Mn₃O₄ for lithium-ion batteries was synthesized by suspension oxidation using metallic manganese powder. The effects of experimental conditions, including ammonium chloride concentration, ammonia concentration, solid-liquid ratio, reaction temperature, air flow rate and stirring speed, on the particle size and tap density of Mn₃O₄ were investigated. The results show that under the optimal conditions, including ammonium chloride concentration of 6 g/L, solid-liquid ratio of 0.3∶1, reaction temperature of 70 ℃, air flow rate of 700 mL/min, and stirring speed of 400 r/min, the as-prepared product is spinel-type Mn₃O₄ with quasi-spherical particles, which has a D₅₀ particle size of 9.69 μm, tap density of 2.82 g/cm³, specific surface area of 0.399 m²/g, and manganese content of 71.5%. The contents of impurity elements such as S, Fe and Ca therein all meet the requirements in Manganese Tetroxide for Lithium Batteries (YB/T 4736—2019).

采用金属锰粉悬浮氧化法制备了锂离子电池用Mn₃O₄，探究了氯化铵浓度、氨水浓度、固液比、反应温度、空气流量以及搅拌速率等实验条件对Mn₃O₄粒径和振实密度的影响。结果表明，在不加氨水、氯化铵浓度6 g/L、固液比0.3∶1、反应温度70 ℃、空气流量700 mL/min、搅拌速率400 r/min条件下，制备的产品为尖晶石型Mn₃O₄，颗粒为类球形，D₅₀粒径为9.69 μm，振实密度为2.82 g/cm³，比表面积为0.399 m²/g，锰含量为71.5%，S、Fe、Ca等杂质元素含量均满足《锂电池用四氧化三锰》（YB/T 4736—2019）行业标准要求。
