A novel processing technique for efficient arsenic removal by collaborative roasting of low-grade tin middlings and lead smelting flue dust is proposed in this study. It is shown that FeAsS, the arsenic-bearing phase in tin middlings, decomposes into elemental As and FeS during roasting. These decomposition products can reduce arsenate phases in lead smelting flue dust into volatile As₂O₃, thereby realizing high-efficiency arsenic removal. With an addition of lead smelting flue dust at an amount of 30%, roasting at 700 ℃ for 90 min can lead to the arsenic removal rate reaching 94.73%.

提出了一种低品位锡中矿和铅冶炼烟尘协同焙烧高效脱砷的方法。结果表明，锡中矿含砷物相FeAsS在焙烧过程中分解生成单质As和FeS，两者可将铅冶炼烟尘中砷酸盐物相还原为易挥发的As₂O₃物相，继而实现砷的高效脱除。在焙烧温度700 ℃、铅冶炼烟尘添加量30%、焙烧时间90 min条件下，砷脱除率达94.73%。
