Mineral processing tests were carried out for a low-grade copper ore from South America containing 0.027% Mo and 0.45% Cu. After optimization of the reagent regime, a close-circuit test by adopting a flowsheet of Cu-Mo bulk flotation plus Cu/Mo separation resulted in a copper concentrate grading 26.93% Cu at 81.96% recovery, and a molybdenum concentrate grading 25.32% Mo at 76.24% recovery. Therewith, copper and molybdenum resources in the lean ore can be effectively recovered.

针对南美某含钼0.027%、含铜0.45%的低品位铜矿进行了选矿试验研究。应用适宜的浮选药剂,采用铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离流程,闭路试验获得了铜品位26.93%、铜回收率81.96%的铜精矿和钼品位25.32%、钼回收率76.24%的钼精矿,铜、钼资源得到有效回收。

Mineral processing tests were carried out for a low-grade copper ore from South America containing 0.027% Mo and 0.45% Cu. After optimization of the reagent regime, a close-circuit test by adopting a flowsheet of Cu-Mo bulk flotation plus Cu/Mo separation resulted in a copper concentrate grading 26.93% Cu at 81.96% recovery, and a molybdenum concentrate grading 25.32% Mo at 76.24% recovery. Therewith, copper and molybdenum resources in the lean ore can be effectively recovered.

南美某大型低品位铜矿山钼品位0.02%~0.03%,因技术原因,选厂未对钼进行回收。本文对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究,采用适宜的浮选药剂,先让钼富集到铜精矿中,再进行铜钼分离,最终获得铜精矿及可用于湿法冶金的低品位钼精矿。
原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1,矿石中矿物成分及嵌布粒度见表2,铜在各主要含铜矿物中的分配情况见表3。矿石中主要有价元素为铜和钼。铜主要以独立矿物(占铜分配率的93.44%)形式赋存于黄铜矿、硫砷铜矿、斑铜矿中,少量以类质同象或机械混入(铜矿物的次显微、超显微包裹体,占铜分配率的6.56%)形式赋存于辉钼矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿、磁铁矿、普通角闪石、黑云母、绿泥石、滑石、蛇纹石、透闪石中。
矿石中钼主要以独立矿物形式赋存于辉钼矿中。辉钼矿主要与黄铜矿、黄铁矿及脉石矿物连生,粒度多在0.02~0.2 mm之间。辉钼矿的嵌布特征主要分为两类:第一类为分布于脉石矿物中的辉钼矿,该部分辉钼矿多呈自形片状、粒状分布于脉石矿物粒间或与脉石矿物连生,粒度多在0.05~0.2 mm之间,该部分辉钼矿嵌布粒度对选矿回收较为有利;第二类为与黄铜矿关系密切的辉钼矿,该部分辉钼矿与黄铜矿连生或包裹于黄铜矿中,粒度多在0.02~0.2 mm之间,该部分辉钼矿嵌布粒度对选矿回收较为有利,但有可能在铜精矿中有部分损失。
选厂目前的生产工艺为铜优先浮选,未使用兼顾辉钼矿的捕收剂,同时为了降低滑石对铜精矿品质的影响,添加了羧甲基纤维素作为滑石抑制剂,该抑制剂对辉钼矿也存在抑制作用。本文采用铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离的方案[1-5]开展选矿试验研究。首先抑制矿石中的黄铁矿和脉石(主要针对天然可浮性较好的滑石),将硫化铜矿物及辉钼矿同时浮出,得到铜钼混合粗精矿;粗精矿再磨后进一步抑制黄铁矿和脉石,得到铜钼精矿;对铜钼精矿进行抑铜浮钼的铜钼分离浮选,获得最终铜精矿和钼精矿。试验原则流程见图1
按照图2所示流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占65%,黄铁矿抑制剂石灰CaO用量3 000 g/t(加入磨机中,矿浆pH值约8)、脉石抑制剂HD-3(自主研发的药剂,主要成分为糖类小分子有机物混合物)用量400 g/t、起泡剂24K(常规硫化矿起泡剂,主要成分为甲基异丁基甲醇)用量(30+10)g/t条件下,进行了捕收剂种类对比试验,捕收剂用量均为(30+15)g/t,结果见表4。其中铜钼捕收剂SG-1为自主研发的新药剂,是几种酯类捕收剂与柴油的乳化产物;KMY-1为自主研发的新药剂,由几种酯类捕收剂复配而成;MCO为某些铜选厂使用的进口药剂,成分不明;PA-F为目前选厂正在使用的药剂,成分不明。结果表明,在用量相同的情况下,捕收剂SG-1、KMY-1兼顾了铜、钼的回收,选厂使用的PA-F对钼的捕收能力差。后续选择SG-1为捕收剂进行试验。
图2所示流程,进行了捕收剂SG-1用量试验,其中扫选捕收剂用量为粗选捕收剂用量的一半,结果见图3。结果表明,随着SG-1用量增加,铜回收率增加、铜品位降低。选择SG-1用量粗选30 g/t、扫选15 g/t。
为了实现铜钼矿物与黄铁矿及其他矿物的单体解离及浮选分离,对铜钼粗精矿再磨后精选,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占85%,脉石抑制剂HD-3用量200 g/t、捕收剂SG-1用量10 g/t条件下,进行了黄铁矿抑制剂CaO用量试验,试验流程见图4,结果见图5。结果表明,随着CaO用量增加,铜回收率降低,铜品位先增加后降低再增加。选择CaO用量300 g/t,此时pH值约9.5。
对铜钼精矿进行抑铜浮钼浮选分离,分离前先经过搅拌脱水脱药。可用于铜钼分离的铜抑制剂种类较多,目前常用的有硫化钠、硫氢化钠、硫化铵、磷诺克斯、巯基乙酸钠等。本文选择硫化钠、硫氢化钠、硫化铵及巯基乙酸钠进行对比,铜抑制剂用量均为100 g/t(对原矿),试验流程见图6,结果见图7。在同等用量条件下,巯基乙酸钠对铜矿物抑制作用强,获得的钼精矿Mo品位高,但Mo回收率相对不高;硫化钠来源广泛且获得的钼精矿综合钼品位及回收率较好,选择硫化钠为铜钼分离的铜抑制剂。
采用硫化钠作为铜钼分离抑制剂,进行了抑制剂用量试验,试验流程同图6,结果见图8。结果表明,随着硫化钠用量增加,钼品位增加、回收率降低。选择硫化钠用量150 g/t,此时pH值约12。
条件试验确定较佳的工艺参数后,模拟连续生产过程进行了闭路试验,结果见表5,试验流程见图9。结果表明,铜精矿铜品位26.93%、回收率81.96%,钼精矿钼品位25.32%、回收率76.24%。铜在尾矿中的损失情况与原矿工艺矿物学研究结果显示的部分铜矿物细粒、微细粒包裹在黄铁矿及脉石中一致;钼在铜精矿中的损失情况与部分辉钼矿细粒、微细粒包裹在铜矿物或与铜矿物连生有关。部分特别易浮的滑石难以被抑制而进入钼精矿,导致只能获得用于湿法冶金的钼精矿。

3)部分特别易浮的滑石难以被抑制,最终导致只能获得能用于湿法冶金的低品位钼精矿。
