A refractory ore characterized by ultra-fine gold particles disseminated therein was taken for flotation test. A technique of re-grinding and re-flotation of the middlings, together with the self-developed collector of ZHS-3, was adopted to enhance the collection of fine-grained gold, resulting in a gold concentrate grading 43.70 g/t Au at 74.29% recovery, and a secondary concentrate grading 15.60 g/t Au at 4.28% recovery. Two obtained products had a total gold grade of 39.79 g/t and recovery of 78.57%. It is shown that both gold grade and recovery are improved compared with conventional flotation processes. This processing technique can achieve efficient recovery of fine-grained gold, thus improving resource utilization.

对某微细粒浸染型难选金矿石进行了浮选试验研究。采用自主研发的捕收剂ZHS-3,并采用中矿再磨再选工艺协同强化细粒金捕收,获得了金品位43.70 g/t、回收率74.29%的金精矿及金品位15.60 g/t、回收率4.28%的次精矿,两者合计金品位39.79 g/t、回收率78.57%,相比常规浮选工艺,金品位和回收率均有所提高,实现了微细粒金的高效回收,提高了资源利用率。

A refractory ore characterized by ultra-fine gold particles disseminated therein was taken for flotation test. A technique of re-grinding and re-flotation of the middlings, together with the self-developed collector of ZHS-3, was adopted to enhance the collection of fine-grained gold, resulting in a gold concentrate grading 43.70 g/t Au at 74.29% recovery, and a secondary concentrate grading 15.60 g/t Au at 4.28% recovery. Two obtained products had a total gold grade of 39.79 g/t and recovery of 78.57%. It is shown that both gold grade and recovery are improved compared with conventional flotation processes. This processing technique can achieve efficient recovery of fine-grained gold, thus improving resource utilization.

黄金是国家重要的战略储备物资[1]。我国是黄金产出大国,随着我国黄金资源的持续开发利用,难处理金矿逐渐占据主导地位。微细粒浸染型金矿石是我国金矿的重要组成部分,主要分布在大兴安岭、东南沿海、滇黔桂、陕川甘等地[2]。该类矿石中金主要呈显微-次显微状赋存于黄铁矿、毒砂等载体矿物中[3-4],且载体矿物粒度细,与其他矿物嵌布关系复杂,金选别难度大,是目前研究的重点和难点[5-6]
浮选是处理微细粒浸染型金矿的主要方法之一[7-11],通常根据具体矿石性质采用合适的药剂、工艺或设备等强化金的回收。某低温热液型微细粒浸染型金矿床储量丰富,价值巨大,其主要载金矿物黄铁矿粒度微细,且与石英、白云石、方解石等脉石矿物紧密共生,解离难度大,极大影响黄铁矿的浮选效果和技术指标。为促进该类难选冶原生金矿石的高效开发利用,本文对其开展浮选试验研究,强化微细粒黄铁矿的回收,并对含载金贫连生体的中矿进行选择性再磨再选,降低尾矿品位,提高金回收率。
原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1,金物相分析结果见表2,主要矿物组成及含量见表3。矿石中主要回收元素为金;矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、菱铁矿,少量方铅矿、黝铜矿、白钨矿等;脉石矿物主要有石英、白云母、铁白云石及方解石等。金主要以硫化物包裹金形式存在,其次以硅酸盐包裹金形式存在,少量以碳酸盐包裹金、铁氧化物包裹金及裸露和半裸露金形式存在。金主要赋存在黄铁矿中,少量赋存在石英、铁白云石等脉石矿物中。黄铁矿是主要的载金矿物,也是主要的目的矿物。
采用矿物解离分析仪确定矿石中主要矿物的嵌布粒度和单体解离度。矿石中主要矿物粒度均较细,其中方解石、绢云母、石英和铁白云石粒度相对较粗,主要分布在-150 μm粒级;主要载金矿物黄铁矿粒度极细,主要分布在-19 μm粒级,占比90.17%,其中-9.6 μm粒级占比62.25%,紧密嵌布在石英、铁白云石等脉石矿物中,金难以解离暴露,将会影响金浮选回收率和浸出率。矿石中黄铁矿单体解离度较低,仅46.89%,未解离部分主要以贫连生体形式存在,对黄铁矿选矿影响很大。
矿石中主要载金矿物为黄铁矿,其粒度微细,且与其他矿物紧密共生,单体解离困难,不利于金的选矿回收。黄铁矿常用的选矿方法有重选法、浮选法、重选-浮选联合法。根据该金矿的矿石性质、主要目的矿物黄铁矿的嵌布特征以及探索试验结果,宜采用浮选法回收金矿物。试验流程见图1
选矿过程中磨矿细度是影响矿物分选指标的主要因素之一,只有确定适宜的磨矿细度,使载金矿物与脉石矿物充分解离,才能获得较好的选别指标。按照图1所示流程,在pH值调整剂碳酸钠2 000 g/t、活化剂硫酸铜用量200 g/t、捕收剂ZHS-3用量120 g/t、起泡剂2号油用量20 g/t条件下,开展了磨矿细度条件试验,结果见图2。由图2可见,随着磨矿细度增加,粗精矿Au品位逐渐降低、回收率先增加后减少。磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占76%时,粗精矿中金品位13.70 g/t、回收率78.69%,尾矿金品位0.57 g/t、回收率21.31%,此时粗精矿金回收率达到峰值,尾矿金品位低,分选指标好。适宜的磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占76%。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占76%,其他条件不变,考察了捕收剂种类对金浮选指标的影响,结果见表4。其中捕收剂ZHS-1、ZHS-2、ZHS-3均为中国地质科学院郑州矿产综合利用研究所自主研发的新型药剂,主要成分为高级黄药和中性油;MA为市售捕收剂。由表4可以看出,黄药类捕收剂获得的粗精矿金回收率较高,但金品位较低(约12 g/t);硫醇和MA获得的粗精矿金品位低且回收率一般;ZHS-1获得的粗精矿金品位高,回收率较低;ZHS-2、ZHS-3获得的金粗精矿品位适中,回收率较高。综合考虑,选择ZHS-3为该矿的捕收剂。
相同条件下,进行了ZHS-3用量试验,结果见图3。由图3可知:随着捕收剂ZHS-3用量增加,粗精矿中Au品位、回收率均先升后降,尾矿金品位基本不变。综合考虑粗精矿金品位、金回收率及尾矿金品位,ZHS-3用量160 g/t为宜。
在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占76%,硫酸铜用量200 g/t、捕收剂ZHS-3用量160 g/t、起泡剂2号油用量20 g/t条件下,考察了碳酸钠用量对选别指标的影响,结果见表5。由表5可知,随着碳酸钠用量增加,粗精矿产率和金回收率逐渐提高,碳酸钠用量2 000 g/t时,粗精矿金回收率达到70.63%,随后继续增加碳酸钠用量,粗精矿金回收率下降。适宜的碳酸钠用量为2 000 g/t。
碳酸钠用量2 000 g/t,其他条件不变,考察了硫酸铜用量对选别指标的影响,结果见表6。由表6可知,随着硫酸铜用量增加,粗精矿产率和金回收率先逐渐提高后降低。硫酸铜用量200 g/t时,粗精矿金回收率达到70.63%。随后继续增加硫酸铜用量,粗精矿金回收率下降。适宜的硫酸铜用量为200 g/t。
在条件试验和开路试验基础上,进行了浮选闭路试验,试验流程见图4,结果见表7。闭路试验获得了产率5.10%、金品位38.20 g/t、金回收率73.24%的金精矿,尾矿金品位0.75 g/t,金损失率为26.76%。MLA检测结果表明,尾矿和中矿中载金矿物多以贫连生体形式存在,矿物单体解离度较低。
根据矿石性质及金的赋存特性,进行流程结构优化:一方面提高粗选磨矿细度,增加一段扫选作业;另一方面对富含贫连生体的中矿进行选择性再磨再选,降低尾矿品位,提高金回收率。首先开展了中矿集中再磨再选的闭路流程试验,试验流程见图5,结果见表8。采用磨矿-强化捕收-中矿再磨再选的浮选工艺流程,获得了金品位43.70 g/t、回收率74.29%的金精矿及金品位15.60 g/t、回收率4.28%的次精矿,两者合计金品位39.79 g/t、回收率78.57%,相比常规浮选工艺,金品位和回收率都有所提高,实现了微细粒金的高效回收,提升了资源的利用效率。
1)矿石中主要有用元素是金,金主要赋存在黄铁矿中,少量赋存在石英、铁白云石等脉石矿物中。矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、菱铁矿及少量方铅矿、黝铜矿、白钨矿等,主要脉石矿物有石英、白云母、铁白云石及方解石等。黄铁矿是主要的载金矿物,粒度微细,主要分布在-19 μm粒级,其中-9.6 μm粒级占62.25%。黄铁矿紧密嵌布在石英、铁白云石等脉石矿物中,解离困难,不利于黄铁矿的浮选;此外,黄铁矿单体解离度低,未解离部分主要以贫连生体形式存在,对金的浮选回收率和浸出率影响较大。
2)根据矿石性质及金的赋存特性,采用自主研发的高效捕收剂ZHS-3,并采用中矿再磨再选流程协同强化细粒金捕收,富含贫连生体的中矿集中单独处理,不影响主流程,分选指标稳定。磨矿-强化捕收-中矿再磨再选闭路试验最终获得金品位43.70 g/t、回收率74.29%的金精矿及金品位15.60 g/t、回收率4.28%的次精矿,两者合计金品位39.79 g/t、回收率78.57%,相比常规工艺流程,金品位和回收率都有所提高,实现了微细粒金的高效回收,提升了资源利用率,有望盘活呆滞金资源,促进该类型难选黄金资源的开发利用。
