且一致的云烟87中部叶(第10~12叶位)和上部烟叶(第15~17叶位),每竿140片绑竿标记,所有处理均在同一天内完成采收、编烟、装炕与开烤,供试烤房为标准密集型烤房。
于烟株移栽后团棵期(30 d)、旺长期(60 d)和成熟期(90 d),采用五点取样法分别采集各小区20 cm土层根际土壤样品20 g,装入自封袋中,土样混匀后用烘干称重法测定土壤含水率[17]
于移栽后30、60和90 d,每小区选择长势均匀、有代表性烟株3株,将其根系完整挖出,用水冲洗干净,阴干表面水分,采用TTC比色法测定不同处理根系活力[18]。用镊子将烤烟根系置于盛有浅水的玻璃板中,使根系尽量展开,彼此不重叠,通过计数法测定侧根及不定根的数目,采用排水法测定根体积[19]
于移栽后30、60和90 d,每小区选择3株长势均匀一致的植株,将其根、茎和叶片均置于105 ℃杀青15 min,50 ℃烘干至恒重后测定干物质积累量。
烟叶于移栽后30、60和90 d,参照《烟草农艺性状调查测量方法》[20]对烟株的农艺性状指标进行调查。每小区随机选择5株代表性烟株,测定株高、叶间距、茎围、最大叶长和最大叶宽等农艺性状指标,计算最大叶面积。最大叶面积=最大叶长×最大叶宽×0.6345(0.6345为叶面积指数)。
烟叶采烤结束后,选取B2F和C3F等级的烟叶各2.0 kg,其常规化学成分采用流动分析法[21]测定总糖及还原糖(YC/Y 159- 2002)[22]、总植物碱(YC/T 468-2021)[23]、总氮(YC/T 161-2002)[24]、氯(YC/T 153-2001)[25]和钾含量(YC/T 73-2003)[26]。每个处理各抽取20片等级、部位相同的烟叶,使用人工气候箱(DHG- 9140A),在温度22 ℃、相对湿度60%条件下平衡48 h,依据杨虹琦等[27]的方法测定烟叶叶面密度、拉力、平衡含水率及含梗率等指标。烟叶外观质量及感官质量评价由河南农业大学烟草风味与功能表征团队按照《中国烟草种植区划》[28]评价方法进行打分。
将烤后烟叶按照《中国烟草种植区划》烟草适宜性评价标准[28]进行赋值打分,得到最终烟叶质量评价结果,即外观质量、物理特性、化学成分协调性及感官质量的综合反映,4个部分权重依次为0.06、0.06、0.22和0.66。
采用Microsoft Excel 2016及Origin 2024软件进行数据统计和可视化,采用IBM Statistics SPSS 27.0软件进行显著性、方差及主成分分析。
图2可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤烟团棵期及成熟期土壤含水率,与其他处理相比,T2处理于成熟期对0~10 cm浅层土壤含水率提升效果显著,较CK处理提升19.67%,T4处理于团棵期对0~10cm浅层土壤提升效果显著,较CK处理提升20.15%。T3处理0~10cm土壤含水率在团棵期及成熟期略高于T1处理,均显著高于CK处理。相较其他处理,T3处理在团棵期及成熟期提升10~20 cm土壤含水率效果显著,与CK处理相比分别提升10.16%和15.28%。T1、T2和T4处理于团棵期及成熟期10~20cm土壤含水率处于中间水平,相较CK提升2.66%~6.73%。总体表现为,土壤含水率受PASP及PASP与CTS交互作用的影响均达显著水平,旺长期PASP与CTS二者配施效果不明显,团棵期T4处理对0~10 cm浅层土壤起到较为显著的保水效果。T3处理对10~20 cm土壤有较为显著的保水效果。
图3可知,PASP与CTS配施能够显著提升烤烟侧根及不定根条数,T4处理提升侧根及不定根条数效果最为显著,生育期(团棵期、旺长期和成熟期)均值较CK处理分别提升34.07%和29.12%。T1、T2和T3处理侧根条数生育期均值相较CK分别提升14.70%、19.61%和23.87%,不定根条数分别提升21.85%、23.29%和20.53%,显著高于CK处理。总体表现为侧根条数受CTS作用的影响均达极显著水平,二者交互效应对侧根影响显著,配施浓度越高对侧根条数增加效果越明显。不定根条数受CTS作用的影响达极显著水平,二者交互效应对不定根影响显著,配施浓度越高对不定根条数增加效果越明显。
图4可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤烟根系活力,团棵期及成熟期T4处理提升根系活力效果最为显著,旺长期处理间无显著差异,均显著高于CK。T1、T2和T3处理处于中间水平,与CK相比,分别提升17.49%、19.80%和18.55%。根系活力的生育期均值较CK处理分别提升17.49%、19.80%和18.55%。总体表现为根系活力受PASP及CTS影响显著,二者交互效应对侧根影响显著,配施浓度越高对根系活力增加效果越明显。
图5可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤烟根体积,T4处理于团棵期及成熟期提升根体积效果最为显著,与CK处理相比分别提升24.24%和27.81%,T1、T2、T3处理根体积团棵期及成熟期均值相较CK处理分别提升12.10%、9.35%、18.67%。旺长期T3处理对根体积提升显著,相较CK处理提升22.04%。T1、T2和T4处理处于中间水平,旺长期根体积均值相较CK处理分别提升17.74%、19.87%和25.05%。总体表现为根体积受PASP影响达极显著水平,二者交互效应对根体积影响极显著,配施浓度越高对根体积增加效果越明显。
图6可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤烟根干物质积累量,T4处理于团棵期、旺长期和成熟期提升根干物质积累量效果显著,与CK处理相比分别提升38.37%、18.38%和25.00%。T1、T2和T3处理处于中间水平,根系干物质积累量生育期均值相较CK处理分别提升8.91%、18.73%和15.94%。总体表现为根系干物质积累受PASP及CTS的影响达极显著水平,二者交互效应对根干物质积累影响不显著,配施浓度越高对根干物质增加效果越明显。
图7可知,PASP与CTS配施能够显著提升烤烟茎干物质积累量,T4处理于团棵期及旺长期提升茎干物质积累量效果最为显著,与CK处理相比分别提升38.37%和7.44%,T2处理于旺长期提升茎干物质积累量效果最显著,与CK处理相比提升19.64%。T1和T3处理处于中间水平,茎干物质积累量生育期均值相较CK处理分别提升14.94%和10.07%。总体表现为茎干物质积累受PASP及CTS影响显著,二者交互效应对茎干物质积累影响不显著,配施浓度越高对茎干物质积累量增加效果越明显。
图8可知,PASP与CTS配施能够显著提升烤烟叶片干物质积累量,T4处理于团棵期及成熟期提升叶干物质积累效果最为显著,与CK处理相比分别提升28.23%和30.36%,T1处理于旺长期提升叶干物质积累量效果最显著,与CK处理相比提升19.23%。T2和T3处理处于中间水平,叶片干物质积累量生育期均值相较CK处理分别提升18.09%和10.07%。总体表现为叶片干物质积累受CTS的影响达极显著水平,二者交互效应对叶片干物质积累影响极显著,配施浓度越高对叶片干物质增加效果越明显。
表2可知,PASP与CTS配施显著促进烟株生长发育,T4处理对烟株最大叶长、最大叶宽、叶面积和茎围提升效果最为显著,4个指标在旺长期相较CK分别提升7.67%、12.36%、19.08%和9.52%,在成熟期相较CK处理分别提升5.58%、9.15%、14.22%和13.04%。其中PASP与CTS配施对成熟期烟叶叶面积提升效果显著,成熟期二者配施对茎围提升效果最显著。二者配施对全生育茎围提升效果极显著。T1处理株高相较CK处理显著升高,生育期均值提升5.66%。主效应分析结果表现为,PASP对烟株全生育期叶宽、叶面积及茎围提升效果极显著,对团棵及成熟期叶长提升效果显著,CTS对团棵期及成熟期烟株最大叶宽提升效果显著,对成熟期叶面积及茎围提升效果极显著,二者配施的交互效应对团棵期及旺长期株高的提升效果显著,对成熟期的叶片增长效果显著,对全生育期的茎围提升效果极显著。
图9可知,通过对相关生长发育数据进行主成分分析,进行权重赋值及综合评价,结果显示PC1和PC2主成分方差解释率达87.4%,能够代表所测定因素的综合结果。各指标在PC1上权重无显著差异,含水率及根活力对PC2呈显著正相关,而叶间距及株高呈显著负相关。综合评价结果(图9b)显示,随PASP及CTS配施浓度升高,生长指标综合评价显著上升,表明PASP及CTS对烟草生长发育有较为显著的促进作用。
表3表4可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烟叶化学成分协调性,高浓度显著提升中部烤后烟叶植物碱含量,中、低浓度烤后烟叶淀粉含量显著降低,糖碱比、氮碱比及钾氯比显著降低。相较其他处理,高浓度明显提升中部烤后烟叶植物碱含量,中、低浓度烤后烟叶淀粉含量下降,糖碱比、氮碱比及钾氯比大幅降低。适宜性评价得分则表现为,中、低浓度对还原糖、总氮、淀粉及氮碱比得分提升显著,高浓度则对植物碱、钾及糖碱比提升显著,最终化学成分评价结果表明中等浓度处理对烟叶化学成分协调提升效果最为显著。相较其他处理,T2、T3处理淀粉、植物碱及总氮得分明显提升,T4处理中部叶钾和糖碱比得分明显提升,最终化学成分评价结果表明中等浓度(T3和T4处理)对烟叶化学成分协调提升效果最为显著。主效应分析结果表现为,PASP对烤后烟叶还原糖和钾氯比提升效果极显著,显著提升中部叶淀粉及糖碱比,CTS对中上部烟叶氯含量、淀粉和钾氯比提升效果极显著,同时极显著提升中部叶植物碱、还原糖和总糖含量,二者交互作用对还原糖、总糖、总氮、氯、淀粉和糖碱比提升效果极显著。
表5可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤后烟叶感官质量及外观品质,相较其他处理,高浓度(T4)处理烟叶刺激性提升,明显提升中浓度T2处理对香气质及香气量,同时T2处理烟叶颜色、成熟度及中部叶色度、平衡含水率提升,中高浓度(T3和T4处理)显著提升中部烟叶含梗率。感官、外观及物理评价结果表明,T2处理烟叶感官质量及外观质量评分高于其他处理,中上部叶片感官质量与CK处理相比分别提升5.63%和10.29%,外观质量分别提升8.55%和5.08%。主效应分析结果表现为,二者交互作用对烟叶香气质、香气量、杂气及总分提升效果极显著,同时对烟叶颜色、结构及外观质量总分提升效果极显著,对物理特性未表现出强交互效应。
表6可知,PASP与CTS配施显著提升烤后烟叶感官及外观质量,对烤后烟叶品质提升效果显著。高浓度T4处理对烟叶物理特性提升较大,中等浓度T3处理对烟叶化学成分提升效果显著,T2处理则能够极显著提升烟叶感官质量及外观品质。总体评价表现为T2处理中上部烟叶质量较CK分别提升6.29%和7.77%,相较其他处理提升效果明显,高浓度烟叶质量反而下降。
调控土壤水分可以影响烟叶的水分含量及物质转化,改善叶厚,致使烟叶内含物充实,结构紧实,改善烟叶质量[29-30]。本研究结果表明,根施PASP及CTS能有效增强土壤持水能力,保持土壤水分稳定。在烤烟生长前期根灌PASP及CTS溶液,能明显提升团棵期及成熟期土壤含水率,0~10 cm土层6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理浓度保水效果最佳,主要原因为PASP及CTS具有极强的螯合吸附能力,能够促进土壤形成团粒结构,使土壤变松、保水,减少耕层土壤水分的下渗和蒸发,改善植株根部水分环境,10~20 cm土层6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.3 kg/hm2 CTS处理浓度对团棵期及成熟期保水效果提升效果显著,而更高浓度配施反而下降,可能由于浅层土壤中PASP及CTS随时间推移逐渐沉积于20 cm左右耕层,CTS含量过高导致团聚体增大,保水性能反而下降。
增强植株根系能够提升作物吸水吸肥能力,促进植株地上及地下部分生长发育[31-32]。本研究表明,根施PASP及CTS能够增强烤烟生理生化机制,促使根系发达,茎叶粗壮,6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理浓度显著提升烟株根系活力、根系条数以及根体积。主要原因为PASP及CTS可保证根际微生物保持较长时期的相对稳定,同时CTS具有调节植物发育的功能,能够发根促茎,增强烟株吸水吸肥能力,提升抗旱与抗倒伏能力。PASP与CTS能够提升干物质积累量,浓度越高作用效果越显著,3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.3 kg/hm2 CTS处理株高提升显著,6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS配施对烟株最大叶长、最大叶宽、叶面积及茎围提升效果最为显著。烤烟生长综合评价表明,PASP与CTS配施浓度增加会显著促进烤烟生长发育,浓度越高作用效果越明显。主要原因为PASP及CTS能够提升烤烟根系发育,活化根际状态,溶解养分分子,使氮磷钾等养分能够得到植物充分有效的吸收,提升植烟土壤水肥利用率,促进烟叶生长发育,而CTS具有发根促茎的作用,使茎缩短粗壮,所以高浓度配施株高反而降低。
PASP与CTS配施能够促进烟株对养分及微量元素的吸收,协调烟叶内部化学成分,提升烤后烟叶品质。本研究表明,6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.3 kg/hm2 CTS配施能够明显改善烟叶化学成分协调性,3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS配施处理对烟叶感官质量及外观品质提升效果最好,6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS配施能够提升烟叶物理特性,另外3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理浓度能够明显提升烟叶香气质和香气量。主要由于土壤中的微量元素在PASP及CTS的螯合下,容易被烟株吸收,从而增加蛋白质和氨基酸的含量,从根本上改善品质,因此低浓度及适宜浓度PASP与CTS配施对烤烟生长及烟叶质量具有显著促进作用。
PASP与CTS配施能够有效提升团棵及成熟期土壤含水率,6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.3 kg/hm2 CTS配施效果最显著,同时6.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS处理能够显著提升烟株根系活力及根体积,增加根系条数,有效提升植株对土壤水肥利用率,二者配施能够促进烤烟生长发育,显著提升烟株叶面积、茎围及干物质积累量,浓度越高作用效果越明显。3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS配施处理烟叶质量评价显著高于对照处理,浓度增加烟叶质量评价反而下降,因此,3.0 kg/hm2 PASP与0.6 kg/hm2 CTS配施对烤烟生长及烟叶品质具有促进作用,能够显著改善烤后烟叶产品质量。
