For the southern area of the Shahe Zhongguan Iron Mine of Hebei Iron and Steel Group in the study, a stability calculation model for the drifting chamber pillars was constructed based on Platts theory of ground pressure and the Kastner Formula. The influence of various factors on the roof stability of the drifting chamber during sublevel open stoping with backfill was discussed, and the roof stability in two options: no pillars retained in the drifting chamber (Option 1) and pillars initially retained and subsequently caved along with the orebody (Option 2) were analyzed by numerical simulations. The results show that when the stope length ranges from 27 m to 45 m, the drifting chamber roof in Option 2 faces a higher risk of instability. With a stope length over 45 m, the roofs in both options are at risk of instability. Option 2 leads to stress concentration within the drifting chamber, with accelerated stress release observed in the roof and side walls. In contrast, Option 1 demonstrates more stable stress release and distribution in the drifting chamber, with a relatively delayed failure time. When the ore rock exhibits poor stability, Option 1 is more conducive to maintaining roof stability.

以河北钢铁集团沙河中关铁矿南区为研究对象,基于普氏地压理论和卡斯特纳方程构建凿岩硐室矿柱稳定性计算模型,探讨阶段空场嗣后充填法凿岩硐室各因素对顶板稳定性的影响,采用数值模拟分析了凿岩硐室内不留矿柱(方案1)与先留设矿柱后与矿体一起崩落(方案2)条件下的顶板稳定性。结果表明:采场开采长度27~45 m时,方案2的凿岩硐室顶板失稳风险较大;采场开采长度大于45 m时,2种方案顶板均存在失稳风险;方案2会使凿岩硐室内应力集中,顶板和侧帮出现应力加速释放现象;方案1的凿岩硐室应力释放和分布较为稳定,破坏时间相对滞后;矿岩稳固性较差时,选择方案1更利于顶板稳定。

以河北钢铁集团沙河中关铁矿南区为研究对象,基于普氏地压理论和卡斯特纳方程构建凿岩硐室矿柱稳定性计算模型,探讨阶段空场嗣后充填法凿岩硐室各因素对顶板稳定性的影响,采用数值模拟分析了凿岩硐室内不留矿柱(方案1)与先留设矿柱后与矿体一起崩落(方案2)条件下的顶板稳定性。结果表明:采场开采长度27~45 m时,方案2的凿岩硐室顶板失稳风险较大;采场开采长度大于45 m时,2种方案顶板均存在失稳风险;方案2会使凿岩硐室内应力集中,顶板和侧帮出现应力加速释放现象;方案1的凿岩硐室应力释放和分布较为稳定,破坏时间相对滞后;矿岩稳固性较差时,选择方案1更利于顶板稳定。

For the southern area of the Shahe Zhongguan Iron Mine of Hebei Iron and Steel Group in the study, a stability calculation model for the drifting chamber pillars was constructed based on Platts theory of ground pressure and the Kastner Formula. The influence of various factors on the roof stability of the drifting chamber during sublevel open stoping with backfill was discussed, and the roof stability in two options: no pillars retained in the drifting chamber (Option 1) and pillars initially retained and subsequently caved along with the orebody (Option 2) were analyzed by numerical simulations. The results show that when the stope length ranges from 27 m to 45 m, the drifting chamber roof in Option 2 faces a higher risk of instability. With a stope length over 45 m, the roofs in both options are at risk of instability. Option 2 leads to stress concentration within the drifting chamber, with accelerated stress release observed in the roof and side walls. In contrast, Option 1 demonstrates more stable stress release and distribution in the drifting chamber, with a relatively delayed failure time. When the ore rock exhibits poor stability, Option 1 is more conducive to maintaining roof stability.

深部矿产资源开采顶板冒落、矿柱破坏等问题严重,对采场内工作人员及设备财产安全造成威胁,因此,稳定的采场是矿山连续回采的前提[1-3]。大直径深孔凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法因其生产能力大、采准切割工程少、安全性高等优点在矿山广泛应用[4-7]。为了提高该采矿方法的采场稳定性,通常在凿岩硐室留设一定的矿柱,以控制顶板稳定性,并在落矿过程中和矿体一并回收留设的矿柱,而回收矿柱会对顶板稳定性产生较大影响。
诸多学者[8-12]围绕采场结构参数对采场顶板稳定性的影响和采场之间留设间柱的稳定性开展了大量研究。基于这些研究成果,本文根据河北钢铁集团沙河中关铁矿南区开采技术条件,对阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法中凿岩硐室回采矿柱过程中的顶板稳定性开展研究。首先,采用普氏地压理论和卡斯特纳方程构建凿岩硐室矿柱稳定性计算模型,理论计算不同方案在采场全部开挖结束后各因素对顶板压力的影响,并分析影响凿岩硐室安全的各因素敏感性和交互作用,明确关键影响因素;最后,采用数值模拟方法对2个不同方案下的凿岩硐室顶板稳定性进行对比分析,验证理论计算的正确性,为矿山安全高效开采提出合理建议。
中关铁矿矿体属于缓倾斜极厚矿体,厚度变化大,主要赋存在岩浆岩与中奥陶系灰岩的接触带及其附近灰岩裂隙中,属于典型的接触交代矽卡岩型磁铁矿床。通过调研可知,矿岩岩性变化较大,大部分矿岩节理裂隙发育,软弱夹层较多且多为泥质灰岩,同时夹有碳质片岩,形成多个弱面,致使矿岩较为破碎,整体稳固性差。局部出露蚀变闪长岩,硬度较小,遇水泥化不稳定。
中关铁矿南区为矿山首采矿段,采用大直径深孔凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法(见图1)进行开采,矿块垂直矿体走向布置,矿块高60 m,宽15~18 m,长50~60 m。出矿巷道垂直矿体走向布置,2个矿块共用1条出矿巷道,出矿巷道间距36 m,出矿联络道沿走向在上下盘脉外布置,分别距矿体16、22 m,每个中段布置2条出矿联络道,出矿联络道和采区斜坡道相通,从出矿联络道掘进出矿巷道,从出矿巷道施工装矿进路。凿岩硐室内矿柱留设宽度3~4 m(见图2),完成凿岩和装药工作后,矿柱随矿体一并崩落进行回采。
凿岩硐室形成过程中,顶板应力重新分布,硐室内留设的矿柱受到上覆岩层所施加的压力,起到主要承载作用,与硐室两侧的矿岩共同作用使硐室顶板应力达到平衡,形成一个小的免压拱,保障顶板稳定。当硐室内留设的矿柱随着矿体一并崩落时,打破了原有的应力平衡系统,免压拱范围逐渐合并、扩大,形成一体,呈现塑性区结构。当留设的矿柱随着矿体崩落结束后,硐室顶板围岩依靠其两侧矿岩再次达到应力平衡,形成较大面积的普氏拱,从而起到承载塑性区内围岩应力的作用。硐室矿柱承载机理如图3所示。
影响矿柱承载能力的因素主要为上覆岩层类型、基本物理力学参数性质以及凿岩硐室尺寸等。另外,由于围岩与矿体内部含有微裂隙与节理,爆破载荷等因素也会对矿柱稳定性产生影响。
根据矿柱承载机理可知,开挖过程中,矿柱两侧分别受到岩石移动界限内围岩侧向应力,顶部受到顶板覆盖岩层的重力。凿岩硐室顶板与矿柱受力特征如图4所示。
设采场长度方向上两侧围岩的内摩擦角为φ,围岩移动角θ=45°+φ/2。顶板岩石自然平衡拱的跨度B1为:
式中:B1为采场顶板岩石自然平衡拱的跨度,m;B为采场凿岩硐室宽度,m;H为采场高度,m;θ为围岩移动角,(°)。
自然平衡拱高度b1为:
式中:b1为自然平衡拱高度,m;f为顶板岩石的坚固系数。
综上可知,矿柱主要受到顶板岩体重力的作用,与塑性区以外的岩体关系不大。因此,可将上部塑性区的岩体压力分布近似看成均匀状态。由此可得顶板压力集度为:
式中:qd为顶板压力集度,kN/m2γ为矿石密度,取3.9 t/m3g为重力加速度,取9.8 m/s2
整个开采空间跨度上的顶板应力为:
式中:σd为顶板应力,MPa;K0静止侧压力系数[13-14],取值范围一般为0.1~0.7,依据凿岩硐室的宽度变化而不同,两者成正比关系。凿岩硐室宽度6 m时,K0取0.1;凿岩硐室宽度15 m时,K0取0.5。
根据式(1)~(4),分析凿岩硐室宽度、高度、围岩内摩擦角及顶板岩石坚固系数对凿岩硐室顶板压力集度的影响[15-16]
1)凿岩硐室宽度。图5为凿岩硐室顶板压力集度与凿岩硐室宽度的关系曲线。顶板压力集度随着凿岩硐室宽度增加而逐渐增加。根据凿岩硐室设计尺寸可知,硐室内留设宽3 m的矿柱时,凿岩硐室宽6 m,此时顶板压力集度为1 313.96 kN/m2,顶板应力约为0.13 MPa。矿柱随矿体一起崩落后,凿岩硐室宽变为15 m,此时顶板压力集度为4 674.22 kN/m2,顶板应力约为0.24 MPa。
2)凿岩硐室高度。图6为凿岩硐室顶板压力集度与凿岩硐室高度的关系曲线。顶板压力集度随着凿岩硐室高度增加逐渐增加;凿岩硐室宽6 m时,凿岩硐室高度由2.5 m增大到4.0 m,对应的顶板压力集度由1 000 kN/m2增大至1 500 kN/m2,顶板应力由0.10 MPa增大至0.15 MPa;凿岩硐室宽度为15 m时,凿岩硐室高度由2.5 m增大到4.0 m,对应的顶板压力集度由4 000 kN/m2增大至5 000 kN/m2,顶板应力由0.20 MPa增大至0.25 MPa。
3)凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角。图7为凿岩硐室顶板压力集度与凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角的关系曲线。顶板压力集度随着内摩擦角增加逐渐减小;凿岩硐室宽6 m时,内摩擦角从30°增大到60°,对应的顶板压力集度由1 400 kN/m2减少至800 kN/m2,顶板应力由0.13 MPa减少至0.08 MPa;凿岩硐室宽15 m时,内摩擦角从30°增大到60°,对应的顶板压力集度由4 700 kN/m2减少至3 500 kN/m2,顶板应力由0.24 MPa减少至0.17 MPa。
4)凿岩硐室顶板岩石坚固系数。图8为顶板压力集度与顶板岩石坚固系数的关系曲线。顶板压力集度随着顶板岩石坚固系数增加逐渐减小,凿岩硐室宽6 m时,顶板岩石坚固系数由1增大到5,对应的顶板压力集度由2 000 kN/m2减少至394 kN/m2,顶板应力由0.2 MPa减少至0.04 MPa;凿岩硐室宽15 m时,顶板岩石坚固系数由1增大到5,对应的顶板压力集度由7 000 kN/m2减少至1 400 KN/m2,顶板应力由0.35 MPa减少至0.07 MPa。
综上分析,凿岩硐室宽度和顶板岩石坚固系数对顶板压力集度影响显著。宽度15 m的凿岩硐室顶板压力集度约为宽度6 m的凿岩硐室顶板压力集度的3.56倍,即方案2会造成顶板压力在矿柱开采后迅速增大,引起顶板应力加速释放,顶板岩石坚固性系数较小时,顶板应力释放现象更显著。
采用响应曲面法中的BOX-BEHNKEN响应曲面设计探究凿岩硐室宽度、凿岩硐室高度、凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角及顶板岩石坚固系数对顶板压力集度的综合影响,各因素之间的交互作用如图9所示。由图9可知,顶板岩石坚固系数由1增至5时,引起顶板压力集度随另一变量的变化趋势更显著,因此顶板岩石坚固系数敏感性更大。各因素对顶板压力集度的敏感度顺序为:顶板岩石坚固系数>凿岩硐室宽度>凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角>凿岩硐室高度。由此可知,顶板岩石坚固系数和凿岩硐室宽度对顶板压力集度的影响显著,而凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角和凿岩硐室高度对顶板压力集度的影响不显著。
为分析上述凿岩硐室稳定性承载机理的合理性与可靠性,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,建立长60 m、高60 m、宽15 m的采场模型,对凿岩硐室内不留矿柱(方案1)、凿岩硐室先留设矿柱后与矿体一并崩落(方案2)2种方案下的凿岩硐室顶板稳定性进行对比分析。
图10为方案1、方案2顶板应力变化图。方案1随着采场开采长度增加,顶板压应力下降幅度逐渐增大,顶板拉应力先减小后增大,但整体变化范围不大。采场开采长度小于45 m时,顶板压应力下降幅度较小;采场开采长度大于45 m时,顶板压应力骤然减小,此时压应力分布于整个顶板,导致顶板稳定性大幅降低,冒落垮塌概率增大。因此,不留设矿柱时,凿岩硐室顶板在采场开采长度小于45 m条件下可保持相对稳定。方案2随着采场开采长度增加,顶板拉应力、压应力均先增大后减小。采场开采长度小于27 m时,拉、压应力增大,顶板稳定性良好;开采长度超过27 m时,拉、压应力均减小,表明凿岩硐室顶板在所留设矿柱支撑前、后有较大的应力集中与释放现象,即矿柱开挖后,顶板稳定性无法继续保持,应力重新分布,顶板失稳冒落风险显著提高。
综上分析可知,采场开采长度小于27 m时,方案1和方案2顶板稳定性均较好;采场开采长度27~45 m时,方案2的顶板失稳风险较大;采场开采长度超过45 m时,方案1和方案2顶板均有失稳风险,且方案2的风险更大。
图11图12分别为方案1、方案2采场开采后侧帮应力云图,图13为方案1、方案2侧帮拉应力变化特征,由于篇幅有限,仅选取2种方案变化比较显著的图片展示(下同)。由图1113可知:方案1侧帮拉应力分布随着开采长度增加逐渐向两侧延伸,开采长度超过27 m后,侧帮拉应力变化幅度减小,说明此时侧帮应力重新分布且达到较为稳定的状态;随着开采长度增加,方案2侧帮拉应力持续增大,开采长度由18 m增加至45 m时,侧帮拉应力变化幅度持续变大,说明侧帮应力集中现象显著,侧帮可能发生剪切垮塌破坏的风险。综合以上结果可知,方案2侧帮稳定性出现较大隐患,应力集中现象显著,侧帮失稳破坏风险高于方案1。
图14图15分别为方案1、方案2顶板塑性区云图。由图14可知,开采长度36 m时,方案1顶板塑性区变化不大,主要以自由面处剪切破坏为主;开采长度达到45 m时,方案1顶板剪切破坏区域增大,并有贯通趋势,同时出现拉伸破坏,顶板稳定性降低。图15表明,开采长度27 m时,方案2顶板出现剪切拉伸混合破坏,此时部分矿柱开采完毕后,受应力集中影响,诱发顶板失稳垮塌,顶板存在较大失稳风险。
图16图17分别为方案1、方案2侧帮塑性区云图。由图16可知,开采长度大于36 m时,方案1侧帮主要以剪切破坏为主,且随着开采长度增加,剪切面积逐渐增大,表明开挖后侧帮暴露面积增大,侧帮在剪切作用下无法继续保持稳定性,侧帮出现贯穿式剪切滑移失稳现象。由图17可以看出,开采长度27 m时,方案2侧帮出现大规模剪切破坏区域,开采长度继续增加至36 m时,侧帮因剪切作用发生破坏,剪切区域骤然减小,表明初期留设的矿柱在一定程度上提高了侧帮稳定性,但当矿柱被崩落后,侧帮应力骤然增加,导致采场继续开挖后出现大面积剪切破坏,侧帮失稳严重。
1)凿岩硐室先留设矿柱后随矿体一并崩落(方案2)会造成凿岩硐室顶板压力迅速增大,且增幅较大,对顶板稳定性具有较大影响。
2)各因素对凿岩硐室顶板压力集度影响的敏感度顺序为:顶板岩石坚固系数>凿岩硐室宽度>凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角>凿岩硐室高度;顶板岩石坚固系数和凿岩硐室宽度对顶板压力集度的影响显著,而凿岩硐室两侧围岩内摩擦角和凿岩硐室高度对顶板压力集度的影响不显著。
3)方案2会造成凿岩硐室顶板和侧帮应力集中及多次应力重新分布,凿岩硐室顶板和侧帮存在应力加速释放过程,凿岩硐室顶板和侧帮失稳风险较大;采用凿岩硐室内不留矿柱(方案1)时,采场开采过程中凿岩硐室顶板和侧帮应力释放和重新分布较为稳定,破坏时间相对滞后。矿岩稳固性较差时,选择方案1更利于顶板稳定。
