To enhance the economic benefits of a silver-lead polymetallic ore concentrator in Henan Province, a systematic study was conducted on flotation process optimization and reagent system innovation based on the analysis of silver occurrence state and the paragenetic relationship among carrier minerals through process mineralogy. The research outcomes demonstrate that by implementing a process flow consisting of two roughers, three cleaners and three scavengers, and substituting the conventional sodium sulfide with a composite depressant system consisting of sodium silicate and CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose), the industrial production operates stably and continuously. As a result, the quality of lead concentrate is significantly improved, and the pricing coefficients of associated metallic elements are also enhanced simultaneously. The lead concentrate is obtained with Ag grade of 14 876.15 g/t at recovery of 87.77%, and Pb grade of 15.28% at recovery of 73.34%. Compared to the original reagent system, the Ag grade of the concentrate increases by about 4 923 g/t, while the recovery decreased slightly by 0.80 percentage points. The Pb grade of the concentrate increases by 5.05 percentage points and the corresponding recovery increases by 1.93 percentage points.

为提高河南某银铅多金属矿选矿厂的经济效益，基于工艺矿物学对银赋存状态及载体矿物共生关系的解析，系统开展了浮选流程重构与药剂制度研究。结果表明，采用两粗三精三扫浮选流程，以水玻璃-CMC组合抑制剂替代传统硫化钠，工业生产连续运转稳定，成功实现了铅精矿品质的显著跃升，同时提高了伴生金属元素的计价系数，可获得Ag品位和回收率分别为14 876.15 g/t和87.77%，Pb品位和回收率分别为15.28%和73.34%的铅精矿。相比原药剂制度，精矿Ag品位提高了约4 923 g/t，回收率降低了0.80百分点；Pb品位提高了5.05百分点，回收率增加了1.93百分点。
