A kind of polymetallic lead-zinc sulfide ore in Guangxi was taken for experimental research. In view of its characteristics of high zinc and low lead, as well as difficulty in the separation between zinc and lead, a new type of efficient inhibitor JFR-1 was adopted in the experiment. It is shown that the lead-zinc sulfide ore was subjected to a lead-zinc bulk flotation, consisting of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, followed by a separation of lead and zinc, consisting of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, finally resulting in a lead concentrate grading 21.00% pb at 72.82% recovery, a zinc sulfide ore grading 6.96% Zn at 94.21% recovery, and a tailings grading 0.04% Pb and 0.13% Zn with a lead recovery of 10.85% and a zinc recovery of 4.79%. Thus, the enrichment and separation of lead and zinc can be actualized.

以广西某多金属硫化铅锌矿为研究对象,针对其“锌高铅低”、铅锌分离困难的问题,采用新型高效抑制剂JFR-1,经一粗两精两扫铅锌混合浮选和一粗两精两扫铅锌分离,最终获得了Pb品位21.00%、回收率72.82%的铅精矿和Zn品位6.96%、回收率94.21%的锌硫化矿,尾矿中Pb、Zn品位及对应的回收率分别为0.04%、0.13%及10.85%、4.79%,实现了铅锌的富集和分离。

以广西某多金属硫化铅锌矿为研究对象,针对其“锌高铅低”、铅锌分离困难的问题,采用新型高效抑制剂JFR-1,经一粗两精两扫铅锌混合浮选和一粗两精两扫铅锌分离,最终获得了Pb品位21.00%、回收率72.82%的铅精矿和Zn品位6.96%、回收率94.21%的锌硫化矿,尾矿中Pb、Zn品位及对应的回收率分别为0.04%、0.13%及10.85%、4.79%,实现了铅锌的富集和分离。

A kind of polymetallic lead-zinc sulfide ore in Guangxi was taken for experimental research. In view of its characteristics of high zinc and low lead, as well as difficulty in the separation between zinc and lead, a new type of efficient inhibitor JFR-1 was adopted in the experiment. It is shown that the lead-zinc sulfide ore was subjected to a lead-zinc bulk flotation, consisting of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, followed by a separation of lead and zinc, consisting of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, finally resulting in a lead concentrate grading 21.00% pb at 72.82% recovery, a zinc sulfide ore grading 6.96% Zn at 94.21% recovery, and a tailings grading 0.04% Pb and 0.13% Zn with a lead recovery of 10.85% and a zinc recovery of 4.79%. Thus, the enrichment and separation of lead and zinc can be actualized.

铅锌是国际经济发展工业生产中不可或缺的原料,金属消耗量仅次于铁、铝、铜等常规金属[1]。中国是主要的铅锌资源生产及出口国之一,铅和锌主要以硫化矿形式存在[2]。铅金属主要应用于铅酸蓄电池、铅管、铅合金等,而锌主要用于镀锌、锌合金等[3-4]。铅锌矿产资源主要分布在我国云南、四川、湖南、广西、广东、甘肃、青海、陕西等地,具有低品位矿多、富矿少、矿石类型复杂、开采难度大[5-6]等特点。我国铅锌资源丰富,但也存在开采瓶颈,需要通过科技创新,实现地质勘探技术、采掘技术等突破,缓解供需矛盾[7]
铅锌浮选技术的发展主要还依赖于捕收剂、抑制剂、活化剂创新以及工艺流程优化[8]。在多金属硫化铅锌浮选分离研究中,开发高效选择性抑制剂对提高选矿指标有重要意义。抑制剂包括无机抑制剂和有机抑制剂两类。无机抑制剂有氰化钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、硫化钠、硫代硫酸钠等。有机抑制剂具有数量多、来源广、选择性强、灵活适用等优点[9-11],可以从浮选体系的实际需要,选择性设计有机抑制剂分子结构以及特定的官能团[12-14]
本文以广西某硫化铅锌矿为研究对象,针对“锌高铅低”矿石性质,采用新型高效抑制剂JFR-1,开展了铅锌混合浮选和铅锌浮选分离的条件试验和闭路试验,以期解决锌在后续作业中难以活化的问题。
原矿经破碎、混匀、缩分获得试验样品。试验样品化学多元素分析结果见表1。样品为多金属硫化矿,矿物种类繁多,矿物组成复杂。矿石中有工业回收价值的元素主要有Pb、Zn,其次为S、As、Sb、Fe等,脉石矿物主要为CaO、SiO2、MgO、Al2O3等钙镁铝硅酸盐矿物。
试验样品矿物组成分析结果如表2所示。原矿中金属矿物主要有铁闪锌矿、硫锑铅矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等,脉石矿物主要有石英和方解石等。
对试验样品进行了粒度组成及金属分布分析,+0.074 mm粒级采用水筛法,-0.074 mm粒级采用水析法,结果见表3。结果表明,-0.074 mm粒级产率61.96%,-0.010 mm微细粒级产率10.49%;各粒级中,0.019~0.037 mm粒级Pb和Zn金属分布率最高,分别为23.97%和24.11%。
每次试验称取500 g试样进行球磨机磨矿,达到粒度要求后,将试样倒入1.5 L挂槽式浮选机中,依次添加活化剂、捕收剂和起泡剂,进行一次粗选、两次精选和两次扫选的铅锌混合浮选,获得铅锌粗精矿和尾矿;铅锌粗精矿再倒入0.5 L挂槽式浮选机中,依次添加抑制剂、捕收剂和起泡剂进行一次粗选、两次精选和两次扫选的铅锌分离,最终获得铅精矿和锌硫化矿。将产品过滤、烘干、送样分析,计算回收率。试验原则流程见图1
捕收剂丁基黄药用量200 g/t、活化剂硫酸铜用量200 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量24 g/t,进行了铅锌混合浮选磨矿细度条件试验,结果如图2所示。随着磨矿细度增加,混合精矿中Pb和Zn品位先升高后下降,回收率逐渐升高然后趋于平稳;-0.074 mm粒级占75%时Pb和Zn品位达到峰值0.78%和5.48%,对应的回收率分别为86.39%和94.69%;继续增加磨矿细度至-0.074 mm粒级占80%,两种矿物回收率趋于平稳,而品位开始大幅下降。磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%为宜。
为进一步提高铅回收率,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、活化剂硫酸铜用量200 g/t条件下,以丁基黄药、乙硫氮、丁铵黑药捕收剂组合,进行了铅锌混合浮选捕收剂种类试验,结果如表4所示。结果表明:乙硫氮+丁基黄药、乙硫氮+丁铵黑药、丁基黄药+丁铵黑药3种捕收剂组合均能提高铅回收率;增加药剂组合中丁铵黑药用量,可以有效提高铅回收率。综合考虑,选择丁基黄药和丁铵黑药按质量比3∶1组合作为铅锌混合浮选的捕收剂。因丁铵黑药具有起泡性,使用该组合捕收剂时,起泡剂2#油用量可以适当减少。
在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、活化剂硫酸铜用量200 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量12 g/t条件下,以丁基黄药与丁铵黑药质量比3∶1组合作为铅锌混合浮选的捕收剂,进行了组合捕收剂用量试验,结果见图3。结果表明,组合捕收剂对Pb、Zn有较好的捕收性能,随着组合捕收剂用量增加,Pb、Zn回收率均上升,组合捕收剂用量200 g/t时,Pb和Zn回收率趋于平稳;随着组合捕收剂用量增加,Pb、Zn品位均逐渐降低。综合考虑,选择组合捕收剂用量200 g/t,此时获得的混合精矿Pb和Zn品位分别为0.51%和4.01%,回收率分别为91.97%和96.76%。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、组合捕收剂用量200 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量12 g/t,研究了活化剂硫酸铜用量对铅锌混合浮选指标的影响,结果如图4所示。随着硫酸铜用量增加,Pb回收率明显增加,但Zn品位显著下降。混合浮选流程以保证两种矿物的回收率为主,综合分析,确定硫酸铜用量350 g/t为宜,此时获得的混合精矿Pb和Zn品位分别为0.44%和3.41%,回收率分别为94.44%和97.37%。
JFR-1为华锡有色设计研究院研发的一种以ZnSO4、Na2SO3等为主的新型组合抑制剂,对闪锌矿有较好的选择性抑制效果,可以实现铅锌分离,应用前景广阔。乙硫氮对铅有较好的选择性捕收作用,故选择乙硫氮作为铅锌分离的捕收剂[15-16]。将混合浮选获得的铅锌粗精矿产品二次磨矿至-0.074 mm粒级占90%,依次加入乙硫氮80 g/t、2#油12 g/t,开展铅锌分离新型抑制剂JFR-1用量条件试验,结果如图5所示。随着JFR-1用量增加,Pb品位和回收率均先上升后下降,JFR-1用量过大时,其对铅矿物也会产生抑制;抑制剂对锌矿物选择性抑制效果较好,随着JFR-1用量增大,Zn品位和回收率都呈下降趋势,铅锌分离效果较好。综合考虑,JFR-1用量1 600 g/t为宜,此时Pb损失率最小,铅精矿中Pb、Zn品位和回收率分别为5.75%、3.95%和86.72%、12.97%。
在条件试验基础上开展了全流程闭路试验。铅锌混合浮选和铅锌分离均使用一粗两精两扫流程,铅锌混合浮选磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%,铅锌分离磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,闭路试验流程如图6所示,试验结果见表5
经铅锌混合浮选和铅锌分离浮选,最终获得了Pb品位21.00%、回收率72.82%的铅精矿和Zn品位6.96%、回收率94.21%的锌硫化矿,尾矿中Pb、Zn品位和回收率分别为0.04%、0.13%和10.85%、4.79%,铅锌分离效果较好。
1)广西某铅锌矿为多金属富锌硫化矿,呈现“锌高铅低”的特点,铅锌分离较为困难。矿石中有工业回收价值的元素主要有Pb和Zn,其次为S、As、Sb、Fe等。金属矿物主要有铁闪锌矿、硫锑铅矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等,脉石矿物主要为石英和方解石。
2)采用铅锌混合浮选工艺先抛除石英、方解石等亲水性脉石,以降低工艺生产成本,再采用铅锌分离作业获得铅精矿和锌硫化矿。铅锌混合浮选和铅锌分离均采用一粗两精两扫流程,铅锌分离中采用新型抑制剂JFR-1,最终获得了Pb品位21.00%、回收率72.82%的铅精矿和Zn品位6.96%、回收率94.21%的锌硫化矿,尾矿中Pb、Zn品位和回收率分别为0.04%、0.13%和10.85%、4.79%,铅锌分离效果较好。
3)新型抑制剂JFR-1不仅无毒、绿色环保,而且生产成本低,避免了重复加药的问题,对锌矿物有较好的选择性抑制效果。
