High pressure grinding roll (HPGR) was used to comminute a copper smelting slag. An open-circuit test, edge-product cycling test and closed-circuit ball mill test were carried out using HPGR. The particle size of various products were measured, and the grinding results after HPGR were compared with those obtained after jaw crushing. The results show that after copper smelting slag is processed using HPGR and ball mill, the fine particle fraction of the products increases obviously, and the grindability increases by about 36 percentage point. It can be concluded that HPGR approach favors upgrading of grinding efficiency and beneficiation index in processing copper smelting slag.

对铜冶炼渣进行了高压辊磨开路试验、边料循环试验、闭路粉磨试验以及与颚式破碎机产品的磨矿对比实验,并对各产品进行了粒度分析。结果表明,铜冶炼渣经高压辊磨处理后,产品中细粒级含量明显增加,可磨度提高约36个百分点,高压辊磨有利于提高铜冶炼渣的磨矿效率和选矿技术指标。

High pressure grinding roll (HPGR) was used to comminute a copper smelting slag. An open-circuit test, edge-product cycling test and closed-circuit ball mill test were carried out using HPGR. The particle size of various products were measured, and the grinding results after HPGR were compared with those obtained after jaw crushing. The results show that after copper smelting slag is processed using HPGR and ball mill, the fine particle fraction of the products increases obviously, and the grindability increases by about 36 percentage point. It can be concluded that HPGR approach favors upgrading of grinding efficiency and beneficiation index in processing copper smelting slag.

国内某铜冶炼厂采用富氧底吹造锍捕金三连炉热连工艺进行铜冶炼:将采购的铜精粉、金精粉及石英熔剂等物料按一定比例混合,经底吹熔炼-底吹吹炼-还原精炼三段火法粗炼,产出阳极铜,再经电解精炼产出国标1#阴极铜;火法粗炼烟气进入制酸及环集烟气处理系统;底吹熔炼产生的炉渣含铜约3%、含金约2 g/t、含银约30 g/t,炉渣进入铜冶炼渣选矿系统,经渣缓冷-碎矿磨矿-浮选-浓密过滤等作业,得到富含铜、金、银的铜精粉,再配入入炉原料中。该铜冶炼渣选矿系统采用三段一闭路常规破碎及两段闭路磨矿分级的碎磨工艺,设计处理能力2 600 t/d,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级含量95%以上。在生产实践中,经多次调试,磨矿产品-0.074 mm粒级含量90%~95%,实际生产能力不足2 300 t/d。铜冶炼渣具有硬度高、脆性大、韧性强的特性[1-2],这可能是造成选矿产能不足、磨矿指标低下的根本原因。
与传统破碎机随机破碎物料方式不同,高压辊磨机破碎物料采用“层压破碎”机理,能实现物料颗粒的高效层间相互破碎[3]。自20世纪80年代起,高压辊磨技术先后在水泥行业、金属矿山得到广泛应用。高压辊磨机具有设备性能稳定、产品粒度均匀、能耗低等优点,利用高压辊磨机进行细碎或超细碎作业,可降低磨机给料粒度、提高磨矿效率、节约磨矿能耗[4-8]。本文通过铜冶炼渣高压辊磨试验,开展高压辊磨技术在冶炼渣粉磨工艺中的应用研究,探寻提高该类性质冶炼渣磨矿效率和选矿技术指标的可行性。
河南某铜冶炼厂熔炼炉产出的约1 150 ℃的熔炼渣在12 m3铸造渣包中自然风冷24 h后再水冷40 h,渣包包壁温度降至55 ℃左右时用渣包车将凝结的熔渣从渣包中倒出,再用液压破碎机破碎成200 mm左右的渣块(生产中破碎至500 mm以下即可),经摊平均匀布点采样,获得试验原料。试验原料最大块度不超过80 mm。
用PEF-200×150型颚式破碎机将试验原料破碎至-20 mm,采用堆锥法对破碎样品混匀,采用四分法将混匀的样品缩分,取样进行粒度分析,结果见表1。试验原料经颚式破碎机破碎后,产品中-5 mm、-0.5 mm、-0.074 mm粒级累计含量分别为37.97%、12.74%、3.88%。经测定,原料密度为4.02 g/cm3
试验所用主要设备包括PEF-200×150颚式破碎机、PEF-100×60颚式破碎机、CLM25/10高压辊磨机、ZBSX-92A震击式标准振筛机、SMLF500×900直线振动筛(筛孔3 mm)、ET-320密度检测仪以及XMQ-240×90实验室小型球磨机等。依照GB/T 10322.7—2004《铁矿石粒度分布的筛分测定》进行粒度分析。
取样品20 kg,高压辊磨机工作转速20 r/min,在高压辊磨机工作压力分别为8.0、10.0、12.0 MPa条件下进行高压辊磨开路试验。辊磨后的物料经充分混匀,用分样器缩分,取样进行粒度分析,确定高压辊磨机适宜的工作压力。
取样品10 kg,首次高压辊磨完成后,对辊压中料和边料分别称重;将辊压边料与新给料混合,再次给入高压辊磨机进行辊磨并对产品称重。重复这一操作过程,直至辊压中料质量稳定在某一数值,表明试验达到平衡状态,试验结束。将平衡后的辊压中料充分混匀,用分样器缩分后,取样进行粒度分析,确定边料平均循环量,计算高压辊磨边料循环负荷。高压辊磨边料循环试验流程见图1
取样品10 kg,高压辊磨后物料经3 mm直线振动筛筛分,将筛上产品、筛下产品分别称重;筛上产品与第二次新给料混合,再次给入高压辊磨机进行辊磨和筛分、称重。重复这一操作过程,当筛下产品质量稳定在某一数值或接近于新给料质量时,试验达到平衡状态,试验结束。将平衡后的筛下物料充分混匀,用分样器缩分后,取样进行粒度分析,分析闭路粉磨筛分循环产品粒度分布情况。高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分试验流程见图2
将铜冶炼渣常规破碎样品-20 mm物料用PEF-100×60型颚式破碎机再次破碎,用3.2 mm方孔筛筛分,筛下产品混匀后,分成若干个500 g样品,分别进行磨矿试验。同样,将高压辊磨后样品用3.2 mm方孔筛筛分,得到-3.2 mm粒级产品,混匀后分成若干个500 g样品,分别进行磨矿试验。磨矿试验条件为:磨矿矿浆液固比2∶3,磨矿时间分别为3、6、9、12 min。将未磨矿的-3.2 mm粒级样品以及磨矿后产品均进行湿式筛分,筛上产品、筛下产品经101-2A型电热鼓风干燥箱中105 ℃烘干8 h后称重,计算各产品粒级含量。
铜冶炼渣原矿在不同压力条件下通过CLM25/10高压辊磨机开路辊磨,所对应的功耗情况见表2,不同压力条件下辊磨产品的粒度分析结果见表3。由表23可知,辊磨机工作压力8.0 MPa、10.0 MPa、12.0 MPa时,对应的辊磨产品-0.5 mm粒级含量分别为27.35%、29.24%、32.83%,-0.074 mm粒级含量分别为8.54%、9.51%、10.31%。随着辊磨机工作压力提高,辊磨产品细粒级含量升高,但升高幅度不大;与辊磨前原料中-0.5 mm粒级和-0.074 mm粒级含量相比,细粒级含量增加显著;表明高压辊磨机对该铜冶炼渣有较好的挤压粉磨效果。综合考虑,确定高压辊磨机适宜的工作压力为10.0 MPa。
铜冶炼渣高压辊磨边料循环试验结果见表4,最终辊压中料粒度分析结果见表5。由表4可知,铜冶炼渣边料循环试验在第4次达到平衡,边料平均循环量为1.68 kg,计算得到铜冶炼渣高压辊磨边料循环作业的循环负荷为16.80%。由表5可知,铜冶炼渣高压辊磨边料循环试验的辊压中料中,-5 mm、-3.2 mm、-0.5 mm、-0.074 mm粒级累计产率分别为82.02%、71.30%、31.49%、9.67%。
铜冶炼渣高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分试验结果见表6,最终筛下产品粒度分析结果见表7。由表6可知,铜冶炼渣高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分试验在第4次达到平衡,3 mm筛上产品循环量为5.75 kg,计算得到铜冶炼渣高压辊磨3 mm循环作业的循环负荷为57.5%。由表7可知,辊磨机工作压力10.0 MPa时,铜冶炼渣高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分循环试验的辊压产品-0.5 mm粒级含量为42.02%,-0.074 mm粒级含量为13.67%。
对-3.2 mm粒级铜冶炼渣进行了磨矿对比试验,并根据颚式破碎和高压辊磨产品的磨矿试验数据绘制了磨矿曲线对比图,见图3。由图3可知,在相同的磨矿条件下,高压辊磨产品较常规破碎产品-0.074 mm粒级含量提高了约10个百分点。该冶炼渣磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量60%时,高压辊磨和常规破碎所需时间分别为5.11 min和6.95 min;磨矿到-0.074 mm粒级含量60%时的可磨度为136%,说明在该给料粒度情况下,高压辊磨产品比常规破碎产品更易磨,可磨度提高了36个百分点。
1)铜冶炼渣原料密度为4.02 g/cm3。铜冶炼渣经颚式破碎后,-5 mm粒级含量为37.97%,-0.5 mm粒级含量为12.74%,-0.074 mm粒级含量为3.88%。
2)铜冶炼渣高压辊磨适宜的工作压力为10.0 MPa,对应的功耗为1.81 kWh/t。
3)高压辊磨工作压力10.0 MPa时,铜冶炼渣一次开路辊磨产品中,-5 mm粒级含量79.75%,-0.5 mm粒级含量29.24%,-0.074 mm粒级含量9.51%;辊磨产品-0.5 mm粒级和-0.074 mm粒级含量增加显著,证实高压辊磨对该铜冶炼渣有良好的挤压粉磨效果。
4)铜冶炼渣高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分试验循环负荷为57.5%,产品中-0.5 mm粒级和-0.074 mm粒级含量分别为42.02%和13.67%;边料循环试验循环负荷为16.80%,产品中-0.5 mm粒级和-0.074 mm粒级含量分别为31.49%和9.67%。闭路粉磨效果优于边料循环粉磨效果。
5)在相同的磨矿条件下,高压辊磨产品较颚式破碎产品-0.074 mm粒级含量提高约10个百分点,可磨度提高36%,证实高压辊磨有利于提高铜冶炼渣的磨矿效率和选矿技术指标。
