A process mineralogy study and mineral processing tests were conducted for a copper slag with Cu grade of 0.81%, and a beneficiation flowsheet for recovering copper resource and its technical parameters were determined. With Z-200 and 2# oil respectively as collector and frother, the slag was processed after being milled to a fineness of -0.038 mm 85%, and a high-grade copper concentrate with Cu grade of 26.40% was collected by fast preferential floatation, while a low-grade copper concentrate with Cu grade of 3.58% was obtained from a subsequent flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and two stages of cleaning, resulting in the total copper concentrate grading 13.03% Cu at 76.47% recovery. This copper-recovering technique has been successfully applied in commercial practice, showing that the comprehensive utilization of Cu metal resource in a copper slag can be actualized.

对某堆存铜渣开展了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究,并确定了回收其中铜金属的选矿工艺流程及参数。在原矿含铜0.81%条件下,以Z-200为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,磨矿细度为-0.038 mm粒级占85%,采用快速浮选产出高品位铜精矿,再经一粗两扫两精优先浮选得到低品位铜精矿产品,可获得铜品位26.40%的高品位精矿和铜品位3.58%的低品位精矿,总铜精矿铜品位13.03%、铜回收率76.47%。该回收工艺已成功应用于工程化生产实践,实现了堆存铜渣中铜金属的回收利用。

某堆存铜渣中回收铜金属的选矿试验研究及生产应用

对某堆存铜渣开展了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究,并确定了回收其中铜金属的选矿工艺流程及参数。在原矿含铜0.81%条件下,以Z-200为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,磨矿细度为-0.038 mm粒级占85%,采用快速浮选产出高品位铜精矿,再经一粗两扫两精优先浮选得到低品位铜精矿产品,可获得铜品位26.40%的高品位精矿和铜品位3.58%的低品位精矿,总铜精矿铜品位13.03%、铜回收率76.47%。该回收工艺已成功应用于工程化生产实践,实现了堆存铜渣中铜金属的回收利用。

A process mineralogy study and mineral processing tests were conducted for a copper slag with Cu grade of 0.81%, and a beneficiation flowsheet for recovering copper resource and its technical parameters were determined. With Z-200 and 2# oil respectively as collector and frother, the slag was processed after being milled to a fineness of -0.038 mm 85%, and a high-grade copper concentrate with Cu grade of 26.40% was collected by fast preferential floatation, while a low-grade copper concentrate with Cu grade of 3.58% was obtained from a subsequent flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and two stages of cleaning, resulting in the total copper concentrate grading 13.03% Cu at 76.47% recovery. This copper-recovering technique has been successfully applied in commercial practice, showing that the comprehensive utilization of Cu metal resource in a copper slag can be actualized.

矿产资源是不可再生资源,且随着矿产资源不断开采,可用矿产资源量越来越少。在铜渣选矿技术应用之前,铜冶炼系统产出的铜渣一直作为废渣堆存,不仅占用场地、浪费人力和资金、影响周围地下和大气环境,同时渣中含有的铜金属不能得到有效回收利用[1-4]。本文以长期堆存的某铜渣样品为研究对象,开展了矿石工艺矿物特性和选矿回收铜金属的试验研究,掌握铜渣中铜矿物的工艺特性,得到选矿回收铜金属的磨浮工艺技术参数,取得较好的铜回收率指标,并在此基础上开展了工业应用,实现了资源再利用,获得了较好的经济效益。
某铜渣样品长期堆存于渣场,属于自然冷却渣型。铜渣中主要铜矿物为辉铜矿、斑铜矿、铜铅硫化物、铜锌硫化物;硅酸盐矿物为铁橄榄石、铁辉石;铁矿物有磁铁矿、含钛磁铁矿等。样品化学多元素分析结果见表1,铜化学物相分析结果见表2。该样品中主要有价金属为铜和铁,其他有价金属含量较低,有害元素砷、氧化镁含量均较低;样品中铜主要以硫化物形式存在。
由铜渣样品工艺矿物学研究结果可知,该铜渣可回收的金属硫化物主要为辉铜矿、斑铜矿以及铜铅锌的硫化物,结合缓冷铜渣浮选技术,可采用浮选方法回收该铜渣中的铜金属[5]。确定的试验流程见图1
该铜渣样品无矿物的缓冷结晶过程,铜矿物结晶粒度更细,需要细磨才能实现铜矿物单体解离[6]。采用试验室MQ-Φ240×90小型球磨机进行磨矿试验,磨矿样品质量800 g,磨矿浓度75%,按图1所示流程开展了不同磨矿细度条件下的浮选试验,其中粗选1、粗选2、扫选1和扫选2的Z-200用量分别为45、55、15和10 g/t,粗选1、粗选2和扫选1的2#油用量分别为15、35和10 g/t,结果如图2所示。结果表明,随着磨矿细度增加,精矿铜品位先增加后降低,铜回收率先快速增加后趋于平缓,铜回收率最高值为72%,尾矿中铜损失逐步降低。综合考虑,磨矿细度选择-0.038 mm粒级占85%。
Z-200为硫氨脂类捕收剂,有研究表明,它在黄铜矿表面上的吸附为化学吸附,对黄铜矿的捕收能力很强,是硫化矿的良好捕收剂[7-8]。以Z-200为铜捕收剂,在磨矿细度-0.038 mm粒级占85%条件下,进行了捕收剂Z-200用量优化试验,药剂用量条件见表3,结果见图3。随着Z-200用量增加,铜品位下降,铜回收率提高。综合考虑,确定适宜的Z-200总用量为125 g/t。
2#油与捕收剂Z-200联合浮选铜矿物具有较好的效果。在磨矿细度-0.038 mm粒级占85%,捕收剂Z-200总用量125 g/t条件下,进行了2#油用量试验,药剂用量条件见表4,结果见图4。试验过程中发现,随着2#油用量增加,浮选泡沫变丰富;但2#油用量过大时,浮选泡沫发黏,不利于浮选。由图4可知,随着2#油用量增加,铜精矿品位下降,铜回收率上升。综合考虑,适宜的2#油总用量为65 g/t。
在条件试验基础上,开展了全流程闭路试验,试验流程如图5所示,结果见表5。铜渣含铜0.81%,在磨矿细度-0.038 mm粒级占85%,捕收剂Z-200总用量125 g/t、起泡剂2#油总用量65 g/t条件下,可获得产率4.75%、铜品位13.03%、铜回收率76.47%的铜精矿。
以小型试验技术参数为依据,开展了堆存铜渣的工程化生产应用。首先,对长期堆存于渣场的老铜渣进行预筛分、破碎并与细粒镍渣、白烟灰分离后,用运输车运送至渣池备用。之后,备用物料进入系统,先由颚式破碎机破碎至-200 mm,然后采用Φ5.8 m×5.8 m半自磨机和Φ5.5 m×9.5 m溢流球磨机磨矿,磨矿产品细度达到-0.038 mm粒级占70%左右。磨矿后的溢流进入浮选流程,通过两次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选和一次精扫选,产出铜精矿和尾矿,采用高效浓密机浓缩、陶瓷过滤机过滤两段脱水流程。
工业应用过程中,对存在的问题进行分析及整改并不断优化工艺条件,最终获得的精矿铜品位12%~13%,铜回收率75%左右。经过半年的生产应用,铜渣选矿车间已处理老铜渣37.1万吨,回收铜金属量约2 080 t,除去生产成本,产生利润值约580万元,创造了较好的经济效益。
1)某铜渣样品主要有价金属为铜、铁,含量分别为0.81%、33.45%,有害或不利元素砷、氧化镁含量较低;铜主要以硫化物形式存在,可回收的铜矿物主要为辉铜矿、斑铜矿以及铜铅锌的硫化物。
2)通过工艺条件优化研究,确定了堆存铜渣选矿处理的药剂制度、工艺流程等,闭路试验获得了产率4.75%、铜品位13.03%、铜回收率76.47%的铜精矿。
3)通过工业生产应用,实现了堆存铜渣的工程化应用,经过半年的生产应用,共处理老铜渣37.1万吨,回收铜金属量约2 080 t,除去生产处理成本,产生利润值约580万元,实现了老铜渣二次资源挖潜增效、变废为宝,减少了固体废弃物堆存量,获得了较好的经济收益。
