In response to the problems of high molybdenum loss and difficulty in molybdenum/talc separation existing in the desliming process of a high talc-type molybdenite ore from Henan, ZN-J1, a molybdenum depressant, was introduced in the desliming section to minimize efficiently the molybdenum loss. The feed ore with Mo grade of 0.116%, molybdenum sulfide percentage of 83.53% and talc content of 14.0% was processed by adopting a flowsheet, consisting of desliming, pre-flotation of molybdenum, regrinding, and molybdenum/talc separation, with a combination of sodium silicate and ZN-P1 as depressant. A closed-circuit test with the whole process produced a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 47.68% and Mo recovery of 75.41%, respectively.

针对河南某高滑石型难选辉钼矿脱泥流程中钼损失量大、钼和滑石分离困难的问题,在脱泥工艺中添加一定的ZN-J1有效降低了辉钼矿在脱泥工段中的损失,以水玻璃+ZN-P1作为分离工艺的组合抑制剂,在原矿Mo品位0.116%、硫化钼占比83.53%、滑石相对含量14.0%条件下,采用“脱泥-钼预浮选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”的工艺流程,全流程闭路试验得到了钼精矿品位47.68%、钼回收率75.41%的优良指标。

针对河南某高滑石型难选辉钼矿脱泥流程中钼损失量大、钼和滑石分离困难的问题,在脱泥工艺中添加一定的ZN-J1有效降低了辉钼矿在脱泥工段中的损失,以水玻璃+ZN-P1作为分离工艺的组合抑制剂,在原矿Mo品位0.116%、硫化钼占比83.53%、滑石相对含量14.0%条件下,采用“脱泥-钼预浮选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”的工艺流程,全流程闭路试验得到了钼精矿品位47.68%、钼回收率75.41%的优良指标。

In response to the problems of high molybdenum loss and difficulty in molybdenum/talc separation existing in the desliming process of a high talc-type molybdenite ore from Henan, ZN-J1, a molybdenum depressant, was introduced in the desliming section to minimize efficiently the molybdenum loss. The feed ore with Mo grade of 0.116%, molybdenum sulfide percentage of 83.53% and talc content of 14.0% was processed by adopting a flowsheet, consisting of desliming, pre-flotation of molybdenum, regrinding, and molybdenum/talc separation, with a combination of sodium silicate and ZN-P1 as depressant. A closed-circuit test with the whole process produced a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 47.68% and Mo recovery of 75.41%, respectively.

我国钼金属储量居世界之首,但钼矿资源禀赋差异大,品位小于0.1%的储量占总储量的75%以上[1]。河南上房沟滑石型辉钼矿矿石储量高达5.2亿吨[2],基于辉钼矿与滑石天然可浮性相近、辉钼矿嵌布粒度细及滑石磨矿过程易泥化等原因,该类矿选别过程中存在浮选环境差、微细粒辉钼矿难以回收等问题,致使该类钼资源回收利用率低。
滑石型钼矿往往需要预先脱泥以减少泥化脉石对浮选环境的干扰[3-5],而现有脱泥流程中钼损失率高达5%,且相关的浮选药剂对两者的分选效果并不理想,难以获得高品位的钼精矿[6-10]
本文针对河南上房沟某低品位高滑石型钼矿脱泥工艺中钼损失大、分选工艺中滑石与钼分离难的问题,通过优化工艺流程和药剂制度,采用“脱泥-钼预选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”高效回收钼,研究结果可为其他滑石型钼矿选别提供技术参考。
试验原料来源于河南某高滑石型钼矿,原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1,钼物相分析结果见表2,矿物组成及相对含量结果见表3
表1可知,原矿中Mo品位仅0.116%,除可综合回收的元素Fe外,其他元素不具备回收价值。由表2可知,原矿中钼主要以硫化钼形式存在。由表3可知,硫化钼矿物为辉钼矿,氧化钼矿物主要为钼华和钼钙矿,影响浮选的脉石矿物主要为透闪石、滑石等。
将原矿破碎至-3 mm,破碎完后堆锥混合4遍,采用环割法缩取装入自封袋,每袋严格按1 000 g称重封装;采用球磨机磨矿,每次试样1 000 g,磨矿浓度65%。浮选在XFD系列浮选机中进行,浮选产品经烘干、称重、制样后化验品位,计算浮选回收率。试验原则流程见图1
试验用药剂起泡剂MIBC,捕收剂柴油,抑制剂水玻璃、糊精、木质素磺酸钠、葡聚糖、酵母粉、淀粉均为工业级药剂,抑制剂ZN-P1、ZN-J1均为中南大学自主研发的药剂,其中ZN-P1由多种磷酸类无机药剂复配而成,ZN-J1是一种改性的有机药剂。
试验设备包括XMQ系列球磨机(Φ240×90、Φ150×50)、XFD系列浮选机(8 L、3 L、1.5 L、1 L、0.5 L)。
合适的磨矿细度是浮选获得优良指标的重要前提,入浮目的矿物是否充分单体解离直接影响浮选精矿的品位及回收率。参考前人试验经验[3],选用两段脱泥流程,进行了磨矿细度条件试验,试验流程见图2,结果见图3
图3可知,钼粗精矿中Mo回收率随磨矿细度增加不断增加,钼粗精矿中Mo品位在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级含量80.95%~85.47%时随磨矿细度增加而增加,当磨矿细度超过-0.074 mm粒级含量85.47%后,品位反而随磨矿细度增加而降低。综合考虑,选择原矿磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占85.47%。
在试验过程中发现,部分解离情况较好、可浮性高的辉钼矿会在脱泥阶段被脱除,造成钼损失。为了减少这部分钼的流失,尝试在脱泥流程中添加辉钼矿抑制剂,探究钼抑制剂对脱泥产品指标的影响。以MIBC为起泡剂,用量30 g/t,采用两段脱泥作业,对比脱泥作业中不添加抑制剂与添加葡聚糖(200 g/t)、糊精(200 g/t)、酵母粉(200 g/t)、木质素磺酸钠(200 g/t)及ZN-J1(200 g/t)作为抑制剂情况下的脱泥指标,试验流程见图4,结果如表4所示。
表4可知,添加脱泥抑制剂后,脱泥产品中Mo品位明显减少,Mo损失率也明显下降,说明在脱泥作业中添加钼抑制剂能在有效提高脱泥效率的同时减少钼损失率。对比5组抑制剂试验结果,以ZN-J1为抑制剂进行脱泥时钼损失率最低,为4.05%。
以ZN-J1为脱泥作业辉钼矿抑制剂,按图4所示流程,探究ZN-J1总用量(一段+二段)对脱泥作业中钼损失率的影响,结果如图5所示。
图5可知,随着ZN-J1用量增加,脱泥产品中Mo品位及回收率均先快速降低后趋于平稳。综合考虑抑制效果及药剂成本,选用ZN-J1药剂用量200 g/t(一段和二段用量均为100 g/t),此时脱泥产品Mo品位降至0.069%、Mo损失率降至4.05%。
原矿中脉石主要为硅酸盐类矿物,针对矿物组成,在分选段抑制剂种类试验选用水玻璃作为主要抑制剂,对比了水玻璃+CMC、水玻璃+淀粉、水玻璃+腐殖酸以及水玻璃+ZN-P1的不同抑制剂组合试验,试验流程见图6,结果如表5所示。
表5可以看出,使用组合抑制剂能得到更好的Mo品位和Mo回收率,尤以水玻璃+ZN-P1组合使用为佳。选用水玻璃+ZN-P1组合作为分选段抑制剂。
图6所示流程,以水玻璃+ZN-P1作为分选流程的抑制剂,固定配比为3∶1,探索水玻璃+ZN-P1用量对浮选粗精矿钼品位及回收率的影响,结果如图7所示。
图7可知,随着组合抑制剂用量增加,粗精矿中Mo品位有所提高,回收率有所下降。综合考虑抑制效果及药剂成本,选定水玻璃+ZN-P1组合用量为(1 500+500)g/t。
粗磨细度为-0.074 mm粒级占85%时在兼顾粗精矿中Mo回收率的同时有效保证了粗精矿中的Mo品位,试验时对其进一步分离发现产品指标难以提升,分析原因,发现粗精矿中仍有一定的辉钼矿与脉石共生。为进一步提高指标,需要再磨以提高精矿解离度。故此采用“脱泥-钼预选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”的工艺流程进行了闭路试验,结果见表6,试验流程如图8所示。
表6可知,原矿钼品位0.116%,采用“脱泥-钼预选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”的工艺流程,全流程闭路试验获得了钼精矿品位47.68%、钼回收率75.41%的产品指标。
1)针对河南某高滑石型难选辉钼矿脱泥流程中钼损失量大的问题,添加抑制剂ZN-J1进行两段脱泥,有效将脱泥产品中钼损失率降至4.05%。
2)在原矿钼品位0.116%、滑石含量14.0%条件下,以ZN-J1为脱泥作业钼抑制剂、MIBC为起泡剂、水玻璃+ZN-P1为分离作业抑制剂、柴油为捕收剂,采用“脱泥-钼预选-再磨-钼与滑石分离”工艺流程,可获得钼品位47.68%、钼回收率75.41%的优良指标。
