Experimental studies on comprehensive recovery of valuable resources in iron-dressing tailings with TFe grade of 15.70% were conducted by adopting processes consisting of Cu-S bulk flotation, high intensity magnetic separation to reclaim Fe minerals, roasting reduction of Fe minerals, and shaking table gravity separation and flotation separation to recover barite and mica. As a result, the experiment produced an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 60.17%, S content of 0.11% and iron recovery of 66.74%, a sulfur concentrate grading of 47.86% S at 66.58% recovery, a copper concentrate grading 19.79% Cu at 31.24% recovery, a barite rough concentrate with BaSO4 content of 86.96% and recovery of 9.15%, and a mica concentrate with K2O content of 6.66% and recovery of 6.63%, respectively. In this way, comprehensive utilization of tailings can thus be realized.

对陕西大西沟某铁品位15.70%的选铁尾矿开展了有价组分综合回收试验研究,采用浮选铜硫、强磁选提铁、焙烧选铁、摇床重选-浮选提取重晶石和云母工艺,获得了TFe品位60.17%(S含量0.11%)、TFe回收率66.74%的铁精矿,S品位47.86%、回收率66.58%的硫精矿,Cu品位19.79%、回收率31.24%的铜精矿,BaSO4品位86.96%、回收率9.15%的重晶石粗精矿和K2O品位6.66%、回收率6.63%的云母精矿,实现了尾矿分质综合利用。

Experimental studies on comprehensive recovery of valuable resources in iron-dressing tailings with TFe grade of 15.70% were conducted by adopting processes consisting of Cu-S bulk flotation, high intensity magnetic separation to reclaim Fe minerals, roasting reduction of Fe minerals, and shaking table gravity separation and flotation separation to recover barite and mica. As a result, the experiment produced an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 60.17%, S content of 0.11% and iron recovery of 66.74%, a sulfur concentrate grading of 47.86% S at 66.58% recovery, a copper concentrate grading 19.79% Cu at 31.24% recovery, a barite rough concentrate with BaSO4 content of 86.96% and recovery of 9.15%, and a mica concentrate with K2O content of 6.66% and recovery of 6.63%, respectively. In this way, comprehensive utilization of tailings can thus be realized.

矿产资源为人类现代化发展提供了强有力的支撑作用,随着现代化发展规模不断扩大、进程不断加速,人类对矿产资源的需求量与日俱增。前期受科研技术及经济成本等因素限制,大量矿产资源被抛弃在尾矿库中,造成了巨大的资源浪费,更是严重影响了当地的生态环境[1-4]。铁消耗量占金属总消耗量的95%左右[5],铁尾矿在全球范围内呈现产出量高、堆存量大的现象[6]。我国作为“世界工厂”以及最大的发展中国家,铁矿需求量巨大;而我国铁矿石禀赋状态为“贫、细、杂、散”[7-8],铁矿生产过程中产生了大量尾矿废弃物。2020~2021年,我国工业固体废弃物综合利用量20.59亿吨,利用率达62.3%,而其中尾矿综合利用量仅3.12亿吨,综合利用率仅18.9%;我国尾矿年产量约16.49亿吨,其中铁尾矿占51%[6,9]。国家政策层面,《矿产资源节约和综合利用先进适用技术目录(2022年版)》[10]提出尾矿库“只减不增”管理要求[11],这对加快先进技术转化、实现尾矿综合利用产业化发展、提高矿产资源利用效率提供了较好的向导性作用。本文以陕西大西沟尾矿库尾矿为研究对象,进行有价组分综合回收试验研究,实现尾矿分质综合利用,对尾矿资源二次开发利用具有指导意义。
试验矿样为陕西大西沟某尾矿库选铁尾矿。该铁尾矿原始粒度小于2 mm,其化学多元素分析结果如表1所示,矿物组成及铁物相分析结果分别如表2表3所示。矿样成分较为复杂,可供选矿回收的主要成分为Fe、Cu、S、K2O和BaSO4;样品主要由云母、菱铁矿、石英、重晶石等矿物组成;铁作为主要回收成分,大部分赋存于碳酸盐中,加上分布在磁铁矿和赤(褐)铁矿中的铁,合计分布率为67.07%,此为分选矿石中铁矿物时铁的最大理论回收率。
对矿物主要产出形式进行分析,可知菱铁矿多为自形、半自形或不规则他形粒状,常呈浸染状与石英、绢云母等非金属矿物交生,或紧密镶嵌构成不规则团块状集合体,晶体粒度一般0.01~0.2 mm,细小者可小于0.01 mm,集合体粒度可达0.6 mm左右;褐铁矿矿物晶体粒度大小相差较为悬殊,一般在0.01~0.1 mm之间,细小者在0.005 mm以下;黄铜矿粒度一般介于0.01~0.25 mm之间,细小者小于0.01 mm;绢云母含量较高,分布极为广泛,正交镜下多为彩色细小的鳞片状,鳞片宽度基本在0.05 mm以下;重晶石多为不规则粒状,晶体粒度变化较大,个别粗者可至0.45 mm左右,细小者在0.005 mm以下,一般在0.01~0.20 mm之间。
分析主要矿物物理化学性质可知,矿样中铁矿物品位较低,且主要以菱铁矿与赤(褐)铁矿形式存在,需采用强磁选预处理以提高铁矿品位,再通过磁化焙烧-磨矿-磁选回收铁矿物[12];铜和硫主要以黄铜矿和黄铁矿形式存在,可通过浮选进行回收;入烧原料中硫含量较高时,硫化物焙烧过程中部分硫会进入焙烧尾气,导致烟气中硫含量升高,增加烟气脱硫成本,并造成硫资源浪费,因此在焙烧前需脱除矿样中的硫矿物;硫酸钡和氧化钾主要以重晶石和云母形式存在,根据二者性质,制定了摇床重选-浮选处理工艺。故此,试验技术路线为:浮选铜和硫、强磁选提铁、焙烧选铁、重选-浮选提取重晶石和云母。
根据矿石产出形式及晶体粒度,对样品进行磨矿处理,获得-0.074 mm粒级占76.80%的磨矿产品,实现黄铜矿与黄铁矿的单体解离。根据黄铜矿与黄铁矿均为硫化矿制定了一粗两精铜硫混合浮选-铜硫分离流程,最佳药剂制度下的试验流程及结果分别如图1表4所示。铜硫混合浮选-铜硫分离获得了Cu品位19.790%、回收率31.24%的铜精矿与S品位47.86%、回收率66.58%的硫精矿。
铜硫混合浮选尾矿1铁品位(13.94%)较低,后续焙烧能耗大、处理成本高,考虑采用强磁选预处理提高其铁品位,再磁化焙烧-磨矿-磁选以获得高品质铁精矿,试验流程如图2所示,结果见表5。使用ZHФ560强磁选机进行预处理,在磁场强度1.20 T、尾矿冲洗水压力0.12 MPa、精矿卸矿水压力0.15 MPa条件下,可获得作业产率45.62%、TFe品位25.61%、铁作业回收率83.82%的强磁选精矿;强磁选精矿在焙烧温度750 ℃、焙烧时间90 min、中性气氛下磁化焙烧(无添加剂),再经多段磨矿-磁选,可获得铁精矿作业产率16.95%、TFe品位60.17%、铁作业回收率72.86%的分选指标。对铁精矿进行了化学多元素分析,结果如表6所示。铁精矿中S含量仅0.11%,SiO2和Al2O3含量分别为3.55%和0.94%,MgO含量为7.10%,四元碱度达到1.67,该铁精矿产品是较好的镁质球团生产原料。
采用图3所示流程进行了重晶石和云母回收试验,结果如表7所示。其中LH为自主研发的抑制剂,它是一种无机抑制剂和有机抑制剂的混合药剂。采用摇床重选-浮选联合工艺,可获得作业产率3.94%、BaSO4品位86.96%、作业回收率51.11%的重晶石粗精矿和作业产率24.65%、K2O含量6.66%、作业回收率37.02%的云母精矿。
根据前述试验结果,得到较优条件下大西沟尾矿库尾矿开发利用全流程试验结果如表8所示,试验流程见图4。采用浮选铜硫、强磁选提铁、焙烧选铁、摇床重选-浮选提取重晶石和云母技术路线具有良好的可行性。
1)陕西大西沟尾矿库尾矿样中TFe品位15.70%,铁主要以菱铁矿形式存在,选铁理论回收率为67.07%;其他组分Cu、S、K2O和BaSO4可作为综合回收对象。
2)采用浮选铜硫、强磁选提铁、焙烧选铁、摇床重选-浮选提取重晶石和云母工艺流程,可获得产率15.53%、TFe品位60.17%、铁回收率66.74%的铁精矿(S含量0.11%),产率4.66%、S品位47.86%、硫回收率66.58%的硫精矿,产率0.11%、Cu品位19.79%、回收率31.24%的铜精矿,产率0.71%、BaSO4含量86.96%、回收率9.15%的重晶石精矿和产率4.41%、K2O含量6.66%、回收率6.63%的云母精矿,实现了分质综合利用。研究结果对此类矿石的开发利用具有指导意义。
