Based on studies on the chemical phase-analysis methods for rubidium in some mineral ores from Hunan Shizhuyuan mine, the occurrence state and mass fraction of rubidium in minerals were preliminarily determined by using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), combined with XRD, SEM, electron probe and MLA. After the phase separation of rubidium was determined and appropriate selective reagents and reaction conditions were selected, rubidium in mica, rubidium in fluorite, rubidium in silica-aluminum oxide, rubidium in feldspar, and rubidium in insoluble minerals were all analyzed. Then, a method for rubidium phase analysis was developed. It is found that this analysis method is characterized by lower detection limit, high precision, good reproducibility, wider linear range, and simple and rapid process. Based on an experiment on the interference of alkali metallic elements in minerals, reasonable analysis methods were selected according to different concentrations of K, Na and Li, so as to obtain accurate results with less interference.

研究了湖南柿竹园矿区金属矿物中铷的化学物相分析方法。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,结合XRD、SEM、电子探针和MLA初步探明金属矿物中铷的赋存状态及大致质量分数,确定铷的分相,然后选用合适的选择性试剂以及适宜的反应条件,分析云母中铷、萤石中铷、硅铝氧化物及长石中铷和难熔矿物中铷物相,制定了铷物相分析方法体系。结果表明:该方法检出限较低、精密度高、重现性好、线性范围较宽、流程简单快速;并结合矿物中碱金属元素干扰实验,根据不同浓度的K、Na、Li选择合理的方法,达到干扰小、结果精确的目的。

研究了湖南柿竹园矿区金属矿物中铷的化学物相分析方法。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,结合XRD、SEM、电子探针和MLA初步探明金属矿物中铷的赋存状态及大致质量分数,确定铷的分相,然后选用合适的选择性试剂以及适宜的反应条件,分析云母中铷、萤石中铷、硅铝氧化物及长石中铷和难熔矿物中铷物相,制定了铷物相分析方法体系。结果表明:该方法检出限较低、精密度高、重现性好、线性范围较宽、流程简单快速;并结合矿物中碱金属元素干扰实验,根据不同浓度的K、Na、Li选择合理的方法,达到干扰小、结果精确的目的。

Based on studies on the chemical phase-analysis methods for rubidium in some mineral ores from Hunan Shizhuyuan mine, the occurrence state and mass fraction of rubidium in minerals were preliminarily determined by using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), combined with XRD, SEM, electron probe and MLA. After the phase separation of rubidium was determined and appropriate selective reagents and reaction conditions were selected, rubidium in mica, rubidium in fluorite, rubidium in silica-aluminum oxide, rubidium in feldspar, and rubidium in insoluble minerals were all analyzed. Then, a method for rubidium phase analysis was developed. It is found that this analysis method is characterized by lower detection limit, high precision, good reproducibility, wider linear range, and simple and rapid process. Based on an experiment on the interference of alkali metallic elements in minerals, reasonable analysis methods were selected according to different concentrations of K, Na and Li, so as to obtain accurate results with less interference.

铷是一种在地壳中含量稀少的稀有金属资源,其化合物有着极其优异的光电性能和特殊性能,被广泛应用于催化剂、光电管、特种玻璃陶瓷、生物工程及通信技术等领域[1]。我国铷资源丰富,但存在贫矿多、共生情况复杂的特点。铷至今未发现有独立矿物,常与其他碱金属伴生,主要赋存于花岗伟晶岩、卤水和钾盐矿床中,与萤石矿关系密切。极其复杂的赋存状态,导致其难于开发和提取。铷因为其稀少和难提取而变得极其稀贵[2-4]。矿石中矿物共生关系密切,有用矿物种类繁多、共生密切、粒度不均匀,而且含钙矿物多,给分选和化学物相分析带来很大困难[5]。为了改进和提高铷的提取技术,必须先摸清铷的赋存状态。湖南柿竹园矿区中铷常分散在云母、萤石、硅铝氧化物及长石中,本文针对该矿区矿石进行物相分析,对其中铷进行多种化学试剂浸取,并对选择性溶剂和反应条件进行研究。
主要仪器为Optima 8000型电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),测试条件为:高频功率1 400 W,氩气压力0.75 MPa,冷却器流量15 L/min,辅助气流0.3 L/min,雾化气流量0.65 L/min,观测方式为轴向。
主要实验试剂包括盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸、氯化亚锡、硼酸、硫酸等,均为分析纯,购于湖南汇虹试剂有限公司。实验用水为二级去离子水。
在一系列100 mL容量瓶中分别加入0、1.00、2.00、3.00、5.00、10.00 mL铷标准溶液(质量浓度10 μg/mL),然后加入5 mL硝酸,用水稀释至刻度、摇匀,此系列标准溶液铷质量浓度分别为0、0.100、0.200、0.300、0.500、1.000 μg/mL。
铷含量计算公式为:
式中:ω(Rb)为铷含量(质量分数),%;c为从校准曲线查得的铷质量浓度,μg/mL;c0为从校准曲线查得的铷的空白浓度(质量浓度),μg/mL;V为试液体积,mL;m为试料量,g。
常用的铷测试方法有火焰原子吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法和等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),相较于其他方法,ICP-OES测定铷的方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好,能够满足测试及生产需求。铷的分解一般采用酸溶法和碱熔法[6-9]。碱熔法常常给体系带入很多钠离子,给铷的测定带来严重的背景干扰[10-12],容易造成测量结果偏低。以国家标准物质锂矿石(GBW07152)和钽矿石(GBW07154)为样品,采用不同分解方法对铷进行分解并测定总铷含量,对比结果见表1
表1可知,酸溶法得到的测定值比碱熔法得到的测定值更接近参考值。后续选择酸溶法分解试样。
Optima 8000电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪推荐的铷分析谱线有3条,其中780.023 nm谱线具有较高的灵敏度和良好的线性关系。选择780.023 nm谱线为分析谱线。
溶液里如果存在大量碱金属离子,会严重干扰ICP-OES测定铷的结果。常见碱金属离子钾、钠、锂对ICP测定铷的影响如表2所示。
表2可以看出:溶液中碱金属离子质量浓度超过0.50 g/L时对低含量铷的测定有较为明显的影响,其中锂的影响极其明显;但铷含量较高时,高质量浓度钾、钠、锂对其测定结果无显著影响。
选用柿竹园矿标号SZY-1的样品,称取0.500 0 g试样于锥形瓶中,加入不同浓度(质量分数,下同)的盐酸溶液,在沸水浴中浸取1 h,浸取过程中随时摇动,随后过滤、洗涤,于滤液中用ICP-OES测定铷含量,结果如表3所示。表3数据表明:盐酸浓度越高,云母中铷含量(质量分数,下同)测试结果越接近参考值。采用50%HCl在沸水浴中浸取云母中铷时,测试结果与参考值基本一致,且测试结果稳定,浸取完全。选择50%HCl浸取云母中铷。
选择50%HCl浸取云母中铷,浸取时间对云母中铷含量测试结果的影响如表4所示。从表4可知:浸取时间15~60 min范围内,浸取时间越长,铷含量测试结果越大,即浸取率越高。浸取时间60 min和120 min时,测试结果与参考值基本一致,测试结果稳定,表明浸取完全。云母中铷适宜的浸取时间为60 min。
柿竹园多金属矿为云英矽卡岩多金属矿床,伴生丰富的萤石资源,萤石矿粒度细,与其他矿物致密共生,部分萤石包裹微细粒磁铁矿、绿泥石、白云母、石英等矿物,在这些萤石矿中有时也含有微量铷,因此选择萤石中铷物相的浸取剂应使以上各矿物均能溶解完全。选用柿竹园矿标号SZY-2的样品,称取0.5000 g试样于锥形瓶中,加硼酸、盐酸、硫酸体积比12.5∶250∶25的混合溶液50 mL,在低温电炉上微沸(随时加水保持体积),完成浸取后取下冷却并过滤、洗涤,于滤液中用ICP-OES测定铷含量(质量分数,下同),浸取时间对萤石中铷含量测定结果的影响如表5所示。表5结果显示:浸取时间15~60 min范围内,浸取时间越长,铷含量测定结果越高,即萤石中铷的浸取率越高;浸取时间60 min和120 min时,铷含量测试结果与参考值基本一致,测试结果稳定,表明浸取完全。萤石中铷适宜的浸取时间为60 min。
根据本文中铷物相的分析方法,选取6个不同样品测试铷含量(质量分数),结果如表6所示。
使用锂矿石GBW07152、钽矿石GBW07154、萤石矿以及自制标准样品铷粗选精矿4个样品的11次平行测定结果计算ICP-OES法测定铷含量的精密度,标准物质主要成分见表7,4个样品11次平行测定结果见表8。结果表明,本方法测试结果准确、适用范围广。
1)采用ICP-OES测定总铷含量时,为了达到干扰小、结果精确的目的,通过不同分解方法并结合矿物中碱金属元素干扰实验,选择酸溶法分解试样。
2)湖南柿竹园多金属矿矿物品种多、共生关系十分紧密,矿石组分复杂。选用适宜的选择性试剂和反应条件,对云母中铷、萤石中铷物相分析进行探讨,并进行了精密度验证实验,制定了铷物相分析方法体系。ICP-OES法测定铷检出限低、精密度高、重现性好、线性范围宽、流程简单快速,该分析方法体系可为柿竹园矿区以及类似矿区地质勘探、矿床评价、工艺矿物学研究及制定合理的选冶工艺方案提供参考。
