Objective To explore the effects of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block combined with general anesthesia on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).
Methods From January 2022 to January 2025, 124 patients who underwent LC treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received simple general anesthesia, while the observation group received ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block combined with general anesthesia. The hemodynamic indicators, analgesic effect, postoperative recovery indicators, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results Immediately after tracheal intubation (T1), the establishment of pneumoperitoneum (T2), and at the end of the operation (T3), the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); at 1 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time, and awakening time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control groupt (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block combined with general anesthesia for LC patients can stabilize hemodynamics, improve analgesic effect, and have a fast postoperative recovery and higher safety.

目的 探讨超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞复合全身麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）患者的影响。
方法 以随机数字表法将2022年1月至2025年1月于我院行LC治疗的124例患者分为两组，各62例。对照组予以单纯全身麻醉，观察组予以超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞复合全身麻醉。对比两组血流动力学指标、镇痛效果、术后恢复指标、不良反应。
结果 气管插管后即刻（T1）、建立气腹（T2）、术毕（T3）时，观察组平均动脉压（mean arterial pressure，MAP）、心率（heart rate，HR）均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h，观察组视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、清醒时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论 超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞复合全身麻醉用于LC患者，可稳定血流动力学，提升镇痛效果，且术后恢复快，安全性较高。
