The bench slope within the elevation range from+793 m to+817 m near Line 29 of the Dabaoshan open-pit slope in Guangdong was taken as the research object, and a 3D fracture network model of the slope was firstly established based on relevant geological data and was used to conduct a 3D deconstruction analysis of the rock mass structure of the bench slope. Thereby the data on the location and distribution of blocks within the slope body were obtained. Secondly, a 3D discrete fracture network model of the bench slope was constructed to analyze the displacement and deformation of the slope under the action of fractures and gravity, delineating the potential sliding areas of the bench slope. Thirdly, the dangerous block 1 and dangerous block 2 were identified by combining the block location and distribution information with the potential sliding areas. Finally, the stability of the dangerous blocks was analyzed using the stereographic projection method. The analysis results show that the dangerous block 1 may experience wedge sliding, while the dangerous block 2 may experience double-plane sliding but with a low probability. Since the overall stability of the slope is poor, it is recommended that a combined measure of grouting, anchor cables and lattice beams should be adopted for slope prevention and control.

以广东大宝山露天边坡29线附近的+793~+817 m范围内的台阶边坡为研究对象，在相关地质数据的基础上，首先，建立了边坡三维裂隙网络模型，对台阶边坡的岩体结构进行三维解构分析，得到了边坡体内块体位置分布信息数据；其次，构建了台阶边坡三维离散裂隙网络模型，分析了在裂隙及重力作用下的边坡位移形变量，圈定出台阶边坡的潜在滑移区域；再次，结合块体位置分布信息与潜在滑移区域，确定出危险块体1和危险块体2；最后，借助赤平投影法分析了危险块体的稳定性。分析结果表明：危险块体1可能发生楔形滑动，危险块体2可能发生双面滑动但概率较小；边坡整体稳定性差，建议采取注浆+锚索+格构梁的措施对边坡进行防治。
