For a cobalt leaching residue grading 1.31% Cu and 0.20% Co, a flowsheet consisting of grinding and a flotation process of one stage of roughing, one stage of scavenging and two stages of cleaning was proposed based on the occurrence of copper and cobalt therein. A closed-circuit test employing this processing technique can result in a bulk copper-cobalt concentrate grading 16.16% Cu and 2.06% Co with recoveries of 80.56% Cu and 68.29% Co, with the yield of 6.63%. It is concluded that with this approach, copper and cobalt resources in the cobalt leaching residue can be enriched and recovered efficiently.

某浸钴渣中铜品位1.31%、钴品位0.20%,根据其中铜、钴的赋存状态,采用磨矿-一粗一扫两精浮选工艺回收浸钴渣中铜和钴,闭路试验可获得产率6.63%、铜品位16.16%、钴品位2.06%、铜回收率80.56%、钴回收率68.29%的铜钴混合精矿,实现了浸钴渣中铜、钴资源的高效富集回收。

For a cobalt leaching residue grading 1.31% Cu and 0.20% Co, a flowsheet consisting of grinding and a flotation process of one stage of roughing, one stage of scavenging and two stages of cleaning was proposed based on the occurrence of copper and cobalt therein. A closed-circuit test employing this processing technique can result in a bulk copper-cobalt concentrate grading 16.16% Cu and 2.06% Co with recoveries of 80.56% Cu and 68.29% Co, with the yield of 6.63%. It is concluded that with this approach, copper and cobalt resources in the cobalt leaching residue can be enriched and recovered efficiently.

铜、钴作为我国稀缺的战略性矿产资源,已被广泛应用于航空、电子、电力、机械制造、汽车、化工、新能源及高端装备等领域[1]。近年来,随着新能源、电池材料等产业的兴起,我国对铜、钴资源需求量越来越大[2-3],高效开发利用铜、钴资源,保障资源供给对维护国家安全和经济发展具有重要意义。浸钴渣是我国铜、钴冶金行业对含铜、钴矿石进行湿法冶金提取铜、钴后因不能回收其中硫化铜、硫化钴而产生的含铜、钴尾渣。目前国内多采用冶金方法对该类型尾渣进一步提取铜、钴资源,但由于浸钴渣中铜、钴品位较低,冶金成本高昂。本文根据浸钴渣矿石性质,采用合理的选矿工艺及浮选药剂,最终实现浸钴渣中铜、钴资源的高效富集回收,大幅降低后续铜、钴冶金成本。
浸钴渣(原矿)化学组成及渣中铜、钴物相分析结果分别见表1表2。由表12可知,原矿中可供回收的有价元素为铜和钴,需要排除的组分主要为SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、CaO、K2O等。原矿脉石中钴占65.73%,由于试验矿样为浸钴渣,脉石中钴以微细粒包裹体和吸附形式产出。
原矿粒度筛析结果如表3所示。原矿粒度较细,-0.074 mm粒级产率为79.90%,-0.038 mm粒级产率为66.26%;铜、钴在-0.038 mm粒级中分布率较高。
原矿为浸钴渣,矿石中钴含量已很低,且其中铜、钴赋存状态十分复杂,既有硫化铜和硫化钴矿物,又有氧化铜和氧化钴矿物,还有以微细粒包裹体和吸附形式赋存在脉石中的钴。根据硫化矿和氧化矿浮选性质差异,可采用黄药直接浮选硫化铜、钴矿物,采用硫化浮选法回收氧化铜、钴矿物[4-11],而且,在磨矿中适当添加活性炭有利于提高铜精矿品位[5]。根据浸钴渣矿石性质,拟采用一粗一扫两精的铜钴混合浮选工艺回收铜、钴资源,原则流程见图1
在球磨机中添加活性炭、纯碱及硫化钠,磨至不同细度后进行一粗一扫浮选试验,试验流程见图2,磨矿细度对浮选效果的影响见表4。由表4可知,随着磨矿细度提高,粗选精矿和扫选精矿产率均增加,精矿铜、钴品位呈下降趋势,铜、钴回收率逐步提高。磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占89.48%时,浮选综合指标较好,之后继续提高磨矿细度,铜、钴回收率增幅不明显。适宜的磨矿细度为-0.045 mm粒级占89.48%。
原矿磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占89.48%,按照图2所示流程进行了抑制剂种类对比试验,抑制剂用量均为粗选400 g/t、扫选100 g/t,结果见表5。由表5可知,在相同药剂用量下,六偏磷酸钠的抑制效果明显优于水玻璃。采用六偏磷酸钠作为浮选抑制剂较为适宜。
在相同条件下,进行了粗选抑制剂六偏磷酸钠用量(扫选用量为粗选用量的1/4)试验,结果见表6。由表6可知:随着六偏磷酸钠用量增加,粗选精矿产率下降,粗选精矿铜、钴品位不断提高,铜、钴回收率先增后降;六偏磷酸钠用量400 g/t时,可获得铜品位5.47%、回收率79.41%的粗选精矿;之后继续增大六偏磷酸钠用量,精矿铜总回收率显著降低。六偏磷酸钠用量以400 g/t为宜。
磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占89.48%,按照图2所示流程,进行了硫化钠用量条件试验,结果见表7。由表7可知,随着Na2S用量增加,粗选精矿产率增加,粗选精矿品位呈下降趋势,回收率先增后降。粗选硫化钠用量200 g/t、扫选硫化钠用量100 g/t时,铜总回收率高,浮选指标相对较好。
磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占89.48%,按照图2流程进行捕收剂种类试验,结果见表8。由表8可知,各组合捕收剂均能获得较好的浮选指标,MAC+丁基黄药和Z200+丁基黄药两种组合捕收剂均可获得铜品位5.4%以上的粗选精矿,表明MAC和Z200选择性较好。其他各药剂选择性和捕收能力相差不大。采用MAC+丁基黄药获得的铜总回收率达86.13%,钴回收率也很高,选取MAC+丁基黄药为该浸钴渣的组合捕收剂。
相同条件下,进行了粗选组合捕收剂MAC+丁基黄药用量(扫选用量减半)试验,结果见表9。由表9可知,随着组合捕收剂用量增加,精矿产率增加,精矿品位变化不大,铜、钴回收率增加。为了获得更高的铜、钴回收率,粗选MAC用量60 g/t、丁基黄药用量120 g/t为宜。
在条件试验和开路试验基础上进行了闭路试验,闭路试验流程见图3,结果见表10
闭路试验最终可获得产率6.63%、铜品位16.16%、钴品位2.06%、铜回收率80.56%、钴回收率68.29%的铜钴混合精矿,实现了浸钴渣中铜、钴资源的高效富集回收。
