With ammonia leaching residue from a molybdenum ore in Henan as raw material, a high-temperature oxidative alkali leaching process was adopted to recover molybdenum therein. With Na₂CO₃＋NaOH＋H₂O₂ as a composite leaching agent at the dosage of 200 L/t, 160 kg/t and 200 kg/t respectively, ammonia leaching residue was leached at 70 ℃, with the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶5 and agitation speed of 60 r/min, leading to the leaching rate of molybdenum up to 93.75% and the molybdenum content in the obtained alkali leaching residue reduced to 0.46%. Mechanism analysis reveals that in the composite leaching agent, H₂O₂ can oxidize low-valent molybdenum (MoO_x, where 2≤x＜3) and MoS₂ into soluble MoO₄^2-, and Na₂CO₃ can displace molybdenum from insoluble molybdates, while NaOH can maintain a high pH of the solution to inhibit the precipitation of molybdic acid. This composite leaching system can efficiently recover refractory molybdenum from ammonia leaching residue, and also significantly shorten the ammonia leaching process. The approach provides an economically feasible technical route for the utilization of low-grade molybdenum resources.

以河南某钼矿氨浸渣为原料，采用高温氧化碱浸法对氨浸渣中的钼进行回收。结果表明，以Na₂CO₃+NaOH+H₂O₂作为复合浸出剂，浸出剂Na₂CO₃+NaOH+H₂O₂用量200 kg/t+160 kg/t+200 L/t、浸出温度70 ℃、固液比1∶5、振荡速度60 r/min条件下，氨浸渣中钼的浸出率达到93.75%，碱浸渣钼品位降至0.46%。机理分析表明，复合浸出剂中H₂O₂可将低价钼（MoO_x，2≤x<3）及MoS₂氧化成MoO₄^2-；Na₂CO₃能够置换出不溶钼酸盐中的钼；NaOH可维持溶液高pH值，抑制钼酸沉淀生成。该复合浸出体系可高效回收氨浸渣中的难溶钼，缩短氨浸渣浸出流程，为低品位钼资源利用提供了经济可行的技术路径。
