目的

探讨医用远红外止咳凝胶联合重组人干扰素α₂b雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效，以减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者生活质量。

方法

本文为回顾性研究，选取2022年1月—2024年1月深圳仁康医院收治的120例慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同分为试验组与对照组，各60例。对照组接受重组人干扰素α₂b雾化吸入治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合医用远红外止咳凝胶，均持续治疗5～7d。观察并比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、住院时间、肺功能指标及炎症指标水平。

结果

试验组治疗后的总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组临床症状的消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量（Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second/Forced Vital Capacity，FEV₁/FVC）、FEV₁值占其预测值的百分比（FEV₁%pred）、最大通气量（Maximum Voluntary Ventilation，MVV）、潮气量、达峰时间比、达峰容积比等指标水平均高于对照组，血肌酐水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，试验组白细胞介素-18、白细胞介素-17、C反应蛋白等炎症因子水平低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论

医用远红外止咳凝胶联合重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎效果显著，可有效改善临床症状，促进康复，改善肺功能指标。

Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of medical infrared cough gel combined with recombinant human interferon α2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis to alleviate patients' suffering and improve their quality of life.

Methods

This was a retrospective study of the clinical data of 120 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to Shenzhen Renkang Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024. The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different treatment methods, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b aerosol inhalation, and the observation group was treated with medical infrared cough gel in addition to the control group, and both groups were treated for 5～7 days. The clinical efficacy, improvement time of clinical symptoms, hospitalization time, and pulmonary function indicators were observed and compared.

Results

The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization time in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV₁/FVC, FEV₁%pred, MVV, tidal volume, peak time ratio, and peak volume ratio in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the level of serum creatinine in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-18, interleukin-17, and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The combined use of medical infrared cough-relieving gel and recombinant human interferon α₂b aerosol inhalation therapy for chronic bronchitis has significant effects, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, shorten recovery time, and improve pulmonary function indicators.
