Based on the in-depth investigation of the geological characteristics of the phosphate mines in western Hubei, including Sujiapo Phosphate Mine, Maping Phosphate Mine and Taoyuxi Phosphate Mine, rock burst phenomena were analyzed in terms of influencing factors of occurrence position, buried depth and lithology. The appropriate control measures are proposed for rock burst in those phosphate mines in western Hubei. In-situ stress of underground phosphate rock in western Hubei was tested. Based on the obtained results, the mining sequence was optimized to avoid mining operation in the stress concentration area as much as possible, and pressure relief and support measures were taken in local areas to ensure safe underground mining.

针对鄂西磷矿,在深入调查苏家坡磷矿、麻坪磷矿、桃郁溪磷矿等矿山地质特征及岩爆现象的基础上,分析了鄂西磷矿岩爆灾害主要发生部位、埋深及岩性等影响因素,提出了适合鄂西磷矿岩爆的治理措施:对鄂西地下磷矿进行地应力测试,根据地应力测试结果,优化回采顺序,减少应力集中区域,并在局部区域开展卸压和支护措施,保障井下安全开采。

Based on the in-depth investigation of the geological characteristics of the phosphate mines in western Hubei, including Sujiapo Phosphate Mine, Maping Phosphate Mine and Taoyuxi Phosphate Mine, rock burst phenomena were analyzed in terms of influencing factors of occurrence position, buried depth and lithology. The appropriate control measures are proposed for rock burst in those phosphate mines in western Hubei. In-situ stress of underground phosphate rock in western Hubei was tested. Based on the obtained results, the mining sequence was optimized to avoid mining operation in the stress concentration area as much as possible, and pressure relief and support measures were taken in local areas to ensure safe underground mining.

由于浅层矿产资源的逐步匮乏,矿山企业逐步转向深部开采,岩爆现象呈频发趋势,严重影响了人员安全及工程进度,研究岩爆治理措施已成为地下工程的重要课题[1-2]
针对岩爆产生的原因与机制,岩爆预防的基本思路包括降低应力集中程度和改变岩体物理力学性能[3]。降低应力集中程度的方法主要是按照主应力的方向布置巷道走向[4],这就要求对矿山进行地应力测试;也可通过孔槽卸压法、钻眼爆破法[5]达到卸压效果。高压注水[6]可改变岩体的物理力学性能,减弱岩体聚集应变能。对于不同烈度的岩爆,一般需采取不同的加固措施[7],主要包括锚杆、锚网及喷射混凝土等。
目前,岩爆治理措施包括加固围岩、改善围岩受力状况、改进施工方法[8]等。本文针对鄂西磷矿的地质特征及岩爆现状,研究制定鄂西磷矿岩爆的治理措施。
地质特征是导致岩爆发生的重要因素。岩爆与断层、褶皱及岩石类型密切相关[9]。对鄂西地区磷矿断层及顶底板岩性进行了总结,如表1所示。
断层错动将触发断裂滑移型岩爆,断裂构造带附近部分区域构造应力可能更高,易引发岩爆[10]。结合现场岩爆情况,在断层、褶皱带附近的区域,岩爆发生情况较多。鄂西磷矿矿层顶板多为白云岩,属于脆性岩石,且完整性较好,易储存弹性应变能。从现场调查情况来看,岩爆大多发生在褶皱构造的坚硬岩石中。
大多工程实例表明,造成岩爆的因素主要包括地质特征、矿物性质、应力大小和方向以及开挖几何形状[11]
在总结鄂西磷矿岩爆地质特征的基础上,系统分析了鄂西磷矿岩爆灾害发生的位置、岩爆区域埋深、岩性条件及岩爆现象,详见表2
鄂西岩爆现象大致分为两类:一类是岩爆程度较为严重,围岩表面岩体突然冒落,对施工人员安全威胁较大;另一类是岩爆程度轻微,包括小范围片帮、塌落现象,伴随着埋深和地压增大、采空区变多,初步判断各矿岩爆风险会增大。
岩爆主要存在于有褶皱构造影响的工作面、巷道掌子面及两侧帮壁与顶板接触处、掘进区域巷道工作面及采场顶板和矿柱结合处、基建期的开拓巷道和首采等区域。
根据鄂西磷矿地质特征及岩爆现象,从回采顺序优化、卸压措施及支护措施三个方面,对鄂西磷矿岩爆治理措施进行分析和总结。
地应力是影响岩爆的重要因素,处于高地应力的岩石更容易发生岩爆[12]。因此,地应力测量是避免应力集中、确定回采顺序的基本工作。采用中科院武汉岩土所自主研发的水压致裂地应力测量系统(如图1所示)测试鄂西磷矿地应力,并根据GB/T 50218—2014《工程岩体分级标准》[13]判断是否为高地应力区,还可结合测试结果,沿最大水平主应力方向布置巷道走向,有效减少水平主应力对巷道围岩稳定性的不利影响[14]。目前,地应力测试已在鄂西东达晒旗河磷矿完成,水压致裂法测得最大水平主应力方向为近东西方向,下一步计划将巷道布置在这一方向上。
根据地应力测量结果,对断层附近回采顺序进行优化,避免产生“孤岛效应”。回采顺序由原来的靠近F1、F3断层附近向中部推进改为由靠近F1断层方向向F3断层方向沿走向推进,如图2所示。
在断层附近回采过程中,随着开采的进行,高应力集中区不断向深处推移,使得回采过程一直处于低应力范围内[15],有效降低了在采矿范围内发生岩爆灾害的风险。
在断层附近采用此方法开采,因岩爆引起的岩石飞溅现象得以明显缓解,作业人员的安全性大幅增加,2019年至今未发生因岩爆导致的人员伤害。鄂西磷矿瓦屋Ⅳ矿段试验结果表明,回采率大幅提升,试验前预计回采率45%~50%,试验后回采率可到60%以上,该区域总储量300万吨(27%以上),预计可增加矿石产量22.5万吨。
钻孔卸压防治岩爆的本质是改变开挖后围岩区域结构,提前释放岩体内部的弹性应变能[16]。在采区矿体中进行钻机钻孔,使岩体的应力集中位置向围岩深部转移,还可利用卸压孔少量装药,进行松动爆破。
巷道开挖过程中的岩爆主要发生在巷道顶板含白云岩较多的矿体,可通过改变原来开挖设计的巷道矩形断面为圆拱形断面(如图3所示),改变巷道应力状况,实现采场卸压。
鄂西磷矿岩爆区域的岩性多为白云岩,而硅质白云岩具有很强的吸水性,对其进行喷水处理,并在凿岩、出矿前进行冲洗顶帮,通过岩石水软化效应可降低岩体储存应变能的能力,降低发生岩爆的可能。
在鄂西瓦屋矿区Ⅳ矿段进行了为期3个月的喷水卸压试验,发现岩爆总次数与同期相比明显下降,岩爆频次下降了82%,抛掷现象下降了94%。
柔性支护系统主要包括锚杆、锚网及喷射混凝土等方法,是防治岩爆灾害较为合适的支护类型。除传统的岩爆支护措施,鄂西磷矿发展了适合其自身岩爆特点的支护措施。
1)顶板岩爆防治措施——便携式单体支柱与柔性网联合支护。柔性网紧贴岩面,防爆破损坏,尺寸可调。便捷式单体支柱简单轻便、方便柔性网施工。
便携式单体液压支柱能够快速完成临时支护,降低在岩爆顶板下的暴露时间。柔性网片能够紧贴不平整的岩面,将岩爆顶板全面隔离,避免了岩爆产生的岩块弹射伤人。通过锚杆将网片锚固于顶板上,长时间隔离巷道开挖后的岩爆危害。
2)帮壁岩爆防治措施——便携式施工防护网与锚网联合支护隔离。对于连带矿柱一同产生岩爆的掌子面,采用便携式施工防护网与锚网联合支护隔离措施,在完成防护网架设后,可确保岩爆弹射碎片不会造成人员及设备损伤。
两种支护措施均已在鄂西苏家坡磷矿应用,在巷道开挖后,根据岩爆烈度情况,采取刚性、柔性支护相结合的方式,对巷道进行支护。
根据鄂西岩爆现状分析,提出了鄂西岩爆治理措施,得出以下结论:
1)对鄂西磷矿地质特征进行总结分析,发现各岩爆矿山基本都存在断层结构,且矿层顶板多为白云岩,在这两个因素的共同影响下,断层、褶皱带附近的区域岩爆发生情况较多。
2)鄂西磷矿岩爆主要存在于有褶皱构造影响的工作面、采场顶板和矿柱结合处、平巷与斜坡道交汇三角区域、基建期的开拓巷道和首采等区域。伴随着埋深和地压增大、采空区增多,初步判断各矿岩爆风险会增大。
3)从回采顺序优化、卸压措施及支护措施等方面,提出地应力测量后的巷道走向布置、断层附近回采顺序优化及改变断面形状等措施。根据鄂西磷矿岩爆发生特点,开展适合其自身岩爆特点的支护措施,降低岩爆对从业人员的安全风险。并通过现场试验验证了支护措施的科学性和可行性。
