The essential oil from Curcuma longa L. (CLEO) was extracted by steam distillation. In this study, vasorelaxant activity and mechanism of CLEO was explored. Firstly, the experimental results of isolated rat thoracic aorta ring showed that the CLEO had vasorelaxant activity. By removing the endothelium of aorta ring and pre-incubating inhibitor of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), it was found that the vasorelaxant activity of CLEO was endothelium-dependent and related to eNOS. By human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) model, it was found that the CLEO could promote the production of nitric oxide (NO) in HUVECs, further indicating that the vasorelaxant activity of CLEO was related to eNOS. The results of Western blot showed that CLEO could up-regulate the phosphorylation levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (Akt) and eNOS. In summary, the CLEO has vasorelaxant activity, and its mechanism is related to activating the endothelial PI3K/Akt/eNOS pathway. All animal experiments in this paper were approved by the Committee of Laboratory Animal Welfare Ethics of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (approval No. 2020-04).

姜黄挥发油采用水蒸气蒸馏法从姜黄中提取得到。本文探讨了姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性及机制。首先采用离体大鼠胸主动脉环实验发现姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性; 通过去除血管环内皮和预孵育内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS) 抑制剂, 发现姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性具有内皮依赖性, 且与eNOS有关; 采用人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs) 模型, 发现姜黄挥发油能够促进HUVECs中一氧化氮(NO) 的生成, 进一步说明了姜黄油的舒张血管作用与eNOS有关; 最后免疫印迹实验结果表明姜黄挥发油能够上调磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、蛋白激酶B (Akt)、eNOS的磷酸化水平。综上所述, 姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性, 且其机制与激活内皮PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路有关。本文中所有动物实验均获得成都中医药大学实验动物伦理委员会批准(批准号: 2020-04)。

姜黄挥发油采用水蒸气蒸馏法从姜黄中提取得到。本文探讨了姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性及机制。首先采用离体大鼠胸主动脉环实验发现姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性; 通过去除血管环内皮和预孵育内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS) 抑制剂, 发现姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性具有内皮依赖性, 且与eNOS有关; 采用人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs) 模型, 发现姜黄挥发油能够促进HUVECs中一氧化氮(NO) 的生成, 进一步说明了姜黄油的舒张血管作用与eNOS有关; 最后免疫印迹实验结果表明姜黄挥发油能够上调磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、蛋白激酶B (Akt)、eNOS的磷酸化水平。综上所述, 姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性, 且其机制与激活内皮PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路有关。本文中所有动物实验均获得成都中医药大学实验动物伦理委员会批准(批准号: 2020-04)。

The essential oil from Curcuma longa L. (CLEO) was extracted by steam distillation. In this study, vasorelaxant activity and mechanism of CLEO was explored. Firstly, the experimental results of isolated rat thoracic aorta ring showed that the CLEO had vasorelaxant activity. By removing the endothelium of aorta ring and pre-incubating inhibitor of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), it was found that the vasorelaxant activity of CLEO was endothelium-dependent and related to eNOS. By human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) model, it was found that the CLEO could promote the production of nitric oxide (NO) in HUVECs, further indicating that the vasorelaxant activity of CLEO was related to eNOS. The results of Western blot showed that CLEO could up-regulate the phosphorylation levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (Akt) and eNOS. In summary, the CLEO has vasorelaxant activity, and its mechanism is related to activating the endothelial PI3K/Akt/eNOS pathway. All animal experiments in this paper were approved by the Committee of Laboratory Animal Welfare Ethics of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (approval No. 2020-04).

姜黄为姜科植物姜黄Curcuma longa L.的干燥根茎, 在我国的应用历史悠久, 多作为活血化瘀中药来使用, 具有破血行气、通经止痛的功效, 可用于治疗多种妇科疾病及伤痛痹症[1]; 此外, 由于它气味芳香, 颜色鲜艳, 在食品中工业也常作为天然香辛料及着色剂来使用[2-4]。现代研究表明, 姜黄中的挥发油含量较高, 为姜黄的主要活性组分之一[5, 6], 2020年版《中国药典》规定姜黄药材含挥发油量不得少于7.0%, 饮片含油量不得少于5.0%[1]
课题组前期从姜黄醇提物中分离得到了一系列的倍半萜, 发现这一系列倍半萜类成分具有显著的舒张血管活性, 且部分化合物还表现出抗动脉粥样硬化活性[7-12]; 并对姜黄挥发油进行了GC-MS分析, 发现倍半萜类化合物的含量较高, 相对含量为87.54%, 其中相对含量 > 1%的化合物主要为芳姜黄酮、β-倍半水芹烯、α-姜黄烯、姜烯、β-姜黄酮、α-姜黄酮、β-红没药烯、β-石竹烯[13]。因此, 本文对姜黄挥发油进行舒张血管活性及机制研究, 以期进一步阐明姜黄活血功效的现代科学本质。
试药    DMEM培养基(货号CM2007, 广州CellCook公司); 胎牛血清(货号164210, 武汉普诺赛生命科技有限公司); L-NAME (纯度≥ 99.24%, 货号S2877)、吲哚美辛(纯度≥ 99.97%, 货号S1723)、LY294002 (纯度≥ 99.34%, 货号S1105)、MK-2206 (纯度≥ 99.34%, 货号S1078) (美国Selleck公司); RIPA裂解液(货号AR0105, 美国Boster公司); DAF-FM DA (NO荧光探针, 货号S0019S)、PMSF (货号ST506)、蛋白酶磷酸酶抑制剂混合物(货号P1048)、β-actin (货号AF5003)、辣根过氧化物酶标记山羊抗兔IgG (H+L) (货号A0208) (上海碧云天生物技术有限公司); 总蛋白测定试剂盒(货号A045-2-2, 南京建成生物工程研究所); 磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K, 货号#4257)、蛋白激酶B (Akt, 货号#4691)、p-Akt (货号#4060)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS, 货号#32027)、p-eNOS (货号#9570) (美国Cell Signaling Technology公司); p-PI3K (货号AF3242, 美国Affinity公司); UItraSignal超敏ECL化学发光底物(货号4AWO11-100, 苏州四正柏生物科技有限公司)。
仪器    Sartorius BP221S电子天平(德国Sartorius公司); 离体组织器官恒温灌流系统(澳大利亚PL3508B6/C-V Panlab 8 Chamber Organ BathSystem); 可调式移液器(美国Thermo Fisher Scientific); SW-CJ-2F型双人双面净化工作台(苏州净化设备有限公司); MCO-15AC CO2细胞培养箱(日本SANYO公司); 电泳仪(美国Bio-Rad公司); 细胞培养板(美国Costar公司); PVDF膜(美国Millipore公司)。
动物    SD大鼠, 清洁级, 雄鼠, 体重250 ± 20 g, 购自北京斯贝福生物技术有限公司。动物生产许可证号: SCXK (京) 2019-0010, 检疫后用。饲养温度21~27 ℃, 湿度50% ± 5%, 昼夜光照及通风环境自然调节。动物实验经成都中医药大学实验动物伦理委员会审核(备案编号为2020-04), 均符合3R原则。
细胞    人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs) 购买自四川必欧生物科技有限公司。
药材    姜黄饮片购自四川新荷花中药饮片有限公司, 经西南特色中药资源国家重点实验室高继海教授鉴定为姜黄Curcuma longa L.的干燥根茎。姜黄标本(CL-20230512) 保存于成都中医药大学西南特色药材创新药物成分研究所。
挥发油的提取    取姜黄饮片500 g, 利用打粉机对药材进行粉碎, 将姜黄粉末置于10 L的圆底烧瓶中, 按料液比1∶10的比例加入纯水, 于电热套中加热, 加热至纯水为微沸状态, 保持微沸状态至挥发油提取完毕, 收集挥发油, 经无水硫酸钠干燥除水后, 最终得到姜黄挥发油28 mL, 贮存于4 ℃冰箱, 备用。
离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环实验
K-H溶液的配制    称取NaCl 6.93 g、KCl 0.35 g、KH2PO4 0.16 g、MgSO4 0.14 g、NaHCO3 2.1 g、glucose 1.82 g、EDTA 0.009 g、CaCl2 0.28 g, 加入超纯水溶解, 调节pH为7.4, 并定容于1 000 mL量瓶中, 现用现配。
大鼠完整内皮及去内皮胸主动脉血管环的制备    完整内皮血管环: 颈椎脱臼处死大鼠, 快速打开胸腔, 取出胸主动脉, 并置于95% O2 + 5% CO2饱和4 ℃ K-H液中, 剔除周围结缔组织及小血管, 冲洗血管内血液, 将血管剪成3~5 mm的血管环。血管环用两根不锈钢蹬型挂钩水平悬挂于恒温浴槽内, 一端固定于浴槽内, 另一端连接张力换能器, 调节1 g的基础张力, 采用离体组织灌流模型和PowerLab数据分析系统采集和记录大鼠离体胸主动脉环等距张力的变化。浴槽内含有K-H液, 温度恒定在37 ℃, 持续通95% O2 + 5% CO2, 平衡60 min, 每15 min换37 ℃ K-H液。去除血管环内皮: 将血管剪成3~5 mm的血管环后, 将镊子穿过制备好的血管环内腔, 在K-H液润湿的无菌纱布上轻轻滚动, 机械去除内皮。
血管环活性检测    正式实验之前, 血管环调节基础张力1 g, 稳定30 min后, 加入KCl (60 mmol·L-1) 或去氧肾上腺素(PHE, 1 μmol·L-1) 诱导血管环收缩, 当收缩张力达到坪值后, 加入K-H液连续冲洗3次, 每次5 min, 恢复到基础状态后, 调节张力为1 g, 稳定30 min。再次加入KCl或PHE刺激, 当连续的两次收缩或舒张幅度小于10%, 认为血管环活性良好, 可用于正式实验。
血管环内皮完整性检测    当血管环平衡30 min后, 用PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 收缩血管环, 收缩张力达到坪值后, 往槽内加入氯化乙酰胆碱(10 μmol·L-1) 舒张血管环, 若舒张幅度大于80%, 认为内皮完整; 若舒张幅度小于10%, 认为去内皮。
姜黄挥发油对KCl或PHE预收缩大鼠胸主动脉血管环的影响    在经过血管活性检测和内皮完整性检测后, 判断血管活性良好, 且对收缩刺激反应稳定后, 可以开始实验。往浴槽内加入KCl (60 mmol·L-1) 或PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 预收缩胸主动脉环, 当血管收缩张力达到坪值时, 累积加入5个质量浓度(0.25、0.75、2.5、7.5、25 μg·mL-1) 的姜黄挥发油, 观察姜黄挥发油的质量浓度依赖舒张效应曲线。KCl (60 mmol·L-1) 或PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 所致的最大收缩张力为100%, 计算各质量浓度姜黄挥发油所致的舒张百分比。以二甲基亚砜(DMSO) 为溶剂对照组, 以盐酸维拉帕米(3、9、30、90、300 nmol·L-1) 作为KCl预收缩阳性组, 以甲磺酸酚妥拉明(2.5、7.5、25、75、250 nmol·L-1) 作为PHE预收缩阳性组。
姜黄挥发油对PHE预收缩去内皮大鼠胸主动脉血管环的影响    在经过血管活性检测和内皮完整性检测后, 判断血管活性良好, 且对收缩刺激反应稳定后, 可以开始实验。往浴槽内加入PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 预收缩胸主动脉环, 当血管收缩张力达到坪值时, 累积加入5个质量浓度(0.25、0.75、2.5、7.5、25 μg·mL-1) 的姜黄挥发油, 观察姜黄挥发油的质量浓度依赖舒张效应曲线, 观察和比较姜黄挥发油对PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 预收缩去内皮血管环的舒张作用与完整内皮时的差异。PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 所致的最大收缩张力为100%, 计算各质量浓度姜黄挥发油所致的舒张百分比。
L-NAME或吲哚美辛对姜黄挥发油舒张PHE预收缩大鼠胸主动脉血管环的影响    在经过血管活性检测和内皮完整性检测后, 判断血管活性良好, 且对收缩刺激反应稳定后, 可以开始实验。往浴槽内加入N-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯盐酸盐(L-NAME, 100 μmol·L-1) 或吲哚美辛(10 μmol·L-1) 预孵胸主动脉环20 min, 随后加入PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 预收缩胸主动脉环, 血管收缩张力达到坪值时, 累积加入5个质量浓度(0.25、0.75、2.5、7.5、25 μg·mL-1) 的姜黄挥发油, 观察姜黄挥发油的质量浓度依赖舒张效应曲线, 观察和比较L-NAME和吲哚美辛预孵后, 姜黄挥发油对PHE预收缩血管环的舒张作用与之前的差异。以PHE (1 μmol·L-1) 所致的最大收缩张力为100%, 计算各质量浓度姜黄挥发油所致的舒张百分比。
姜黄挥发油对HUVECs中一氧化氮(NO) 水平的影响    将HUVECs (每孔5×103个细胞) 接种于96孔板中培养24 h。将浓度为5 nmol·L-1的DAF-FM DA加入96孔板中, 预装载1 h。装载完毕后采用PBS清洗细胞2~3次, 以充分除去未进入细胞的DAF-FM DA。使用质量浓度为25 μg·mL-1的姜黄挥发油处理HUVECs 1 h, 完毕后, 使用PBS清洗细胞两次以去除培养基颜色的干扰, 最后每孔加入100 μL的PBS, 使用活细胞转盘荧光共聚焦高内涵成像分析系统按试剂盒说明书进行分析。
姜黄挥发油对HUVECs中PI3K/Akt/eNOS蛋白磷酸化的影响    将HUVECs (每孔5×105个细胞) 接种于6孔板中培养24 h。姜黄挥发油(6.25、12.5、25 μg·mL-1) 处理HUVECs 1 h, 用裂解液(RIPA∶PMSF∶蛋白酶抑制剂∶磷酸酶抑制剂= 1 000∶10∶20∶20) 裂解HUVECs 30 min。裂解液于4 ℃离心15 min, 收集上清采用考马斯亮蓝法测定总蛋白浓度, 计算上样量后, 进行Western blot实验。总蛋白用10% SDS-PAGE分离, 并转移到PVDF膜上。用快速封闭液在室温下将PVDF膜封闭20 min, 然后与一抗(1∶1 000) 在4 ℃下孵育过夜。用TBST洗涤膜3次, 将膜与二抗(1∶5 000) 室温孵育1 h, 再用TBST洗涤3次, 于显影仪下观察。
加入PI3K和Akt抑制剂后姜黄挥发油对HUVECs中eNOS蛋白磷酸化的影响    将HUVECs (每孔5×105个细胞) 接种于6孔板中培养24 h。姜黄挥发油(25 μg·mL-1)、LY294002 (10 μmol·L-1)、姜黄挥发油(25 μg·mL-1) 与LY294002 (10 μmol·L-1)、MK-2206 (100 nmol·L-1)、姜黄挥发油(25 μg·mL-1) 与MK-2206 (100 nmol·L-1) 处理HUVECs 1 h, 用裂解液(RIPA∶PMSF∶蛋白酶抑制剂∶磷酸酶抑制剂= 1 000∶10∶20∶20) 裂解HUVECs 30 min。裂解液于4 ℃离心15 min, 收集上清采用考马斯亮蓝法测定总蛋白浓度, 计算上样量后, 进行Western blot实验。总蛋白用10% SDS-PAGE分离, 并转移到PVDF膜上。用快速封闭液在室温下将PVDF膜封闭20 min, 然后与一抗(1∶1 000) 在4 ℃下孵育过夜。用TBST洗涤膜3次, 将膜与二抗(1∶5 000) 室温孵育1 h, 再用TBST洗涤3次, 于显影仪下观察。
数据统计    实验数据以均数±标准误(mean ± SEM) 表示。以加入KCl或PHE诱导血管环收缩的最大幅度为100%, 计算累加不同质量浓度姜黄挥发油后血管舒张幅度, 姜黄挥发油的质量浓度依赖舒张效应曲线图采用GraphPad Prism 5软件完成(不同给药质量浓度下最大舒张率为纵坐标, 累积给药质量浓度的对数值为横坐标), 化合物的EC50采用SPSS 18.0统计完成, 两组间比较采用t检验, P < 0.05时认为差异有统计学意义。
实验中选择同等体积DMSO为KCl预收缩血管环的溶剂对照, 以盐酸维拉帕米作为阳性对照, 研究姜黄挥发油对KCl诱导血管环收缩张力的影响。盐酸维拉帕米对KCl预收缩的血管环具有显著的舒张作用(P < 0.01), EC50 = 64.43 ± 8.57 nmol·L-1, 且在最大浓度300 nmol·L-1时, Emax = 93.63% ± 8.97% (图 1A)。姜黄挥发油在2.5、7.5、25 μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内对KCl预收缩的血管环具有显著的舒张作用(P < 0.01), 且作用呈浓度依赖性, 其EC50 = 5.49 ± 0.86 μg·mL-1, 且在最大质量浓度25 μg·mL-1时, Emax = 98.43% ± 3.98% (图 1B)。
实验中选择同等体积的DMSO为PHE预收缩血管环的溶剂对照, 以甲磺酸酚妥拉明作为阳性对照, 研究姜黄挥发油对PHE诱导血管环收缩张力的影响。甲磺酸酚妥拉明对PHE预收缩的血管环具有显著的舒张作用(P < 0.01), EC50 = 33.23 ± 5.54 nmol·L-1, 且在最大浓度250 nmol·L-1时, Emax = 107.79% ± 3.15% (图 1C)。姜黄挥发油在2.5、7.5、25 μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内对PHE预收缩的血管环具有显著的舒张作用(P < 0.05, P < 0.01), 且作用呈浓度依赖性, 其EC50 = 9.31 ± 11.66 μg·mL-1, 且在最大质量浓度25 μg·mL-1时, Emax = 69.58% ± 6.92% (图 1D)。
血管舒张发生的途径包括内皮依赖性途径和非内皮依赖性途径。为了确认姜黄挥发油舒张血管的途径, 实验中比较了姜黄挥发油对完整内皮(E+) 和去内皮(E-) 血管环的舒张作用。在姜黄挥发油质量浓度为25 μg·mL-1时, 对去内皮血管环的舒张率(Emax = 48.49% ± 3.82%), 显著低于对完整内皮血管环的舒张率(P < 0.01), 说明姜黄挥发油可以通过内皮依赖性途径舒张血管(图 2)。
NO和前列环素(PGI2) 是由血管内皮细胞产生并释放的重要内源性血管扩张因子, eNOS和COX是它们的关键合成酶。为了确定它们是否参与了姜黄挥发油诱导的血管舒张, 实验中分别采用eNOS抑制剂L-NAME和COX抑制剂吲哚美辛对血管环进行预孵育, 并比较预孵育组与单独给药组姜黄挥发油的舒张血管作用。在姜黄挥发油质量浓度为25 μg·mL-1时, 与单独给药组(Emax = 69.58% ± 6.92%) 相比, L-NAME预孵育后血管松弛效果显著降低(Emax = 54.37% ± 3.10%) (P < 0.01) (图 3A), 而吲哚美辛预孵育后血管松弛效果无显著变化(Emax = 77.22% ± 10.13%) (图 3B), 说明eNOS参与了姜黄挥发油诱导的血管舒张。
NO是一种内源性的血管舒张因子, 其产生受eNOS调控, 上述实验已经证明了eNOS会参与姜黄挥发油诱导的血管舒张。实验采用NO荧光探针测量HUVECs中NO的水平。结果表明25 μg·mL-1姜黄挥发油可以显著提高HUVECs中NO水平(P < 0.01) (图 4), 验证了eNOS会参与姜黄挥发油诱导的血管舒张。
PI3K/Akt信号通路是调控eNOS的主要通路之一, 结合实验室前期研究[9], 猜测姜黄挥发油可以通过激活PI3K/Akt通路促进eNOS表达, 从而诱导NO合成。为了进一步证实这一推测, 通过Western blot评估了姜黄挥发油对HUVECs中PI3K/Akt/eNOS蛋白磷酸化的影响。与对照组相比, HUVECs经12.5、25 μg·mL-1姜黄挥发油处理1 h后, p-PI3K和p-Akt的蛋白表达水平显著升高(P < 0.05, P < 0.01), 经25 μg·mL-1姜黄挥发油处理1 h后, p-eNOS的蛋白表达水平显著升高(P < 0.01) (图 5)。以上实验表明, 姜黄挥发油的舒张作用可能与调控PI3K/Akt/eNOS信号通路有关。
采用PI3K的抑制剂LY294002和Akt的抑制剂MK-2206验证姜黄挥发油是否通过调控PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路舒张血管。与单独给予姜黄挥发油(25 μg·mL-1) 相比, 加入LY294002 (10 μmol·L-1) 或MK-2206 (100 nmol·L-1) 都能显著降低姜黄挥发油对p-eNOS蛋白表达水平的提高(P < 0.01) (图 6)。
姜黄挥发油作为姜黄的主要有效组分之一, 具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗菌、抗氧化、舒张子宫平滑肌等多种药理活性[13-17]。本实验采用水蒸气蒸馏法从500 g姜黄饮片中提出姜黄挥发油28 mL, 出油率为5.6% (mL·g-1), 符合中国药典的规定[1]。课题组前期对姜黄挥发油进行了GC-MS分析, 得知其主要成分为倍半萜类化合物[13], 且发现姜黄中的倍半萜类化合物具有显著的舒张血管活性[7-10]。因此本实验对姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性及机制进行了探索, 以期丰富姜黄挥发油的药理活性, 并阐明其药效机制, 利于姜黄的后续开发。
现代研究证明血管舒张可以通过多种途径进行, 包括内皮依赖性舒张和非内皮依赖性舒张[18]。其中内皮依赖性舒张主要依赖血管内皮细胞释放的内源性因子如NO、PGI2和内皮依赖性超极化因子(EDHF)[18]。NO由eNOS激活产生, 其上游可能通过PI3K/Akt[19]、MAPK[20]等信号通路控制; PGI2由COX-2激活产生; 而EDHF的化学性质尚不清楚, 有待进一步研究。此外, 非内皮依赖性舒张主要通过阻断钙通道与激活钾通道产生效应。
为了探究姜黄挥发油舒张血管的作用机制, 本实验采用离体大鼠胸主动脉环模型证实了姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性, 并通过去除大鼠胸主动脉的内皮证实了姜黄挥发油的舒张血管活性具有内皮依赖性及非内皮依赖性, 本文仅针对姜黄挥发油的内皮依赖性舒张血管活性进行了探讨。通过使用eNOS和COX的抑制剂, 证明姜黄挥发油的舒张血管作用是受eNOS调控; 利用HUVECs细胞模型发现姜黄挥发油可以提高HUVECs中NO的水平对这一结果进行了验证。现代研究发现eNOS的活化大部通过激活Ser1177磷酸化位点实现, 同时PI3K/Akt通路具有调节eNOS磷酸化的重要作用, 并且Akt能促进eNOSSer1177的磷酸化从而增加eNOS活性, 促进NO释放, 舒张血管[21, 22]。因此, 推测姜黄挥发油的舒张血管作用可能与PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路有关, 实验结果对这一推测进行了验证, 明确了姜黄挥发油的内皮依赖性舒张血管作用可能经PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路调控。本实验对姜黄挥发油的舒张血管机制进行了一定的探索, 证实了姜黄挥发油具有舒张血管活性, 且其内皮依赖性舒张血管活性通过PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路调控。综合实验室前期对姜黄中倍半萜类成分的舒张血管活性研究, 说明姜黄挥发油发挥舒张血管作用的物质基础主要是倍半萜类成分, 其显著的药效可能与多种活性成分的协同作用有关, 具体机制有待进一步的研究。
