A numerical model was established by using LS-DYNA software and then used to simulate the influence of pre-split fracture with width of 3 cm and 5 cm, respectively, on blasting effect. It is found that wider pre-split fracture can bring a better effect of blasting vibration attenuation, with the maximum amplitude decay rate of 46%. Based on pre-split blasting tests with different borehole sizes, the on-site vibration monitoring results have verified the correctness of the rule. It is concluded that the parameters of pre-split blasting should be selected based on the actual working conditions in consideration of protection of surrounding buildings.

采用LS-DYNA软件建立数值模型,模拟分析了预裂缝宽度分别为3 cm和5 cm时对爆破效果的影响。结果表明,预裂缝越宽,减振效果越好,相差比例最高可达46%。选择不同孔径预裂爆破进行现场爆破振动监测试验,验证了数值模拟所得规律的正确性。预裂爆破参数的选取需结合现场实际工况和周围建(构)筑物的保护进行综合分析。

A numerical model was established by using LS-DYNA software and then used to simulate the influence of pre-split fracture with width of 3 cm and 5 cm, respectively, on blasting effect. It is found that wider pre-split fracture can bring a better effect of blasting vibration attenuation, with the maximum amplitude decay rate of 46%. Based on pre-split blasting tests with different borehole sizes, the on-site vibration monitoring results have verified the correctness of the rule. It is concluded that the parameters of pre-split blasting should be selected based on the actual working conditions in consideration of protection of surrounding buildings.

预裂爆破有很好的降振效果,对矿山边坡稳定性维护起到了很好的保护作用,已广泛应用于矿山爆破工程中。相关学者对预裂爆破进行了理论研究[1-4]。本文结合爆破振动和现场爆破振动监测试验,论证预裂缝宽度对预裂爆破降振效果的影响,以期扩充预裂爆破降振作用分析方法。
选用LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟。该软件可以很好地克服数值模型单元畸变引起的计算困难。进行数值模拟前,为更好地再现现场模拟结果,进行了以下假设:①数值模拟过程中将岩体视为均质的、连续的岩体;②只考虑预裂缝宽度的影响,不考虑实际工况中节理裂隙和结构面的影响,且预裂缝中全为空气,不考虑其中碎石等介质对降振效果的影响。
炸药模型选用MAT_HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN模型。数值模拟中选用2号岩石乳化炸药,根据诸多实际工程所使用的乳化炸药情况,选取具体参数为:炸药密度1 340 kg/m3,炸药爆轰速度4 200 m/s。
状态方程选用JWL方程,其表达式为:
式中P为压力,Pa;V为体积变化;ABR1R2ω均为材料常数;E0为初始比内能,GPa。根据实际工况,状态方程中各参数取值分别为:A=214.4 GPa,B=0.182 GPa,R1=4.2,R2=0.9,ω=0.15,E0=4.192 GPa。
空气选用LS-DYNA软件自带的MAT_NULL材料,控制方程选用线性多项式状态方程[5-9],其表达式为:
式中V0为初始相对体积;C1C6均为常数;η为比体积;E为内能与初始体积之比。
设置空气参数为:密度1.248 kg/m3,黏滞系数17.456×10-6C=343.7,γ0=1.4。
数值模拟中岩石介质选用花岗岩。根据假设,花岗岩材料为无初应力、连续、均质、各向同性的双线性随动强化弹-塑性体材料。花岗岩力学参数如表1所示。
根据某露天矿具体工况参数,选取主爆孔直径140 mm、最小抵抗线4 m、台阶高度10 m、堵塞长度4 m、炮孔深度11 m进行数值模拟,其中超深选取1 m。在预裂缝数值模拟模型中,预裂缝宽度分别为3 cm和5 cm,主爆孔距离预裂缝4 m;采用耦合装药和底部起爆方式,计算时间设为0.06 s,在模型底部建立厚0.5 m的岩石作为基岩,设置侧面和底部为无反射人工边界以减少计算时间和缩小计算模型、提高计算精度。数值模拟建模尺寸如图1所示。
因预裂缝3 cm和5 cm两种工况下数值模型划分单元网格节点不同,为了后续分析方便,将模型自坡顶线中心节点依次划分为D1,D2,D3,D4和D5共5个监测点,以D1为基点,沿炮孔中心轴线剖面,分别对预裂缝宽度3 cm和5 cm工况模型以10 m为监测距离递进选取相同爆心距节点并对节点峰值振速进行提取。以3 cm预裂缝工况数值模型为例,数值模拟监测点选取如图2所示。
为了更好地阐述两种工况的降振效果差异,引入相差比例概念,其计算公式为:
式中B为相差比例;Vt为预裂缝3 cm时的峰值振速;Vf为预裂缝5 cm时的峰值振速。
预裂缝3 cm和5 cm两种工况下的峰值振速PPV见表2,两种工况下峰值振速相差比例见表3。其中x方向为水平径向,y方向为垂直向,z方向为水平切向。
表2可知,预裂缝有很好的降振效果,离爆源越近,振动峰值振速越大;预裂缝越宽,降振效果越好,且垂直向峰值振速最大。结合表3分析,两种工况相差比例较大,水平径向相差比例最大为46%,垂直向相差比例最大为32%,水平切向相差比例最大为33%。
为了更好地分析预裂缝宽度对降振效果的影响,进行了现场试验。现场试验选择在某露天矿进行,该矿生产爆破孔径250 mm,为大孔径爆破;且该矿已形成大于200 m的高陡边坡,对降振效果要求较高;该矿岩石节理裂隙发育,稳定性较差。为了更好地达到降振效果,生产爆破临近边坡设置为缓冲爆破加预裂爆破联合使用。由于预裂缝由预裂爆破拉缝形成,现场试验分别选择在两次生产爆破中进行,预裂孔孔径分别为90 mm和140 mm,装药方式为径向不耦合装药,其余生产爆破参数不变。考虑到实际工况节理裂隙发育,能量损失较多,为了保证预裂爆破的成缝效果,孔径90 mm预裂孔使用50 mm乳化炸药药卷,孔径140 mm预裂孔使用70 mm乳化炸药药卷,主爆孔最大段起爆药量均为450 kg,高差均为20 m,不耦合装药系数基本相同。结果表明,孔径140 mm预裂孔形成预裂缝相对较宽。现场测振分别选择在南露天矿平盘2和平盘3进行,选用成都中科动态仪器有限公司生产的EXP4850爆破振动仪及其配套的速度传感器监测爆破振动,两种工况下爆破振动峰值振速监测如表4所示,各监测点相差比例结果见表5
表45可知,预裂爆破有很好的降振效果,实测峰值振速各向相差比例比数值模拟值小,但规律性相同。这是因为数值模拟中假定岩石为连续、均质的材料,但实际工况中岩石存在节理裂隙结构面等地质形态。由数值模拟和实测结果分析可知,预裂缝越宽,减振效果越好,但预裂缝宽度由预裂爆破的拉伸破坏形成,为得出适宜的预裂缝宽度,在设计预裂爆破参数时,一定要综合考虑工况地质条件、边坡稳定性以及爆破周围建(构)筑物的影响。
从数值模拟角度出发,结合预裂爆破现场试验并进行爆破振动监测,得出以下结论:
1)数值模拟结果表明,距离爆源越近,爆破峰值振速越大,预裂缝越宽,降振效果越好。
2)两种工况下现场试验结果表明,数值模拟很好地弥补了爆破振动监测仪器不能靠近爆源的不足,为现场试验生产预裂爆破生成不同宽度预裂缝的降振效果研究提供了理论依据。
3)现场试验进一步验证了数值模拟的结论。但由于实际工况中岩石存在节理裂隙等地质形态,实际监测数据相差比例较数值模拟小,但规律性相同。
4)由数值模拟结合现场试验结果可知,预裂缝有很好的降振效果,且预裂缝越宽,降振效果越好。但在实际工况中应结合工况地质条件、爆破对周围建(构)筑物和边坡稳定性的影响进行综合考虑对预裂爆破进行参数设计,以期达到更好的爆破效果和对边坡、建(构)筑物的有效保护。
