To explore the mechanism of phosphogypsum in modification of grouting materials for mines, grouting materials were prepared with different proportion of ingredients. Performance indicators including fluidity, permeability, strength parameters and leaching rates of heavy metals were analyzed, and the microscopic mechanism of phosphogypsum-modified grouting material was also explored with scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Results show that an addition of phosphogypsum in grouting materials can not only actualize effective utilization of resource, but also improve fluidity of grouting material. It is shown that by adding 30% of phosphogypsum, the grouting material exhibits better fluidity and impermeability, significantly enhanced compressive and flexural strength, and reduced leaching rates of heavy metals. Furthermore, phosphogypsum can promote secondary hydration reaction, leading to more calcium-silicate-hydrate gel, which thereby can improve structural stability and engineering performance of grouting material.

为了探究磷石膏在矿山注浆材料改性中的作用机制,制备不同配比的注浆材料,分析注浆材料流动性、渗透性、强度参数和重金属浸出量等性能指标,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射探究磷石膏改性注浆材料的微观机理。结果表明:利用磷石膏作为注浆材料掺合物,不仅可以实现资源的有效利用,而且有利于改善注浆材料流动性;磷石膏掺量30%时,注浆材料的流动性和抗渗性较好,抗压、抗折强度得到显著提升,注浆材料中重金属浸出量有效降低;磷石膏促进了二次水化反应,生成了更多的水化硅酸钙凝胶,提高了注浆材料的结构稳定性和工程性能。

为了探究磷石膏在矿山注浆材料改性中的作用机制,制备不同配比的注浆材料,分析注浆材料流动性、渗透性、强度参数和重金属浸出量等性能指标,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射探究磷石膏改性注浆材料的微观机理。结果表明:利用磷石膏作为注浆材料掺合物,不仅可以实现资源的有效利用,而且有利于改善注浆材料流动性;磷石膏掺量30%时,注浆材料的流动性和抗渗性较好,抗压、抗折强度得到显著提升,注浆材料中重金属浸出量有效降低;磷石膏促进了二次水化反应,生成了更多的水化硅酸钙凝胶,提高了注浆材料的结构稳定性和工程性能。

To explore the mechanism of phosphogypsum in modification of grouting materials for mines, grouting materials were prepared with different proportion of ingredients. Performance indicators including fluidity, permeability, strength parameters and leaching rates of heavy metals were analyzed, and the microscopic mechanism of phosphogypsum-modified grouting material was also explored with scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Results show that an addition of phosphogypsum in grouting materials can not only actualize effective utilization of resource, but also improve fluidity of grouting material. It is shown that by adding 30% of phosphogypsum, the grouting material exhibits better fluidity and impermeability, significantly enhanced compressive and flexural strength, and reduced leaching rates of heavy metals. Furthermore, phosphogypsum can promote secondary hydration reaction, leading to more calcium-silicate-hydrate gel, which thereby can improve structural stability and engineering performance of grouting material.

注浆材料是矿山采矿过程中使用的一种特殊材料,主要用于加固地层、防水和提高矿石回采率[1]。注浆材料通过注浆泵注入岩层的裂缝或空洞中,经固化后形成起到支撑和封堵作用的固化体[2]。近年来,尾砂作为注浆骨料得到了广泛应用,该法可显著减少天然砂消耗,提高尾矿资源可持续循环利用效率[3]
磷石膏是一种大宗工业固体废弃物,其大面积堆存造成了严重的环境问题,如何科学、合理消纳和处置磷石膏关系到磷化工产业可持续健康发展[4]。实践证明,磷石膏在注浆材料中具有巨大的应用潜力[5],可作为矿山注浆材料的重要掺合物,进而提升材料的力学性能和耐久性[6]
近年来,磷石膏改性复合注浆材料的研究逐渐成为材料科学领域的热点[7]。磷石膏中的活性成分可以与水泥基材料发生化学反应,生成坚硬的水化产物,从而提高固化体的强度和耐久性[8]。尽管已有一些文献探讨了磷石膏对水泥基注浆材料性能的影响[9-10],但研究仍存在一些不足,如磷石膏改性注浆材料重金属固结程度、浸出量方面的研究较少。本文综合分析磷石膏改性注浆材料的流动性、强度、重金属浸出量以及环境效应,并深入探索磷石膏的改性机理,旨在为矿山注浆材料的改性提供技术支持。
采用P.O42.5硅酸盐水泥、II级粉煤灰和磷石膏作为复合胶凝剂制备注浆材料。硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏的化学成分见表1。硅酸盐水泥主要含CaO、SiO2,高强耐久;粉煤灰主要含SiO2、Al2O3和CaO,可提升材料的抗渗能力;磷石膏富含CaSO4·2H2O和SiO2,可以优化材料的吸水性和流动性。
注浆材料所用骨料为天然砂与某金矿尾砂。2种骨料的颗粒粒径分布曲线如图1所示。通过粒径分布计算得到尾砂和天然砂的曲率系数分别为0.655和0.815。注浆材料的特殊外加剂选用泵送剂和早强剂。由于原料自身化学成分复杂,注浆材料富含污染性重金属离子,主要来源于磷石膏中的Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg和金尾砂中的Pb、Cu、As等。
根据GB/T 51450—2022《金属非金属矿山充填工程技术标准》制备高浓度注浆材料,不同组别注浆材料的配比如表2所示。预实验确定注浆材料的水胶比为0.4,磷石膏代替水泥质量的比例设置为0,15%和30%,泵送剂和早强剂质量分别为胶凝材料(水泥、粉煤灰、磷石膏)质量的0.1%和0.4%。按设计配比将尾砂、天然砂、硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏进行混合,确保干料均匀性。加入适量水和外加剂,搅拌至均匀料浆。最后,将制备好的注浆材料倒入模具中振实并成形,在规定条件下进行养护和固化。
按照JC/T 986—2018《水泥基灌浆材料》,采用坍落度筒测试注浆材料流动性,记录注浆材料坍落度,作为评价注浆材料流动性指标。
采用液压法测量注浆材料的渗透率。先将养护至一定龄期的注浆材料试件紧密安装在渗透仪中,再向渗透仪施加水压形成渗流,同时记录渗漏的水量,最后根据渗漏的水量和试件尺寸计算绝对渗透率。
根据GB/T 17671—2021《水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法)》,采用压力试验机测试试件抗压和抗折强度,记录试件破坏时的最大压力值并计算强度值。
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测重金属浸出量,将采集的样品进行研磨、混合、干燥等预处理操作,对检测结果进行数据分析,计算不同重金属离子的浸出量。采用X射线衍射仪获得注浆材料试件XRD图谱。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对注浆材料试件进行扫描,得到样品微观结构图像。
注浆材料流动性试验结果如图2所示。从图2可见,注浆材料不含尾砂时,掺入30%的磷石膏(S3组)可显著提升坍落度至273.7 mm,相较于S1组,坍落度增加了86.7%。同时,使用尾砂替代天然砂作为注浆材料会导致注浆材料的流动性降低,在不添加磷石膏的情况下,M1组的坍落度仅为98.7 mm,约为S1组坍落度的67.3%。
图3为注浆材料绝对渗透率测试结果。骨料一致时,磷石膏的掺入显著降低了注浆材料的绝对渗透率。养护28 d后,M3组绝对渗透率为14.6×10-14 m2,与S1组相比,降低了48.9%;养护至56 d后,绝对渗透率下降幅度虽有所减小,但仍较S1组降低了29.2%。因此,合理调配磷石膏和尾砂配比可最大限度地保障注浆效果。
图4为不同养护龄期下注浆材料抗压与抗折强度试验结果。由图4可知,磷石膏的掺入以及尾砂含量的提升对注浆材料的抗压与抗折强度均产生增益效果。养护7 d时,相较于S1组(即基准组),M3组抗压和抗折强度分别增长了34.8%与41.4%。养护时间延长至28 d时,抗压与抗折强度进一步提升,相较于S1组,M3组抗压和抗折强度分别增长了19.8%与20.8%。
强度测试结果表明,采用磷石膏和尾砂制备料浆,形成的固化体物理力学性能的增益效果良好。通过分析可知,磷石膏的颗粒形态、级配以及较高的吸湿性和保水性,有助于维持注浆材料中的水分平衡,减少干燥裂缝的出现,增强骨料的胶结特性,对注浆材料的输送特性以及固化体的渗透性和抗压、抗折强度均有积极影响[11]
依据国家标准GB/T 14848—2017《地下水质量标准》,不同组别试件的重金属浸出量如图5所示。由图5可知,相较于尾砂试件,天然砂试件浸出液中重金属质量浓度较低。当尾砂替代天然砂作为骨料时,未经养护的M1组浸出液中,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、As及Hg等重金属的质量浓度分别达到了0.023、0.211、1.34、2.61、0.075、0.003 mg/L,均超出了国家地下水Ⅲ类标准的限定值。高质量浓度的重金属不仅会改变土壤物理化学特性,削减土壤肥力,还可能对地下水及地表水生态系统构成威胁。
值得注意的是,M1组在经历28 d养护后,各重金属浸出量均显著下降,且随着磷石膏含量提升,未添加天然砂试件重金属离子的浸出量逐渐降低。这表明添加磷石膏、水泥等胶凝材料,可有效固结尾砂中的重金属,减少重金属浸出量。因此,磷石膏作为一种有效的胶凝剂,不仅能够提高材料物理化学强度,提升其抗腐蚀能力和耐久性,还能有效降低重金属的溶解度,遏制重金属污染。
图6为养护28 d时不同磷石膏含量注浆材料的XRD图谱。结果表明,磷石膏作为一种绿色环保的固化剂,对注浆材料起到了显著的改性作用。当磷石膏与尾砂、水泥混合制备成注浆材料时,其化学活性被充分激发。在反应过程中,磷石膏促进了水化硅酸钙和钙矾石等胶凝产物的形成,使得注浆材料中的水化铝硅酸钙(C-A-S-H)凝胶增加,这些水化产物对含尾砂注浆材料的综合性能具有重要影响。
然而,磷石膏掺量与水泥水化程度之间并非完全正相关[12-14]。磷石膏掺量过高时,注浆材料的水化产物含量反而降低。这是因为过量的磷石膏细颗粒增强了吸附性,降低了砂浆中的自由水含量,进而抑制了水泥的水化反应,阻碍了C-A-S-H凝胶的形成。
从矿物成分分析来看,磷石膏作为一种固体废弃物,可作为注浆材料的外掺胶凝剂替代部分硅酸盐水泥,不仅能促进水泥的水化反应,还能降低注浆材料的重金属析出浓度,减少环境污染。
图7为养护28 d时M1组和M3组试件内部的SEM图像。从图7可见,相较于M1组,M3组试件内部的孔隙和间隙有所减小,颗粒之间的连接更加紧密。磷石膏的加入使得注浆材料内部进一步生成了大量针状、絮状水化产物,如钙矾石等。这些水化产物填充了颗粒之间的孔隙,形成了更加致密的微观结构,从而提高了注浆材料的密实度和整体强度。致密的微观结构减少了注浆材料内部的孔隙和通道,使得水分难以通过,从而降低了渗透性。
1)磷石膏作为一种工业废弃物,排放量大且易对环境造成一定影响,将其用作矿山注浆材料的改性材料,可以实现资源的有效利用和环境的改善。
2)磷石膏的掺入能够调节注浆材料中的水分平衡,有利于改善注浆材料流动性。30%磷石膏掺量的注浆材料的流动性较未掺入磷石膏的注浆材料均有所提升。采取合理的配比可以有效确保磷石膏改性注浆材料的泵送流动性与施工质量。
3)磷石膏改性尾砂制备的注浆材料,其强度性能显著优于传统水泥基注浆材料。养护28 d后,30%磷石膏掺量的注浆材料最大抗压和抗折强度分别达到7.08和2.61 MPa。
4)微观测试结果表明,磷石膏的掺入使得注浆材料内部形成了更多针状、絮状水化产物,有助于填充颗粒之间的孔隙,降低注浆材料渗透性和重金属浸出率。
