With cathode powder of spent lithium iron phosphate batteries as raw materials, selective lithium leaching was conducted in a tartaric acid - hydrogen peroxide system. The results indicate that stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio bring slight impact to the leaching rates of lithium and iron, while mass concentration of tartaric acid, leaching temperature and leaching time present remarkable influences. And hydrogen peroxide concentration mainly governs the iron leaching rate. Under the following optimal conditions, including mass concentration of tartaric acid of 150 g/L, stirring speed of 500 r/min, liquid-solid ratio of 6, leaching duration of 3 h, hydrogen peroxide concentration of 3 mol/L and leaching temperature of 70 ℃, the leaching rates of lithium and iron are 98.7% and 4.5% respectively. After the processes of evaporation, concentration and purification, the lithium leachate is subjected to carbonate lithium precipitation, yielding a lithium carbonate product with favorable crystallinity.

以废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极粉末为原料，采用酒石酸+过氧化氢体系开展锂的选择性浸出研究。结果表明，搅拌速率与液固比对Li、Fe浸出率影响较小，酒石酸质量浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间对Li、Fe浸出率影响显著，过氧化氢浓度主要影响Fe浸出率。确定的优化工艺条件为：酒石酸质量浓度150 g/L、搅拌速率500 r/min、液固比6、浸出时间3 h、过氧化氢浓度3 mol/L、浸出温度70 ℃，该条件下Li、Fe浸出率分别为98.7%、4.5%。锂浸出液经蒸发浓缩、净化处理后，采用碳酸盐沉锂工艺可制得结晶度较好的碳酸锂产品。
