The ultra-fine low-grade calcite-containing apatite concentrate that comes from Hebei Province cannot meet the grade requirement and is difficult to be utilized. For solving this problem, an experimental research was carried out to improve the concentrate grade. A depressant of CD-8 was adopted for calcite, the dominate gangue mineral affecting the grade of apatite concentrate, and a collector of CK-P with high selectivity was adopted for apatite. A closed-circuit experiment was performed with a direct flotation flowsheet, consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and three cleaning, with middlings sequentially returned. As a result, a phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 32.02% was finally obtained with a recovery of 70.92%. This flowsheet was applied to industrial production with normal operation and stable flotation indicators, indicating that efficient utilization of such ultra-fine and refractory phosphorus resource was actualized.

针对河北某含方解石超细粒级低品位磷灰石精矿品位不达标、难以利用的问题,开展了提高磷灰石精矿品位试验研究。结果表明,影响磷灰石精矿品位的主要脉石为方解石,采用高效方解石抑制剂CD-8以及高选择性磷灰石捕收剂CK-P,采用一粗一扫三精、中矿顺序返回的正浮选流程,实验室闭路试验获得了P2O5品位32.02%、回收率70.92%的磷精矿。该流程应用于工业生产,流程运行正常,浮选指标稳定,实现了超细难选磷资源的高效利用。

针对河北某含方解石超细粒级低品位磷灰石精矿品位不达标、难以利用的问题,开展了提高磷灰石精矿品位试验研究。结果表明,影响磷灰石精矿品位的主要脉石为方解石,采用高效方解石抑制剂CD-8以及高选择性磷灰石捕收剂CK-P,采用一粗一扫三精、中矿顺序返回的正浮选流程,实验室闭路试验获得了P2O5品位32.02%、回收率70.92%的磷精矿。该流程应用于工业生产,流程运行正常,浮选指标稳定,实现了超细难选磷资源的高效利用。

The ultra-fine low-grade calcite-containing apatite concentrate that comes from Hebei Province cannot meet the grade requirement and is difficult to be utilized. For solving this problem, an experimental research was carried out to improve the concentrate grade. A depressant of CD-8 was adopted for calcite, the dominate gangue mineral affecting the grade of apatite concentrate, and a collector of CK-P with high selectivity was adopted for apatite. A closed-circuit experiment was performed with a direct flotation flowsheet, consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and three cleaning, with middlings sequentially returned. As a result, a phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 32.02% was finally obtained with a recovery of 70.92%. This flowsheet was applied to industrial production with normal operation and stable flotation indicators, indicating that efficient utilization of such ultra-fine and refractory phosphorus resource was actualized.

磷是不可再生资源,在国民经济和农业生产中占有重要地位,广泛应用于农业、医药和化工等行业[1]。磷矿作为磷的主要来源,是磷工业的重要原料,磷矿中有价值的矿物之一是磷灰石。随着矿产资源不断开采,高品位磷灰石型磷矿资源越来越少,而低品位磷灰石与碳酸盐矿物可选性相近,分选难度大[2]
我国低品位磷灰石型磷矿伴生有磁铁矿、云母、长石等矿物,主要分布于冀、辽、陕等地,磷矿品位1%~3%,目前生产中主要采用正浮选法处理这类低品位磷矿石。但磷灰石与方解石、白云石等碳酸盐矿物理化性质相似,碳酸盐矿物含量过高时,碳酸盐矿物会在磷灰石精矿中富集,导致正浮选法难以获得合格磷精矿。采用正浮选-反浮选工艺处理这类矿石因药剂成本高、矿石价值低而没有经济效益[3-5],因此,高效分选低品位磷矿物是当前矿物分选面临的重要课题。本文对河北某含方解石超细粒级低品位磷矿进行选矿试验研究,运用高效方解石抑制剂CD-8和高选择性磷灰石捕收剂CK-P,实现超细难选磷资源的高效利用,研究成果对实现矿物资源的合理高效利用有重要意义。
河北某含方解石超细粒级低品位磷矿原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1。矿样中可供回收的磷矿P2O5品位为2.56%,主要杂质为SiO2、CaO、MgO、TFe、Al2O3、TiO2等。
原矿矿物组成分析结果见表2。矿样中主要有用矿物为磷灰石,主要脉石矿物为角闪石、黑云母、方解石、石英以及少量的蛇纹石、绿泥石、赤(褐)铁矿、金红石、白云石等。原矿中脉石矿物方解石、白云石合计含量达12.35%,方解石、白云石与目的矿物磷灰石可浮性相似,磷灰石与方解石、白云石难以有效分离,可能是难以获得高品位磷精矿产品的原因之一[6-7]
矿石粒度筛析结果见表3。由表3可知,-37 μm粒级产率为86.60%,P2O5分布率为92.20%,-25 μm粒级产率为58.76%,P2O5分布率为67.81%,矿样泥化现象严重,浮选回收难度大,且目的矿物磷灰石和脉石矿物方解石、白云石都易泥化,难以通过浮选提高精矿品位,同时泥化矿物还会无选择性地吸附捕收剂,夹带于精矿中,影响精矿品质。
河北某含方解石超细粒级低品位磷矿选矿厂现场日处理量3 000 t,设计流程为一粗一扫三精正浮选,以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、油酸钠为捕收剂,现场工艺流程见图1,生产指标见表4。现场生产的磷精矿P2O5品位19.75%、回收率66.12%,获得的磷精矿品位较低,难以达到行业标准。对磷精矿进行镜下分析,发现影响精矿品位的主要脉石矿物为方解石。
采用正浮选分离磷矿物与碳酸盐矿物(方解石、白云石)时使用传统脂肪酸类捕收剂选择性差,捕收剂捕收磷矿的同时,白云石、方解石亦大量上浮,导致正浮选难以获得合格磷精矿[8-10]。本文主要从两个方面强化磷灰石与方解石的分离:一是筛选高效磷灰石捕收剂,改善泡沫结构、提高其选择性,二是筛选特效抑制剂强化抑制方解石。试验流程见图2
碳酸钠不仅能消除矿浆中Ca2+、Mg2+等有害离子的影响,对矿泥还有分散作用,能减弱或消除矿泥的不良影响[11]。按照图2所示流程,在水玻璃用量1 000 g/t、捕收剂油酸钠用量400 g/t条件下进行了碳酸钠用量试验,结果如图3所示。不加碳酸钠时,磷粗精矿品位及回收率均较低;碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t时可获得P2O5品位16.56%、回收率71.85%的磷粗精矿;再继续增加碳酸钠用量,磷粗精矿P2O5品位及回收率降低。综合考虑,碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t为宜。
水玻璃被广泛用作石英、硅酸盐、方解石等脉石的抑制剂。按照图2所示流程,在碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t、捕收剂油酸钠用量400 g/t条件下进行了水玻璃用量试验,结果如图4所示。随着水玻璃用量增加,磷粗精矿品位逐渐提高,回收率逐渐降低;水玻璃用量超过1 000 g/t后,磷粗精矿品位提升幅度较小,而回收率下降幅度较大。适宜的水玻璃用量为1 000 g/t。
捕收剂油酸钠选择性差,不能有效实现磷灰石与方解石、白云石等含钙碳酸盐矿物的分离。针对此问题,按照图2所示流程,在碳酸钠和水玻璃用量均为1 000 g/t条件下进行了捕收剂种类试验,捕收剂用量均为400 g/t,结果见图5。妥尔油皂捕收能力强,磷粗精矿回收率高,但品位较低,浮选过程中发现泡沫黏稠、脉石夹带较多,不利于提高精矿品位;石油磺酸钠和环烷酸皂捕收能力及选择性皆较差;捕收剂CK-P由脂肪酸经硫酸磺化改性皂化后与氧化石蜡皂复配而成,具有羧基、磺酸基和羟基等多种官能团,它兼具捕收性和选择性,浮选泡沫脆,矿泥夹带少,获得的磷粗精矿品位高。适宜的磷灰石浮选捕收剂为CK-P。
为实现磷灰石与方解石的高效分离,进行了方解石抑制剂种类试验,试验流程见图6,结果见表5。不添加方解石抑制剂,经一粗三精正浮选,磷灰石精矿P2O5品位只有22.50%;抑制剂羧甲基纤维素(CMC)选择性较差,它在抑制方解石的同时也强烈抑制了磷灰石;硫酸铝和苛性淀粉对方解石的抑制能力均偏弱,难以实现方解石与磷灰石的有效分离;抑制剂CD-8由多糖与果胶复配而成,具有羧基和羟基等多种官能团[12],能够选择性抑制方解石,可获得P2O5品位32.23%、回收率48.84%的磷精矿。适宜的方解石抑制剂为CD-8。
在条件试验基础上,进行了全流程闭路试验,试验流程见图7,结果见表6。以碳酸钠为矿浆pH值调整剂、水玻璃为硅酸盐脉石抑制剂、CD-8为方解石抑制剂、CK-P为磷灰石捕收剂,采用一粗一扫三精、中矿顺序返回的正浮选流程,闭路试验获得了P2O5品位32.02%、回收率70.92%的磷精矿。
新型方解石抑制剂、磷灰石捕收剂的实验室试验取得了较好的浮选指标,为后续工业调试提供了技术指导。2023年12月,在现场选铁尾矿细泥选磷车间开展了细泥浮选回收磷灰石新药剂工业生产调试。工业生产流程与实验室流程一致,经过一周的生产调试,逐步确定了合适的药剂制度:取消了碳酸钠、水玻璃的添加,方解石抑制剂CD-8用量400 g/t,捕收剂CK-P总用量500 g/t,试验结果如表7所示。工业试验获得了P2O5品位31.82%、回收率73.51%的磷精矿,品位及回收率较原现场生产指标(见表4)均有大幅提升。2023年12月底以来,工业生产流程运行正常,浮选指标稳定,实现了超细难选磷资源的综合利用,同时也可为类似磷资源的高效利用提供参考。
1)矿样中可供回收的磷矿P2O5品位为2.56%,磷矿物主要以磷灰石形式存在,主要脉石矿物为角闪石、黑云母、方解石、石英以及少量蛇纹石、绿泥石等。原矿中脉石矿物方解石、白云石合计含量高,是磷精矿品位难以提高的主要原因。矿样泥化现象严重,浮选回收难度大,且目的矿物磷灰石和脉石矿物方解石、白云石都易泥化,难以通过浮选提高精矿品位,同时泥化矿物还会无选择性地吸附捕收剂,夹带于精矿中,影响精矿品质。
2)以CK-P为捕收剂、水玻璃为硅酸盐脉石抑制剂、CD-8为方解石抑制剂,采用一粗一扫三精、中矿顺序返回的正浮选流程,实验室闭路试验获得了P2O5品位32.02%、回收率70.92%的磷精矿。
3)2023年12月底以来,工业生产流程运行正常,浮选指标稳定,实现了超细难选磷资源的高效利用,同时也可为类似磷资源的高效利用提供参考。
