Ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer prepared with Ginkgo biloba was used for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil. After 4 d remediation at 30 ℃ by adding 4% ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer, the stabilization efficiencies of Pb, Cd, and Cu can reach 89.5%, 97.5%, and 74.9%, respectively. It is shown that the contents of acid extractable Pb, Cd and Cu decrease from 43.81%, 60.53% and 65.31% to 12.21%, 52.75% and 60.47% respectively; the contents of reducible Pb and Cd decrease from 11.12% and 36.35% to 10.02% and 33.71% respectively; the contents of oxidizable Pb and Cd decrease from 14.36% and 0.76% to 11.61% and 0.74%, respectively, while the content of oxidizable Cu increases from 11.13% to 14.12%; the contents of residual Pb, Cd, and Cu increase from 30.71%, 2.36%, and 22.33% to 66.16%, 12.80%, and 24.19%, respectively. It is concluded that with strong stability and a good remediation effect at low cost, such ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer shows a good application prospect in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.

利用银杏叶制备银杏叶生物炭基肥,在修复时间4 d、银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量4%、反应温度30 ℃条件下修复重金属污染土壤。结果表明:Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别达到89.5%、97.5%和74.9%;Pb、Cd、Cu弱酸可提取态占比分别由43.81%、60.53%、65.31%降至12.21%、52.75%、60.47%,Pb、Cd可还原态占比分别由11.12%、36.35%降至10.02%、33.71%,Pb、Cd可氧化态占比分别由14.36%、0.76%降至11.61%、0.74%,Cu可氧化态占比由11.13%升至14.12%,Pb、Cd、Cu残渣态占比分别由30.71%、2.36%、22.33%升至66.16%、12.80%、24.19%。银杏叶生物炭基肥稳定性强、修复效果好、成本低,在修复重金属污染土壤方向有较好的应用前景。

Ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer prepared with Ginkgo biloba was used for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil. After 4 d remediation at 30 ℃ by adding 4% ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer, the stabilization efficiencies of Pb, Cd, and Cu can reach 89.5%, 97.5%, and 74.9%, respectively. It is shown that the contents of acid extractable Pb, Cd and Cu decrease from 43.81%, 60.53% and 65.31% to 12.21%, 52.75% and 60.47% respectively; the contents of reducible Pb and Cd decrease from 11.12% and 36.35% to 10.02% and 33.71% respectively; the contents of oxidizable Pb and Cd decrease from 14.36% and 0.76% to 11.61% and 0.74%, respectively, while the content of oxidizable Cu increases from 11.13% to 14.12%; the contents of residual Pb, Cd, and Cu increase from 30.71%, 2.36%, and 22.33% to 66.16%, 12.80%, and 24.19%, respectively. It is concluded that with strong stability and a good remediation effect at low cost, such ginkgo biloba biochar-based fertilizer shows a good application prospect in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.

世界各地矿区土壤均存在重金属复合污染、土壤结构不良和养分匮乏等问题。目前针对矿区重金属污染土壤修复的主要技术为物理化学修复技术[1-3]和化学植物联合修复技术[4-6]。包括热处理技术[7]、客土稀释法[8-9]和化学固定法[10-11]在内的物理化学修复技术工程量大、成本高,应用相对受限。植物修复技术[12-13]环境友好,具有成本效益和景观效应,适用于低中度重金属污染土壤修复。植物修复技术通常协同其他常规的化学修复技术作为修复工程的最后一步,一方面植物的生长可以减少水土流失,另一方面化学改良剂的添加可以改良土质和降低重金属迁移扩散。然而,化学改良剂成本高,可能会破坏土壤原有生态平衡,造成二次污染。
生物炭基肥具有稳定性强、能吸附其他有机物质、保持土壤水分、增加微生物活性、促进有机物质分解和转化、提高土壤肥力、促进植物生长和发育等特点,在土壤修复中具有明显优势[14-15]。银杏叶是银杏科植物银杏的干燥叶,来源广泛、易于获取、价格低廉。目前银杏叶生物炭用于修复重金属污染土壤的研究较少,本文开展了银杏叶生物炭基肥修复重金属污染土壤的研究。
供试土壤取自山西省方山县德润煤焦矿区重金属污染地0~20 cm表土层。将土壤样自然风干,研磨后过5 mm尼龙筛。供试土壤pH值5.33,电导率77.1 μS/cm,其中有机质质量分数21.27 g/kg,Pb、Cd、Cu质量分数分别为225.61、6.38、305.14 mg/kg。
将干燥、粉碎后的银杏叶置于600 ℃马弗炉中热解2 h,用去离子水洗涤、烘干,制备银杏叶生物炭;然后将银杏叶生物炭与尿素按质量比1∶2混合均匀,加入去离子水搅拌充分混合;将混合物放于马弗炉中,在400 ℃下加热2 h,将其粉碎后过80目(180 μm)筛,筛下粉末与膨润土按质量比3∶1混合得到混合物料;在混合物料中喷入蒸馏水,并置于造粒机中造粒,造粒后烘干,得到银杏叶生物炭基肥。
采用SEM扫描电子显微镜测试银杏叶生物炭及银杏叶生物炭基肥的表面形貌、微观结构;采用FTIR红外光谱仪测定银杏叶生物炭及银杏叶生物炭基肥的官能团。
称取5 mm尼龙筛筛下供试土壤200 g,分别加入一定量银杏叶生物炭、银杏叶生物炭基肥,混合均匀,控制含水量30%左右,研究不同修复时间、修复剂添加量、反应温度条件下银杏叶生物炭及银杏叶生物炭基肥对Pb、Cd、Cu的重金属稳定效率:
式中:R为重金属稳定效率;C0为重金属污染土壤重金属浸出质量浓度,mg/L;Ct为稳定后土壤重金属浸出质量浓度,mg/L。
采用BCR连续提取法提取测定土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu的形态分布,将重金属形态分为弱酸可提取态、可还原态、可氧化态和残渣态4种形态。
银杏叶生物炭及银杏叶生物炭基肥的SEM图像如图1所示。由图1可知,银杏叶生物炭表面相对平整光滑;银杏叶生物炭基肥表面十分粗糙,并附着颗粒,这在一定程度上增加了生物炭基肥的比表面积,可为土壤中重金属提供更多的附着位点。
银杏叶生物炭及银杏叶生物炭基肥的红外光谱如图2所示。由图2可见:银杏叶生物炭表面存在羟基(—OH)、羧基(—COOH)等官能团,其对土壤中重金属具有一定吸附作用;银杏叶生物炭基肥表面不仅存在羟基(—OH)、羧基(—COOH)等含氧官能团,还具有甲基、亚甲基等部分烷烃基团,其对土壤中重金属的吸附具有更大的潜力。
添加量3%、修复时间3 d、反应温度20 ℃条件下,考察了银杏叶生物炭与银杏叶生物炭基肥对Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率的影响,结果如表1所示。由表1可知,银杏叶生物炭对Pb、Cd、Cu的稳定效率分别为36.6%、70.6%、24.1%,银杏叶生物炭基肥对Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别为55.1%、85.3%、39.6%,说明银杏叶生物炭基肥比银杏叶生物炭对重金属污染土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu的稳定效率更高。
银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量3%、反应温度20 ℃条件下,考察了修复时间对Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率的影响,结果如图3所示。由图3可知,修复时间由2 d延长到4 d,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别由48.8%、75.6%、34.1%升至60.5%、90.3%、44.4%,之后再延长修复时间,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率变化较小。这是由于随着修复时间延长,银杏叶生物炭基肥对土壤中重金属的吸附逐渐达到平衡。较佳的修复时间为4 d。
修复时间4 d、反应温度20 ℃条件下,考察了银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量对Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率的影响,结果如图4所示。由图4可知:银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量由2%升至4%,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别由36.5%、78.1%、30.5%升至84.2%、93.3%、69.2%;银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量由4%升至5%,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率变化较小。随着银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量增加,银杏叶生物炭基肥与重金属接触面积增大,提供的吸附位点增加;银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量增大到一定数值后,添加量过量,单位稳定效率变低,造成资源浪费。较佳的银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量为4%。
修复时间4 d、银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量4%条件下,考察了反应温度对Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率的影响,结果如图5所示。由图5可知:反应温度由20 ℃升至30 ℃,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别由84.2%、93.3%、69.2%升至89.5%、97.5%、74.9%;继续升高反应温度,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率仍在增长,但综合考虑现场的土壤修复,温度较难维持在更高,因此,选择反应温度30 ℃。
优化实验条件为:修复时间4 d,银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量4%,反应温度30 ℃。在该条件下使用银杏叶生物炭基肥处理重金属污染土壤,Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别达到89.5%、97.5%、74.9%。

1)以干燥、粉碎后的银杏叶制得银杏叶生物炭基肥。在修复时间4 d、银杏叶生物炭基肥添加量4%、反应温度30 ℃条件下,采用银杏叶生物炭基肥修复污染土壤,土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu稳定效率分别达到89.5%、97.5%、74.9%。
2)使用银杏叶生物炭基肥修复污染土壤后,Pb、Cd、Cu由不稳定的弱酸可提取态和可还原态向相对稳定的残渣态变化,Pb、Cd、Cu弱酸可提取态占比分别由43.81%、60.53%、65.31%降至12.21%、52.75%、60.47%,Pb、Cd可还原态占比分别由11.12%、36.35%降至10.02%、33.71%,Pb、Cd可氧化态占比分别由14.36%、0.76%降至11.61%、0.74%,Cu可氧化态占比由11.13%升至14.12%,Pb、Cd、Cu残渣态占比分别由30.71%、2.36%、22.33%升至66.16%、12.80%、24.19%,修复效果显著。
3)银杏叶生物炭基肥稳定性强、修复效果好、成本低,在修复重金属污染土壤方向有较好的应用前景。
