A two-year field experiment was conducted from 2022 to 2023 in Zunyi, Guizhou Province. Five fertilization treatments, no fertilization (T1), farmerʼs habit fertilization, basal application ordinary compound fertilizer 900 kg/ha and topdressing of pure N 45.0 kg/ha during panicle stage (T2), basal application type I fertilizer 1800 kg/ha, no topdressing (T3), basal application type II fertilizer 3000 kg/ha, no topdressing (T4), basal application type III fertilizer 1500 kg/ha and topdressing of pure N 90.0 kg/ha during panicle stage (T5) were set up to study the effects of different organic-inorganic compound fertilizers from distillerʼs grains on sorghum yield, quality, nutrient uptake and utilization. The result showed that compared with T2 treatment, the sorghum yield of T3, T4, and T5 treatment increased by 76.57, 107.57, 164.66 kg/ha and total biomass increased 328.40, 358.98, and 463.54 kg/ha. Compared with T2 treatment, the amylopectin content in sorghum from T3 to T5 treatment increased by 1.13%-7.02% and and tannin content increased by 1.63%-4.35%. Compared with T2 treatment, the nitrogen accumulation of T3, T4 and T5 treatments were increased by 7.27, 6.22, 9.07 kg/ha, the phosphorus accumulation were increased by 1.27, 1.72, 2.47 kg/ha, the potassium accumulation were increased by 13.35, 12.38, 9.15 kg/ha. After harvesting of sorghum, T3, T4 and T5 treatments could all maintain or increase soil nutrient content. The two-year average net benefit of T5 treatment were 45 189.7 yuan/ha, and output/input ratio were 2.679, higher than T2, T3, and T4 treatments. In summary, both the one-time basal application of Type I and Type II and basal application of Type III + topdressing of nitrogen at panicle stage methods could improve the yield, nutrient absorption and utilization, and maintain soil fertility levels. We suggested that when labor is in sufficient, the former is preferred; when labor is sufficient, the latter is an alternative.

于2022-2023年连续2年在贵州省遵义市开展大田定位试验,设不施肥(T1),农民习惯施肥、基施普通复合肥900 kg/hm2、穗期追施纯氮45 kg/hm2(T2),基施Ⅰ型肥料1800 kg/hm2、不追肥(T3),基施Ⅱ型肥料3000 kg/hm2、不追肥(T4)和基施Ⅲ型肥料1500 kg/hm2、穗期追施纯氮90 kg/hm2(T5)5个处理,研究不同酒糟有机无机复混肥对高粱产量、品质、养分吸收及利用的影响。结果表明,与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理高粱产量平均分别提高76.57、107.57和164.66 kg/hm2,总生物量平均分别提高328.40、358.98和463.54 kg/hm2。T3~T5处理高粱支链淀粉含量较T2处理平均增加1.13%~7.02%,单宁含量增加1.63%~4.35%。与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理氮素累积量平均分别提高7.27、6.22和9.07 kg/hm2,磷素累积量平均分别提高1.27、1.72和2.47 kg/hm2,钾素累积量平均分别提高13.35、12.38和9.15 kg/hm2。高粱收获后,T3、T4和T5处理均能维持或提高土壤养分含量。经济效益方面,T5处理的2年平均净收益为45 189.7元/hm2,产投比为2.679,高于T2、T3和T4处理。综上,采用一次性基施Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮肥施肥方式的高粱产量、养分吸收利用均优于农民习惯施肥,建议当劳动力不足时,优先选择前者,当劳动力充足时,可选择后者。

A two-year field experiment was conducted from 2022 to 2023 in Zunyi, Guizhou Province. Five fertilization treatments, no fertilization (T1), farmerʼs habit fertilization, basal application ordinary compound fertilizer 900 kg/ha and topdressing of pure N 45.0 kg/ha during panicle stage (T2), basal application type I fertilizer 1800 kg/ha, no topdressing (T3), basal application type II fertilizer 3000 kg/ha, no topdressing (T4), basal application type III fertilizer 1500 kg/ha and topdressing of pure N 90.0 kg/ha during panicle stage (T5) were set up to study the effects of different organic-inorganic compound fertilizers from distillerʼs grains on sorghum yield, quality, nutrient uptake and utilization. The result showed that compared with T2 treatment, the sorghum yield of T3, T4, and T5 treatment increased by 76.57, 107.57, 164.66 kg/ha and total biomass increased 328.40, 358.98, and 463.54 kg/ha. Compared with T2 treatment, the amylopectin content in sorghum from T3 to T5 treatment increased by 1.13%-7.02% and and tannin content increased by 1.63%-4.35%. Compared with T2 treatment, the nitrogen accumulation of T3, T4 and T5 treatments were increased by 7.27, 6.22, 9.07 kg/ha, the phosphorus accumulation were increased by 1.27, 1.72, 2.47 kg/ha, the potassium accumulation were increased by 13.35, 12.38, 9.15 kg/ha. After harvesting of sorghum, T3, T4 and T5 treatments could all maintain or increase soil nutrient content. The two-year average net benefit of T5 treatment were 45 189.7 yuan/ha, and output/input ratio were 2.679, higher than T2, T3, and T4 treatments. In summary, both the one-time basal application of Type I and Type II and basal application of Type III + topdressing of nitrogen at panicle stage methods could improve the yield, nutrient absorption and utilization, and maintain soil fertility levels. We suggested that when labor is in sufficient, the former is preferred; when labor is sufficient, the latter is an alternative.

高粱是贵州白酒主产区的主要种植作物,近年来,随着贵州白酒产业产能的增加,高粱种植面积逐年扩大[1-2]。但长期以来,因过度追求产量与经济效益,当前生产中存在单一且大量施用化肥的现象,“重化肥轻有机肥”问题愈发严重,这不仅会导致高粱产量和品质的降低,同时还会导致农田土壤板结和养分失衡等生态问题,在一定程度上已威胁到贵州高粱产业可持续发展。
酒糟是高粱酿酒后的最大副产物,随着贵州白酒产业产能的增加,酒糟产生量也逐年增加[3]。酒糟中氮含量丰富,最高可达39.0 g/kg,是一种较好的高氮源大宗废弃资源,其发酵产物可作为重要的有机肥源[4]替代部分化肥,这契合我国化肥“零增长”的行动和理念[5-6],同时实现酒糟“从土里来,到土里去”的生态循环目标。目前,酒糟的利用方式呈现多样化。将酒糟炭化后可以提高土壤氮素养分,改变土壤细菌群落结构和多样性,提高土壤氮素有效性,减少铵态氮、有效磷和速效钾的淋失[7-8],但酒糟生物炭制作成本较高;将酒糟和窖泥发酵后添加辅料(草炭、珍珠岩和蛭石)能调节育苗机制的理化性质,有利于高粱出苗[9],但酒糟消耗量相对较少;将发酵的酒糟有机肥单独施用于高粱和茶叶,虽能满足高粱和茶叶生长所需的养分,但用量太大[10-11],劳动力成本增加,不利于实际操作;将酒糟有机肥与化肥配施,可提高油菜和高粱产量[12],且酒糟消耗量满足产业需求,但酒糟有机肥和化肥为分次施用,不能解决一次施用的问题。前人关于酒糟利用方式的研究很多,取得了较好的应用结果。将酒糟有机肥与无机化肥配合制备成有机无机复混肥可以解决上述问题,但其研究鲜有报道,尤其运用于高粱上的研究更是未见报道。
因此,本研究针对利用酒糟发酵物自主研发制备成的不同养分类型酒糟有机无机复混肥开展大田试验,探讨该肥料对高粱产量、品质、养分吸收及利用的影响,旨在为进一步利用贵州酒糟资源及其在高粱主产区生产上的高效利用提供理论支撑。
试验分别于2022年和2023年5-10月在贵州省遵义市播州区新民镇进行,连续开展2年的田间定位试验。试验田块土壤为黄壤旱地,基本理化性状:pH 5.04、有机质45.7 g/kg、全氮2.30 g/kg、有效磷28.2 mg/kg、速效钾168.9 mg/kg。
供试高粱品种为红缨子。供试肥料为3种自主研发的酒糟有机无机复混肥:Ⅰ型有机无机复混肥,酒糟有机肥484.2 g/kg,总N:P2O5:K2O= 10%:8%:8%,有机质含量34.2%,每100 kg需尿素17.39 kg、磷酸一铵18.19 kg、硫酸钾16.00 kg、酒糟有机肥48.42 kg;II型有机无机复混肥,总N:P2O5:K2O=6%:5%:5%,酒糟有机肥680.3 g/kg,有机质含量39.4%,每100 kg需尿素10.33 kg、磷酸一铵11.37 kg、硫酸钾10.00 kg、酒糟有机肥68.30 kg;Ⅲ型有机无机复混肥,酒糟有机肥496.6 g/kg,总N:P2O5:K2O=6%:10%:10%,有机质含量33.7%,每100 kg需尿素7.61 kg、磷酸一铵20.46 kg、硫酸钾20.00 kg、酒糟有机肥49.66 kg。普通复合肥(N:P2O5:K2O=15%:15%: 15%)、尿素(含N 46%)。
试验共设5个处理,各处理具体肥料施用量如表1所示。试验小区面积均为24.5 m2(长7 m×宽3.5 m),3次重复,随机区组排列,每小区5行,每行26窝,每窝2株,密度10.61×105株/hm2。试验的其他田间生产管理均采用农业技术推广部门的推荐技术。
试验前在整个田块按照“S”形取样法采集0~20 cm的土壤样品,并于收获期在每个小区采集0~20 cm的土壤样品,采用pH计法测定pH,采用重铬酸钾容量法测定有机质含量,采用开氏定氮法测定全氮含量,采用钼锑抗比色法测定有效磷含量,采用火焰光度法测定速效钾含量[13]
于高粱成熟期,每小区选取生长状况一致且具有代表性的植株10株,将其分为茎叶和籽粒2部分,分别于105 ℃下杀青30 min,60 ℃烘箱中烘至恒重,记录干重,依次折算地上部生物量。
高粱收获时,每小区选取长势一致且具有代表性的高粱植株6株,测定株高、茎粗、穗长和千粒重等农艺性状。株高为高粱根茎部到穗顶部之间的距离;茎粗为高粱距离地面第一节中部节间的直径;穗长为穗茎节处到穗顶部之间的距离;千粒重为随机1000粒高粱的重量。
取部分磨碎过筛的高粱籽粒样品用于测定品质指标单宁和支链淀粉,采用薄层色谱法测定单宁含量(占籽粒百分比),采用分光光度法测定支链淀粉含量(占籽粒百分比)[14-16]
在高粱收获前,每个小区随机采集6株相对长势一致的高粱植株,用于分析植株养分指标。将高粱植株分为茎叶和籽粒2部分,分别于105 ℃杀青30 min后,于60 ℃恒温烘干称量,然后将植物样品磨碎过筛后,采用H2SO4-H2O2联合消煮,采用凯氏定氮法测定全氮含量、钼锑抗比色法测定全磷含量、火焰光度法测定全钾含量,并计算植株氮、磷和钾素积累量[13]。氮素表观利用率(%)=高粱氮素总吸收量/施氮量×100;氮素农学效率(kg/kg)=(施氮区产量-对照区产量)/施氮量,同理,计算磷素和钾素表观利用率和农学效率[17-19]
于高粱收获时,各个小区高粱实收实打。高粱风干至恒重,并折合每公顷产量。
采用Microsoft Excel 2010及DPS数据处理系统进行数据处理与分析,利用最小显著差异法(LSD)进行方差分析,采用Origin 8.0软件制图。
图1可知,与T1处理相比,各施肥处理的高粱平均产量显著提高了1504.27~1668.93 kg/hm2,增幅为30.79%~34.16%,各处理高粱2年产量均显著高于T1处理。T3、T4和T5处理的高粱2年平均产量分别为6466.45、6497.45和6554.54 kg/hm2,较T2处理分别提高76.57、107.57和164.66 kg/hm2,增幅分别为1.20%、1.68%和2.58%,除T1处理外,各处理高粱产量2年差异均不显著。可见,3个有机无机复混肥与常规施肥相比,更能促进作物对养分的吸收,从而提高高粱产量。
表2可知,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱总生物量平均增加了3251.89~3715.43 kg/hm2,增幅为29.33%~33.51%,各处理2年籽粒和茎叶生物量均显著高于T1处理。T3、T4和T5处理的2年高粱总生物量平均分别为14 666.62、14 697.20和14 801.76 kg/hm2,较T2处理分别增加了328.40、358.98和463.54 kg/hm2,增幅分别为2.29%、2.50%和3.23%,除T1处理外,各处理间籽粒和茎叶生物量2年差异均不显著。
表3可知,从株高结果看,与T1处理相比,各施肥处理的高粱株高平均增加了0.09~0.15 m,增幅为3.66%~6.09%,各处理株高2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的高粱株高分别平均增加了0.04、0.06和0.07 m,增幅分别为1.57%、2.35%和2.75%,其中T5处理的高粱平均株高最高,达到2.61 m,高于其他处理,除T1处理外,各处理间2年株高均差异不显著。从茎粗结果看,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱平均茎粗增加了1.77~2.83 mm,增幅为13.30%~21.28%,各处理2年均显著高于T1处理,以T5处理的平均茎粗最大,为16.13 mm,高于其他处理,除T1处理外,各处理间茎粗2年均差异不显著。从穗长结果来看,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱平均穗长增加了1.67~2.55 cm,增幅为5.14%~7.84%,各处理间穗长2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的高粱平均穗长增加了0.67、0.54和0.88 cm,增幅分别为1.96%、1.58%和2.57%,其中T5处理的高粱平均穗长为35.06 cm,高于其他处理,除T1处理外,各处理间穗长2年均差异不显著。从千粒重结果看,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱平均千粒重增加了2.51~3.55 g,增幅为13.60%~ 19.23%,各处理2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的高粱平均千粒重分别增加了0.80、0.56和1.04 g,增幅分别为3.81%、2.67%和4.96%,其中T5处理的高粱平均千粒重最大,为22.01 g,高于其他处理,除T1处理外,各处理间千粒重2年均差异不显著。
表4可知,施用酒糟有机无机复混肥对高粱籽粒品质产生了影响。从支链淀粉含量看,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱支链淀粉含量平均增加了3.12%~10.36%,T4和T5处理2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,不同有机无机复混肥处理的高粱支链淀粉含量平均增加了1.13%~ 7.02%,各处理2年均差异不显著。从单宁含量看,与T1处理相比,施肥处理的高粱单宁含量分别平均增加了3.95%~8.47%,2022年T4和T5处理显著高于T1处理,2023年各处理差异不显著;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的高粱单宁含量分别平均增加了1.63%、3.80%和4.35%,各处理2年差异均不显著。
图2显示了不同施肥处理的高粱氮、磷、钾养分情况。从氮素积累量看,与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的氮素积累量平均分别提高了7.27、6.22和9.07 kg/hm2,增幅分别为5.03%、4.31%和6.28%,T5处理的氮素积累量最高,平均为153.60 kg/hm2,2022年各施肥处理间差异不显著,2023年T3~T5处理显著高于T2处理。从磷素积累量看,与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的磷素积累量平均分别提高了1.27、1.72和2.47 kg/hm2,增幅分别为4.00%、5.41%和7.76%,T5处理的磷素积累量最高,平均为34.35 kg/hm2,2022年各施肥处理间差异不显著,2023年T5处理显著高于T2处理。从钾素积累量看,与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的钾素积累量平均分别提高了13.35、12.38和9.15 kg/hm2,增幅分别为7.44%、6.89%和5.10%,以T3处理的钾素积累量最高,平均为192.90 kg/hm2,2022年T3、T5处理与T2处理差异显著,2023年T3~T5处理显著高于T2处理。
表5显示了不同施肥处理的肥料利用率情况。从表观利用率看,与T2处理相比,T3~T5处理的氮肥表观利用率分别平均提高了16.32%~22.14%,其中T5处理的平均氮肥表观利用率达到33.38%,2022年T3和T5处理显著高于T2处理,2023年各处理均显著高于T2处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的平均磷肥表观利用率分别提高了5.72%、6.13%和12.40%,其中T5处理的平均磷肥表观利用率最大,为8.25%,T5处理2年均显著高于T2处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的平均钾肥表观利用率分别提高了16.36%、10.12%和4.85%,其中T3处理的平均钾肥表观利用率最高,为47.95%,2022年T4处理显著高于T2处理,2023年各处理显著高于T2处理。
从肥料农学效率看,与T2处理相比,T3~T5处理的氮肥农学效率分别平均提高了0.73~1.23 kg/kg,其中T5处理的平均氮肥农学效率达到了9.28 kg/kg,高于其他处理0.33~1.23 kg/kg,各处理2年均显著高于T2处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的磷肥农学效率分别平均降低了0.16、0.39和0.01 kg/kg,其中T5处理高于T3和T4处理,各处理2年均差异不显著;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的钾肥农学效率分别平均降低了0.16、0.39和0.01 kg/kg,其中T5处理高于T3和T4处理,各处理2年差异均不显著。
高粱收获后,各处理土壤肥力变化不同(表6)。pH方面,土壤pH呈现升高的趋势,各处理pH平均较T1处理分别提升0.13~0.23;与T2处理相比,各处理土壤pH均有降低的趋势,各处理2年差异均不显著。有机质方面,各处理有机质较T1处理平均增加1.39~3.18 g/kg;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的有机质均有增加的趋势,平均增加0.92~1.79 g/kg,除T1处理外,各处理2年差异均不显著。全氮方面,各处理全氮较T1处理平均增加0.08~0.21 g/kg;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理的全氮均有增加的趋势,平均增加0.09~0.13 g/kg,除T1处理外,各处理2年差异均不显著。有效磷方面,各处理有效磷较T1处理平均增加24.00~37.37 mg/kg,各处理2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理有效磷积累量均有增加的趋势,平均增加6.42~ 13.37 mg/kg,除T1处理外,2022年各处理显著高于T2处理,2023年T3和T5处理与T2处理差异不显著。速效钾方面,各处理速效钾较T1处理平均增加149.66~178.38 mg/kg,各处理2年均显著高于T1处理;与T2处理相比,T3、T4和T5处理积累量均有增加的趋势,平均增加3.80~28.72 mg/kg,除T1处理外,2022年T4和T5处理显著高于T2处理,2023年T4处理显著高于T2处理。研究结果表明,I型、II型和III型有机无机复混肥能维持或提高土壤养分含量,维持土壤地力。
表7可知,不同处理的高粱经济效益不同。产值方面,2年平均产值以T5处理最高,为72 099.5元/hm2,高于其他处理627.0~18 687.9元/hm2。总成本方面,由于不同肥料制造成本以及后期追肥成本不同,导致总成本不同,2年平均成本以T2处理最高,为28 584.8元/hm2,高于其他处理414.8~5784.8元/hm2。净收益方面,T5处理2年平均净收益为45 189.7元/hm2,高于其他处理1002.9~14 578.1元/hm2。产投比方面,由于不同处理高粱产值和总成本不同,导致不同处理产投比不同,T5处理2年平均产投比为2.679,高于其他处理0.039~0.336。
有机无机复混肥同时具有无机肥和有机肥的特点,既具备无机肥的速效特性,又具备有机肥的缓效特性,能够表现出正交互作用,对改良土壤结构与肥力[20-21]、保障作物产量与品质[22-23]以及促进农业废弃物综合利用[3-4]均发挥着重要作用。市售的肥料多以单质化肥和复合肥为主,虽然肥料养分释放快,但其肥效不能满足作物整个生育期养分需求,且大量施用化肥会造成导致农田土壤板结和养分失衡等生态问题。酒糟作为高粱酿酒后的最大副产物,养分含量较高,是较好的有机肥源,具有良好的替代化学肥料潜力,且呈现出有机肥缓释的效果[10-11]。本研究对独立自主研制的3个酒糟有机无机复混肥高粱专用配方的研究表明,在总养分投入相当的情况下,施用Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型酒糟有机无机复混肥的高粱产量分别为6466.45、6497.45和6554.54 kg/hm2,较农民习惯施肥分别提高76.57、107.57和164.66 kg/hm2,增幅分别为1.20%、1.68%和2.58%,说明酒糟有机无机复混肥能提高高粱产量,这与前人[24-26]的研究结果相类似。Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的高粱品质以及收获后土壤养分也有一定程度提升,其中基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮肥处理的高粱产量略高于一次性基施Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型,说明高粱生长后期适当追施氮肥有利于养分向籽粒运输,从而增加产量,但Ⅲ型酒糟有机无机复混肥需追施氮肥,需要投入劳动力。从高粱经济效益来看,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型肥料处理高粱净收益和产投比均高于农民习惯施肥,虽然基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮肥处理增加了劳动力,但由于其较高的高粱产值,使其净收益和产投比均高于一次性基施Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型处理,Ⅱ型虽然未产生追肥劳动成本,但其过高的肥料施用量增加了肥料成本,从而导致其净收益和产投比略低于Ⅰ型。因此,在酒糟有机无机复混肥选择时应根据实际情况选择,当劳动力充足时,应优先选择基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮处理,当劳动力不足时,可选择一次性基施Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型酒糟有机无机复混肥。
肥料利用效率是反映作物对肥料吸收与利用的主要指标,农学效率、吸收利用效率和偏生产力是表达肥料利用率的常用指标,其与产量、施肥量和土壤肥力水平关系最为密切[27-28],本研究条件下的高粱肥料利用率低于现代农业生产标准的肥料利用率[27],这可能是因为有机肥施入后,其养分释放缓慢造成的,同时黄壤独特的结构也是造成肥料利用率低的主要原因,因此,如何提高黄壤肥力,提高肥料利用效率是未来的研究方向。酒糟有机无机复混肥施入土壤后对土壤微生物的影响尚不明确,未来会定向监测长期酒糟有机无机复混肥施用下的土壤微生物演变规律,从地下角度阐明酒糟有机无机复混肥增产机制与减肥潜力。
酒糟有机无机复混肥采用一次性基施Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮肥施肥形式的高粱产量、养分吸收利用以及土壤养分均优于农民习惯施肥。考虑到经济效益和劳动力,当劳动力不足时,可选择一次性基施Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型酒糟有机无机复混肥;当劳动力充足时,优先选择基施Ⅲ型+穗期追氮处理。
