Aiming at problems including low content of magnetic iron, fine dissemination size and high content of ferrous silicate in processing of the amphibole-type primary ore in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine, an experimental study was carried out by adopting a pre-concentration process consisting of fine crushing plus dry magnetic pulley separation and a roll grinding plus wet magnetic separation. The pre-enriched concentrate was then processed with a flowsheet including a three-stage grinding, a three-stage low-intensity magnetic separation and a reverse flotation, resulting in an iron concentrate grading 65.66% TFe at 49.31% recovery, with the yield of 21.45%. It is shown that iron resource can be utilized efficiently.

针对袁家村铁矿闪石型原生矿存在的磁性铁占比低、嵌布粒度微细、硅酸铁含量高等问题,进行了选矿试验研究。预选采用细碎-磁滑轮干选和辊磨-湿式磁选,预选精矿经三段磨矿、三段弱磁选、反浮选流程,获得了产率21.45%、TFe品位65.66%、回收率49.31%的铁精矿,实现了资源高效利用。

Aiming at problems including low content of magnetic iron, fine dissemination size and high content of ferrous silicate in processing of the amphibole-type primary ore in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine, an experimental study was carried out by adopting a pre-concentration process consisting of fine crushing plus dry magnetic pulley separation and a roll grinding plus wet magnetic separation. The pre-enriched concentrate was then processed with a flowsheet including a three-stage grinding, a three-stage low-intensity magnetic separation and a reverse flotation, resulting in an iron concentrate grading 65.66% TFe at 49.31% recovery, with the yield of 21.45%. It is shown that iron resource can be utilized efficiently.

太钢袁家村铁矿为一大型沉积变质铁矿床,储量约12.62亿吨。该矿矿石性质较为复杂,有用矿物嵌布粒度细,主要矿物为磁铁矿、赤(镜)铁矿和褐铁矿。现有选矿厂是国内一次性建成的、规模最大的铁矿选矿厂,年处理赤、磁铁混合矿石2 200万吨,于2013年3月建成投产。磨选主厂房由三个系列组成,采用大型半自磨+两段球磨的磨矿工艺和弱磁选-强磁选-再磨-阴离子反浮选选别工艺。近年来,随着采矿台阶下降,矿石氧化程度逐渐降低,闪石型原生矿石日渐增多。闪石型原生矿石与目前选矿厂使用的石英型氧化矿石性质差异明显,主要表现为可利用的铁矿物大部分为磁铁矿、有用矿物嵌布粒度比石英型氧化矿更细、矿物中硅酸铁质量分数普遍较高,导致选矿加工选比大、成本高,被列为暂不可利用矿石。本文对该闪石型原生铁矿进行了选矿试验研究,以期实现资源高效利用。
袁家村铁矿原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1,铁化学物相分析结果见表2。由表12可以看出:原矿中TFe品位28.56%,TFe/FeO比2.07,碱性系数0.08,矿样为原生酸性铁样品[1];为了富集回收铁矿物,需从原矿中排除或降低的脉石矿物分别是SiO2、Al2O3、CaO和MgO;有害杂质P质量分数相对较低,但S质量分数达到了0.12%,需要在选矿过程中密切关注硫的富集趋势;原矿中磁铁矿中铁分布率为58.33%,铁元素主要赋存在磁铁矿中,少量铁元素分布在假象赤铁矿中,两者合计分布率占61.55%;赤(褐)铁矿和硅酸盐矿物中铁元素分布率分别为21.29%和15.79%。综合以上矿石特点可知,该样品属于低磷含硫低品位原生酸性磁铁矿矿石。
原矿肉眼观察显灰色、灰绿色和灰黑色,少量带有红褐色调,矿石较坚硬,为条带浸染状构造,结构较为致密。镜下鉴定、MLA测定和扫描电镜综合分析结果表明,铁矿物类型主要为磁铁矿,其次为赤铁矿,还含有少量褐铁矿和菱铁矿;脉石矿物主要为石英和铁闪石,其次为方解石及白云石、绿泥石、长石,还存在少量云母、辉石、磷灰石和滑石等矿物,金属硫化物多为黄铁矿且含量较低。原矿主要矿物组成及含量列于表3[2]
为了制定合理的选矿工艺流程,采用MLA对原矿嵌布粒度进行了测定和统计,结果见表4。由统计结果可知,该矿样+0.074 mm粒级占比59.51%、+0.037 mm粒级占比82.35%,属细粒~微细粒嵌布范畴,且粒度分布不均匀。若要90%左右的磁铁矿获得解离,样品磨矿细度以-0.026 mm为宜,但样品中脉石矿物主要为条带构造以及针柱状,极易在磨矿过程中产生过磨现象,因此在选矿过程中宜适当放粗磨矿细度,有利于减少过磨现象,提高有用矿物回收率。
试样中的铁主要赋存在磁铁矿中,部分磁铁矿与脉石形成富连生体,磨矿后可采用弱磁选作业进行预富集。为得到合格铁精矿,对弱磁选精矿进行反浮选试验研究。根据反浮选效果,拟采用粗粒干选和细粒湿式预选、三段磨矿-三段弱磁选、反浮选流程[3],试验原则流程如图1所示。
对细碎后(-30 mm)产品进行磁场强度0.3 T的磁滑轮粗粒干式抛尾;将干式抛尾得到的粗精矿细碎并辊磨至-3 mm,在磁场强度0.2 T下进行湿式预选抛尾;湿式抛尾粗精矿进行三段磨矿-三段弱磁选,三段磨矿的磨矿细度分别为-0.075 mm粒级占75%、-0.045 mm粒级占80%、-0.045 mm粒级占92%,三段弱磁选的磁场强度均为0.2 T,可获得产率25.49%、TFe品位59.56%、回收率53.16%的铁精矿。试验流程如图2所示。
原矿经过三段磨矿和弱磁选选别后,不能得到TFe品位高于65%的合格精矿。考虑生产成本和反浮选对脱硅选择性较强、可以适当放粗磨矿细度的原因,采用反浮选工艺对弱磁选精矿进行进一步提铁降杂[4-5]试验。
反浮选主要进行了药剂用量优化试验,包括粗选NaOH、淀粉(SD)、CaO和捕收剂RA用量试验。条件试验在0.5 L挂槽式浮选机中进行,浮选温度为常温(30 ℃),浮选矿浆质量分数约32%;CaO以粉末方式添加,其他药剂以溶液形式添加。反浮选试验原则流程见图3
在SD用量800 g/t、CaO用量200 g/t、RA用量100 g/t条件下,开展了NaOH用量条件试验,结果见表5。由表5可以看出,NaOH用量300~600 g/t范围内都可以实现正常反浮选,NaOH用量达到500 g/t以后精矿品位和回收率出现下降。适宜的NaOH用量为500 g/t。
NaOH用量500 g/t、CaO用量200 g/t、RA用量100 g/t条件下,开展了SD用量条件试验,结果见表6。由表6可以看出,随着SD用量增加,精矿品位出现先增加后下降的趋势,精矿作业回收率逐渐升高,说明增加SD用量可以获得较高的作业回收率,但增加了浮选药剂成本和精矿过滤难度。综合考虑,适宜的SD用量为800 g/t。
NaOH用量500 g/t、SD用量800 g/t、RA用量100 g/t条件下,开展了CaO用量条件试验,结果见表7。由表7可以看出,随着CaO用量增加,尾矿品位变化不大,精矿TFe品位先增加,在CaO用量150 g/t时达到峰值66.82%,CaO用量超过150 g/t后,精矿品位开始下降。综合考虑,适宜的CaO用量为150 g/t。
NaOH用量500 g/t、SD用量800 g/t、CaO用量150 g/t条件下,开展了RA用量条件试验,结果见表8。由表8可以看出,随着RA用量增加,精矿TFe品位和尾矿品位逐步提高,精矿作业回收率逐步降低,RA用量100 g/t时,精矿TFe品位66.82%,作业回收率83.45%。适宜的粗选RA用量为100 g/t。
在开路试验基础上进行了一粗一精三扫、中矿顺序返回的反浮选闭路试验,粗选NaOH用量500 g/t、SD用量800 g/t、CaO用量150 g/t、RA用量100 g/t,精选RA用量25 g/t,扫选不加药,浮选时间粗选4 min、精选2 min、扫选1~3浮选时间分别为4 min、3 min、3 min,结果见表9
弱磁选精矿反浮选闭路试验获得了精矿TFe品位65.66%、作业回收率92.95%的指标,但尾矿TFe品位达27.21%,损失铁回收率7.05%。
在条件试验基础上,选择优化条件组合,进行了全流程试验,全流程试验数质量流程见图4。预选采用细碎-磁滑轮干选和辊磨-湿式磁选,预选精矿经三段磨矿-三段弱磁选、反浮选流程,取得了精矿产率21.45%、TFe品位65.66%、回收率49.31%的试验指标。
1)太钢袁家村铁矿TFe品位28.56%,磁性铁中铁分布率58.33%,硅酸铁中铁分布率15.79%;矿样中磁性铁嵌布粒度细,磨矿细度达到-0.026 mm粒级占95%以上时铁矿物才能基本解离。
2)预选采用细碎-磁滑轮干选和辊磨-湿式磁选,预选精矿经三段磨矿-三段弱磁选、反浮选流程,获得了产率21.45%、TFe品位65.66%、回收率49.31%的铁精矿。
