Aiming at problems of high mud content in tin tailings from Russia, finely disseminated particle size of cassiterite, and influence of sulfur and iron content on tin recovery rate, a combined process consisting of sulfide ore flotation, cassiterite preconcentration, and cassiterite flotation was adopted in a beneficiation test. It is found that the dominant tin mineral in tailings is cassiterite, and sulfide minerals therein include pyrite, pyrrhotite among others, while the dominant gangue includes quartz and tourmaline. The effect of sulfide ore and iron ore on subsequent cassiterite flotation can be reduced by adopting cassiterite preconcentration process for waste discarding. With the cassiterite grading 0.31% Sn, the beneficiation test with a combined process consisting of sulfide ore flotation, cassiterite preconcentration and cassiterite flotation can produce a concentrate grading 5.60% Sn at 34.01% recovery.

针对俄罗斯某锡尾矿含泥量高、锡石嵌布粒度细、硫铁含量影响锡回收指标等问题,采用硫化矿浮选-锡石预选-锡石浮选组合工艺选锡。结果表明,尾矿中锡矿物主要为锡石,硫化矿包括黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等,脉石主要以石英和电气石为主。采用锡石预选抛废处理,减少了硫化矿、铁矿物对后续锡石浮选作业的影响。在锡品位0.31%条件下,采用硫化矿浮选-锡石预选抛废-锡石浮选工艺,获得了锡品位5.60%、回收率34.01%的试验指标。

针对俄罗斯某锡尾矿含泥量高、锡石嵌布粒度细、硫铁含量影响锡回收指标等问题,采用硫化矿浮选-锡石预选-锡石浮选组合工艺选锡。结果表明,尾矿中锡矿物主要为锡石,硫化矿包括黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等,脉石主要以石英和电气石为主。采用锡石预选抛废处理,减少了硫化矿、铁矿物对后续锡石浮选作业的影响。在锡品位0.31%条件下,采用硫化矿浮选-锡石预选抛废-锡石浮选工艺,获得了锡品位5.60%、回收率34.01%的试验指标。

Aiming at problems of high mud content in tin tailings from Russia, finely disseminated particle size of cassiterite, and influence of sulfur and iron content on tin recovery rate, a combined process consisting of sulfide ore flotation, cassiterite preconcentration, and cassiterite flotation was adopted in a beneficiation test. It is found that the dominant tin mineral in tailings is cassiterite, and sulfide minerals therein include pyrite, pyrrhotite among others, while the dominant gangue includes quartz and tourmaline. The effect of sulfide ore and iron ore on subsequent cassiterite flotation can be reduced by adopting cassiterite preconcentration process for waste discarding. With the cassiterite grading 0.31% Sn, the beneficiation test with a combined process consisting of sulfide ore flotation, cassiterite preconcentration and cassiterite flotation can produce a concentrate grading 5.60% Sn at 34.01% recovery.

锡石是人类可利用的主要天然锡矿产资源[1-2],因其性脆易碎、嵌布粒度细、共伴生关系复杂,加之早年选矿技术水平的局限性以及随意的开采方式,相当数量的锡石流失在尾矿中。从锡尾矿特别是微细粒级锡尾矿中二次回收锡石对锡工业可持续发展具有积极意义[3-4]。采用单一的重选工艺回收微细粒级锡石时回收率低,故大多采用重选、磁选、浮选联合工艺[5-9]。本文以俄罗斯远东地区某矽卡岩型复杂锡尾矿为研究对象,重点研究了锡石再回收的可行性,提出了“硫化矿浮选-锡石预选-锡石浮选”的技术路线,并开展了选矿试验研究,研究结果可为高泥锡尾矿资源再利用提供技术支撑。
试验样品为俄罗斯某高泥含锡尾矿,其化学多元素分析结果见表1。尾矿中Sn和Cu品位分别为0.31%和0.40%,是主要的有价元素;WO3和Ag品位分别为0.053%和9.62 g/t,具有综合回收价值;有害元素As含量较高。
MLA全矿物定量检测结果表明,试样中矿物种类繁多。其中,有用矿物锡石含量为0.379%,黝锡矿含量为0.025%;硫化矿物主要为黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿,其次为黄铜矿和毒砂,少量闪锌矿、脆硫锑铅矿、硫锑铅矿等;铁矿物主要为菱铁矿、磁铁矿和少量褐铁矿;含有微量的银矿物;脉石矿物主要为石英和电气石等。此外,矿石中含有一定数量的碳酸盐矿物及少量黏土矿物。
为查明锡尾矿中锡的粒级分布及锡石矿物解离度情况,对其进行了粒度筛水析和解离度测定,结果见表2。可见该矿样属于高泥锡尾矿,-0.023 mm粒级矿泥含量高达20.70%;随着粒级变细,锡石解离度逐步增加,-0.010 mm粒级解离度高达99.76%,几乎完全解离。综合考虑,锡石选矿时以-0.074 mm粒级物料为主要研究对象。
该尾矿样品锡石主要分布在细粒级中,且细粒级锡石解离度很高,不需进行再磨矿处理,可直接开展分选试验。“能收早收,能丢早丢”是锡石选矿的基本原则。预选不仅能够实现抛尾,兼顾脱泥作用,而且还可有效提高锡石的入选品位,简化矿物组成,利于后续选别。该矿样以细粒为主,宜采用浮选进行回收。脱硫可有效消除黄铁矿对锡石浮选的不利影响,减少浮锡药剂用量且能提高锡精矿品位[10-14],且+0.25 mm粒级锡石解离度极低,金属分布率低,进行回收毫无意义,所以首先通过筛分丢弃+0.25 mm粒级物料,对-0.25 mm粒级尾矿进行硫化矿浮选脱硫。由于-0.074 mm粒级锡石占有率高,解离度高,宜采用浮选进行回收,所以选择-0.074 mm粒级物料作为锡石浮选的入选物料,在浮选硫化矿后进一步抛除+0.074 mm粒级物料。由于锡石品位低,矿物种类多且复杂,直接进行浮选难度大,因此在浮选前优先考虑进一步的富集。根据物料以细粒级分布的特点,适宜采用离心重选抛尾,可获得较好的分选指标并实现大量抛尾;锡石捕收剂往往对铁矿物也具有很好的捕收效果,除铁也是必要一环,能为锡石分选创造有利条件。综上所述,锡石预富集试验流程如图1所示。
通常锡石浮选前先进行脱泥处理,但考虑到矿泥中锡品位较高,若脱泥,锡损失较高,因此,本次锡石浮选未进行脱泥。本文进行了锡石浮选水玻璃、捕收剂GSY和辅助捕收剂PBL药剂用量以及流程结构试验。
调整剂可以促进矿物在矿浆中的分散,增加矿粒间相互斥力与亲水性,而且对Ca2+、Mg2+等脉石离子有抑制作用,能减少脉石矿物对锡石浮选的影响,而对锡石抑制作用较弱。在辅助捕收剂PBL、捕收剂GSY以及起泡剂2#油用量分别为60 g/t、3 000 g/t、30 g/t条件下,进行了调整剂种类试验,试验流程见图2。各调整剂最佳用量下的试验结果如图3所示。结果表明,未添加调整剂的浮选指标差;水玻璃的选别指标优于碳酸钠和六偏磷酸钠,并且添加水玻璃后,试验操作更为稳定。选择水玻璃为调整剂且用量为1 000 g/t。
浮锡时捕收剂用量是影响锡石回收的一个关键因素。捕收剂GSY为自主研发的改性羟肟酸类药剂,它具有羟基和肟基官能团,能与矿物表面金属离子生成螯合物,有效回收锡石。在调整剂水玻璃、辅助捕收剂PBL和起泡剂2#油用量分别为1 000 g/t、60 g/t和30 g/t条件下,进行了捕收剂GSY用量试验,结果如图4所示。结果表明,随着捕收剂GSY用量增大,锡品位逐渐降低,锡回收率大幅升高。综合考虑选矿指标和药剂成本,选择捕收剂GSY用量2 500 g/t,此时锡品位2.31%、回收率68.14%。
辅助捕收剂PBL为自主研发的磷酸酯类药剂,具有烷基或芳香基官能团,需与其他捕收剂混合使用。GSY与PBL组合捕收能互相促进在锡石上的吸附,产生协同效应,且能减少GSY单耗。在调整剂水玻璃、捕收剂GSY和起泡剂2#油用量分别为1 000 g/t、2 500 g/t和30 g/t条件下,进行了辅助捕收剂PBL用量试验,结果如图5所示。PBL用量由10 g/t增加至30 g/t,锡品位大幅下降,锡回收率逐渐上升;继续增加PBL用量,锡品位下降幅度更大。选择辅助捕收剂PBL用量30 g/t。
在条件试验基础上,进行了预选-浮选闭路流程试验,结果见表3,试验流程见图6。结果表明,在给矿锡品位0.31%条件下,最终获得锡品位5.60%、回收率34.01%的锡精矿,实现了锡资源的高效回收。
1)俄罗斯某锡尾矿含锡0.31%,锡矿物主要为锡石,少量为黝锡矿;硫化矿物为黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿和毒砂等;脉石矿物主要为石英和电气石等。
2)通过锡石预选抛废处理,再采用锡石浮选工艺,使用选择性较好的高效捕收剂GSY和辅助捕收剂PBL协同,强化了细粒级锡石的回收,最终获得锡品位5.60%、回收率34.01%的选别指标,为该锡石的高效回收提供了技术支撑。
3)浮锡作业中采用一段精扫选,解决了细泥含量高的问题,不仅保证了锡精矿品位和回收率,而且尽量减少了因泥含量过高引起的微细粒锡石损失。
