To study the distribution of flow and pressure in the slurry pipeline of large-diameter slurry shield, Simcenter Flomaster was used to simulate the slurry pipe for calculation, and a one-dimensional model was established for the slurry pipe of large-diameter slurry shield. The distribution of flow and pressure in the pipeline under different working conditions by changing the valve opening degree, fluid density and rotating rate of pump were recorded, so as to obtain the optimal flow distribution. The calculation results show that valve opening degree, fluid density and rotating rate of pump all have a certain influence on the distribution of flow and pressure in the slurry pipeline system. By increasing valve opening degree, the flow rate in the pipeline increases and the pressure difference between two ends of the pump is reduced; as the fluid is changed from clear water to slurry, the flow rate in the pipeline increases and the pressure difference between two ends of the pump decreases; as the pump rotates at a lower rate, both the flow rate and the pressure difference are reduced. If the rotating rate of discharging pump is too low, the discharging pipe can be kept operating normally by increasing the rotating rate of the discharging pump or adding another pump in series.

为研究大直径泥水盾构机泥浆管路的流量、压力分布,采用Simcenter Flomaster软件对泥水盾构机泥浆管路进行仿真计算,建立一维泥水盾构机泥浆管路模型,并通过改变阀门开度、流体密度及泵的转速,记录管路流量及压力分布情况,从而得到最佳流量分配。模拟计算结果表明:阀门开度、流体密度和泵的转速对泥浆管路系统流量、压力分布具有一定影响;阀门开度增大时,管路流量增加,泵两端压力差减少;流体由清水变为泥浆时,管路流量增加,泵两端压力差增加;泵转速降低时,管路流量减少,泵两端压力差减少;排浆泵转速过低时,可通过增大排浆泵转速或串联1台泵来保证排浆管路正常工作。

为研究大直径泥水盾构机泥浆管路的流量、压力分布,采用Simcenter Flomaster软件对泥水盾构机泥浆管路进行仿真计算,建立一维泥水盾构机泥浆管路模型,并通过改变阀门开度、流体密度及泵的转速,记录管路流量及压力分布情况,从而得到最佳流量分配。模拟计算结果表明:阀门开度、流体密度和泵的转速对泥浆管路系统流量、压力分布具有一定影响;阀门开度增大时,管路流量增加,泵两端压力差减少;流体由清水变为泥浆时,管路流量增加,泵两端压力差增加;泵转速降低时,管路流量减少,泵两端压力差减少;排浆泵转速过低时,可通过增大排浆泵转速或串联1台泵来保证排浆管路正常工作。

To study the distribution of flow and pressure in the slurry pipeline of large-diameter slurry shield, Simcenter Flomaster was used to simulate the slurry pipe for calculation, and a one-dimensional model was established for the slurry pipe of large-diameter slurry shield. The distribution of flow and pressure in the pipeline under different working conditions by changing the valve opening degree, fluid density and rotating rate of pump were recorded, so as to obtain the optimal flow distribution. The calculation results show that valve opening degree, fluid density and rotating rate of pump all have a certain influence on the distribution of flow and pressure in the slurry pipeline system. By increasing valve opening degree, the flow rate in the pipeline increases and the pressure difference between two ends of the pump is reduced; as the fluid is changed from clear water to slurry, the flow rate in the pipeline increases and the pressure difference between two ends of the pump decreases; as the pump rotates at a lower rate, both the flow rate and the pressure difference are reduced. If the rotating rate of discharging pump is too low, the discharging pipe can be kept operating normally by increasing the rotating rate of the discharging pump or adding another pump in series.

近年来,大直径隧道工程越来越多,在含水量高的复杂地层中,常常选用泥水盾构机进行掘进施工[1-2]。在穿越复杂地层过程中,受土质、施工等因素影响,渣土颗粒聚集并大量黏附于泥水盾构机刀盘中心表面,形成泥饼。部分大颗粒以及从刀盘上被冲刷下来的土块也会在破碎机、泥浆门和格栅区域不断堆积,堵塞管路[3-5]。因此,需要对刀盘、泥浆门和格栅区域进行冲刷,防止颗粒堆积导致结泥和堵塞。
许多学者[6-11]对泥水盾构机结泥、堵塞问题进行了相关研究,但这些研究大多从地层、冲刷系统等方面着手,而针对泥水盾构机泥浆管路的研究较少。泥浆管路系统的正常运行对泥水盾构机的安全高效掘进至关重要[12]。为了解决泥水盾构机结泥和堵塞的问题,除了需要考虑冲刷系统的设计和优化,还需要对泥浆管路系统中的各个参数进行调整,在确保冲刷系统性能的情况下,保证各管路的流动特性满足冲刷系统的需要。因此,本文采用流体仿真软件Simcenter Flomater 2021.1对泥水盾构机泥浆管路流量及节点压力进行研究。与三维计算侧重于研究部件的性能不同,一维管路计算侧重于管路整体的研究,可充分计算和分析含有泵、阀及各种节流部件的复杂管路系统的流动特性。通过分析泥水盾构机泥浆管路的流量和压力随外界条件的变化规律,为合理分配盾构机各冲刷管路压力、流量,缓解堵塞问题提供参考。
以某管廊及道路提升工程为背景,采用仿真软件Simcenter Flomater 2021.1对泥水盾构机泥浆管路开展流动特性研究。
大直径泥水盾构机模型如图1所示,泥水盾构机主要由刀盘、泥水舱、破碎机、气压舱、泥浆管路、推进液压缸和管片拼装机等组成。其中泥浆管路系统简图及舱体内部冲刷系统分别如图2图3所示。泥浆管路的主要工作流程为:进浆泵将稀浆从泥浆池输送到泥水舱,在泥水舱内,由进浆泵输入的稀浆起到稳定开挖面的作用,同时稀浆可以对仓体内部的被动搅拌棒、刀盘中心、泥浆门、破碎机和格栅等区域进行冲刷。之后,用于冲刷的稀浆与刀盘切削产生的渣土在泥水舱内混合,经排浆泵输送至泥水处理设备对混合液中的渣土进行沉淀和处理,去除杂质的混合液重新变回稀浆并重新进入泥浆池进行循环利用。
在模型的建立过程中,需要对系统进行一定的假设与简化:
1)管路密封,不存在流体泄漏。
2)忽略系统元件的热交换。
3)忽略弯头和过渡接头的压力损失。
4)通过压力边界代替泥水舱及气压舱内的压力,将现场测得的压力值赋于仿真模型中的压力边界作为边界条件。
搭建的泥水盾构机泥浆管路仿真模型如图4所示,主要由泵、管路、阀门等部件组成。管路系统中主要包含4台泵,1台主进浆泵P1.1,1台主排浆泵P2.1,1台处于刀盘冲刷管路的中继增压泵P0.1和1台处于泥浆门冲刷管路的中继增压泵P0.2。稀浆从泥浆池经主进浆泵P1.1输送到泥水舱的各个区域,对泥水舱中的上部被动搅拌棒、刀盘中心、破碎机、泥浆门和格栅等泥浆颗粒容易堆积的区域进行冲刷。
泵P2.1和泵P0.2的参数分别与泵P1.1和泵P0.1的参数相同,为了说明,只列举泵P1.1及泵P0.1的选型参数,详见表1
模型最左端为压力边界,根据开挖掌子面的压力分布,边界压力值范围为0.23~0.37 MPa。
本管路4台泵的工作点为泵特性曲线与管路特性曲线的交点,泵持续运行,当管路流量达到工作点流量时达到能量平衡,泵工作稳定。
管路特性曲线计算公式为:
式中:Hc为管路装置扬程;为吸入容器与输出容器间的静压水头差,m;Ht为液体被提升的总几何高度,m;φ为管路总损失系数;qv为管路总体积流量,m3/h。
由式(1)可知,对于特定的泵装置,管路特性曲线为一条开度一定且开口向上的二次抛物线,抛物线的最低点为
离心泵叶轮内缘和外缘的压力差公式为:
式中:u1u2分别为叶轮进口和出口处的圆周速度;p1p2分别为叶轮进口和出口处流体的压力。
由式(2)可知,离心泵通过离心力使叶轮外缘压力增加,且叶轮外缘压力随着叶轮半径及转速提高而增大。
通过实时监测获得盾构机泥浆管路中各冲刷管路流量和边界压力等数据,仿真计算得到的管路流量和节点压力分布分别如图5图6所示。从流量分布来看,刀盘冲刷管路相对其他支路流量较大,因为刀盘中心更容易结泥;从压力分布来看,泥浆泵后端的压力比前端压力高,说明泥浆泵在管路中起着增压的作用,泥浆泵通过增大管路两端的压力差,进而增大管路流量。
各管路流量分布如表2所示。计算结果与现场测量数据基本一致,误差均值约2%,说明模拟计算可行。模拟计算时,需对阀门开度进行适当调节,使管路系统达到较好的流量配比,从而更大程度地发挥冲刷系统的冲刷性能,解决盾构机结泥和滞排的问题。如果流量分配不合理,导致某一冲刷管路的冲刷流量过小,容易造成对应位置土块堆积黏附,影响盾构机的正常工作。
分别增大泥浆门冲刷和减小破碎机冲刷管路处的阀门开度,得到泥浆管路中流量和节点压力分布如表36所示。
当泥浆门后冲刷管路处阀门开度由0.70增大到0.72时,泥浆门后冲刷管路流量由294 m3/h增加到311 m3/h,增加了5.78%;泥浆门后冲刷管路对应节点11处的压力由0.403 MPa减小到0.402 MPa。当破碎机冲刷右管路处阀门开度由0.64减小到0.60时,破碎机冲刷右管路流量由496 m3/h减小到451 m3/h,减小了9.07%;破碎机冲刷管路对应节点11处的压力由0.400 MPa增加到0.403 MPa。因此,在并联管路系统中,增大某一管路阀门的开度,对应管路流量增加,其他并联管路流量减小,总管路流量增加,节点压力减小。
当管道内流体由清水变为泥浆时,流体密度增大,此时泥浆管路中流量和节点压力分布分别如表7表8所示。
当流体为清水时,主进浆泵P1.1进、出口的压力分别为0.029 MPa和0.652 MPa,压力差为0.623 MPa;当流体为泥浆时,主进浆泵P1.1进、出口的压力分别为0.036 MPa和0.816 MPa,压力差为0.780 MPa,比原来增加了25%。由式(2)可知,叶轮进、出口圆周速度相同时,泵进、出口压力差与流体密度有关;叶轮进、出口速度一定时,流体密度越大,进、出口压力差也越大。排浆管路中,当流体从清水变为泥浆时,流体密度从1 000 kg/m3增大到1 250 kg/m3,管路流量从3 537 m3/h增大到4 189 m3/h,排浆泵P2.1两端节点压力差由0.576 MPa增大到0.582 MPa,增加了1.04%。由式(1)可知,当PB-PA为定值时,值减小,管路特性曲线下移,而泵的特性曲线不变,所以管路特性曲线与泵特性曲线交点右移,泵工作点右移,管路流量增大,泵的扬程减小。
主进浆泵P1.1转速由643 r/min降低到600 r/min,增压泵P0.1转速由797 r/min降低到600 r/min时,得到泥浆管路中流量和节点压力分布如表912所示。
主进浆泵P1.1转速降低时,总管路流量从3222 m3/h减小到2 608 m3/h,减小了19.06%。其中,中心冲刷管路流量从1 225m3/h减小到1 178 m3/h,减小了3.84%;泥浆门冲刷管路流量从528 m3/h减小到512 m3/h,减小了3.03%;下部冲刷管路流量从1 469 m3/h减小到918 m3/h,减小了37.51%。主进浆泵P1.1两端节点的压力差由0.780 MPa减小到0.611 MPa,压力差降低了21.67%。由此说明,主进浆泵P1.1转速降低时,总管路流量减小,支路流量也相应减小,泵的扬程减小。
增压泵P0.1转速降低时,泥浆门冲刷管路流量从512 m3/h减小到318 m3/h,减小了37.89%;中心冲刷管路流量从1178 m3/h增大到1188 m3/h,增加了0.85%;下部冲刷管路流量从918 m3/h增大到1 063 m3/h,增加了15.80%;总管路流量从2 608 m3/h减小到2569 m3/h,减小了1.50%。泥浆门前冲刷处泵两端节点的压力差由0.728 MPa减小到0.237 MPa,压力差降低了67.45%。由此说明,支路处泵的转速降低,泵的扬程减小,与其并联的其余管路流量会增大,但总管路流量减小。
排浆泵P2.1转速从643 r/min降低到600 r/min时,排浆管路流量和节点压力分布分别如表13表14所示。
排浆泵P2.1转速降低时,泵的扬程减小,泵无法将流体泵送到指定边界,排浆管路无法正常工作。为了使排浆管路正常工作,可以采取增大排浆泵转速,或者在排浆管路上再串联1台增压泵来提高排浆管路扬程。
1)在泥水盾构机泥浆管路中,可以通过调节阀门开度和泵的转速来调整管网系统中的流量分配,使流量分配更加合理。阀门开度从0.70调到0.72时,泥浆门冲刷管路流量增加了5.78%;主进浆泵P1.1转速从643 r/min降低到600 r/min时,泥浆门冲刷管路流量减少了37.51%。根据相对流量变化率来看,调节阀门开度对管网流量分布的影响更加明显。
2)调整泥浆泵转速时,下部冲刷管路流量变化幅度分别为37.51%和15.80%,相对其他冲刷管路流量变化幅度较大,说明下部冲刷受泵转速影响较大。
3)当稀浆进入泥水舱,会与挖掘产生的泥浆混合,此时流体密度增加。当流体进入排浆管路时,管路流量会增大,可能会造成堵塞。此时,应减小泵的转速,防止堵塞情况发生。
4)排浆泵转速过低,会导致扬程不够,排浆管路无法正常工作,可考虑增大排浆泵转速或串联1台泵,使排浆管路能够正常工作。
