The incineration slag of circuit board was doped with different proportions of copper concentrate, and then calcined at a high temperature to prepare oxygen carrier. The effects of doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperatures on the phase composition and morphology, as well as the oxygen absorption and desorption performance of the prepared oxygen carrier were all explored. The results indicate that CuFe2O4 is the main phase of the oxygen carrier, the formation of which can be improved by increasing the doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperature; the prepared oxygen carrier exhibits excellent lattice oxygen transfer capability; the mass weight of oxygen carrier in an air atmosphere increases by about 3% due to oxygen absorption, while the mass weight in a nitrogen atmosphere decreases by about 4% due to oxygen desorption.

将掺杂不同比例铜精矿的电路板焚烧熔炼渣进行高温煅烧改性制备氧载体,考察不同铜精矿掺杂比例和煅烧温度对氧载体物相组成、表观形貌的影响,并对制备的氧载体进行吸释氧性能研究。结果表明:氧载体的主要物相为CuFe2O4,提高铜精矿的掺杂比例和煅烧温度有利于氧载体CuFe2O4的生成;制备的氧载体具有优异的晶格氧转移能力,在空气氛围中,氧载体由于吸氧质量增加约3%;在氮气氛围中,氧载体由于释氧质量减少约4%。

将掺杂不同比例铜精矿的电路板焚烧熔炼渣进行高温煅烧改性制备氧载体,考察不同铜精矿掺杂比例和煅烧温度对氧载体物相组成、表观形貌的影响,并对制备的氧载体进行吸释氧性能研究。结果表明:氧载体的主要物相为CuFe2O4,提高铜精矿的掺杂比例和煅烧温度有利于氧载体CuFe2O4的生成;制备的氧载体具有优异的晶格氧转移能力,在空气氛围中,氧载体由于吸氧质量增加约3%;在氮气氛围中,氧载体由于释氧质量减少约4%。

The incineration slag of circuit board was doped with different proportions of copper concentrate, and then calcined at a high temperature to prepare oxygen carrier. The effects of doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperatures on the phase composition and morphology, as well as the oxygen absorption and desorption performance of the prepared oxygen carrier were all explored. The results indicate that CuFe2O4 is the main phase of the oxygen carrier, the formation of which can be improved by increasing the doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperature; the prepared oxygen carrier exhibits excellent lattice oxygen transfer capability; the mass weight of oxygen carrier in an air atmosphere increases by about 3% due to oxygen absorption, while the mass weight in a nitrogen atmosphere decreases by about 4% due to oxygen desorption.

2024年3月,第四版《全球电子垃圾监测》指出:2022年全球电子垃圾的产生量比2010年增长了82%,达到创纪录的6 200万吨,其中仅有不到1/4的电子垃圾被回收利用[1]。电子垃圾是重要的铜、锡、金、银等有价金属回收原料[2]。废旧电路板作为电子垃圾的重要组成部分,金属质量分数占到30%以上[3],这些电子垃圾具有很高的回收价值,是名副其实的“城市矿山”[4]。目前,废旧电路板回收处理方法主要包括机械处理、湿法冶金、热解技术、火法冶金等[5],采用火法冶金极为经济,但是火法冶金处理废旧电路板会产生大量的电路板焚烧熔炼渣。
化学链燃烧技术在1983年首次被提出,这种燃烧技术能以低能耗实现100%的二氧化碳捕获效率[6]。氧载体是化学链燃烧技术的关键材料,低成本的硅酸盐类材料(如铜冶炼厂产生的固体副产品铜渣)是一种极具潜力的氧载体候选材料,对降低生产成本具有重要作用[7]
基于此,本文以废旧电路板焚烧熔炼渣为前驱体,掺杂铜精矿后高温煅烧改性制备氧载体,并对氧载体进行表征分析和吸释氧性能研究。
实验所用废旧电路板焚烧熔炼渣来自国内某富氧侧吹炉热处理的电路板焚烧熔炼渣。采用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)分析熔炼渣中主要元素的氧化态化学组成,结果如表1所示,其中,默认铁的氧化物为最高价态[8]。熔炼渣X射线衍射(XRD)检测结果如图1所示,熔炼渣中含铁物相主要为钙铁辉石(CaFeSi2O6)和磁铁矿(Fe3O4)。钙铁辉石(CaFeSi2O6)是一种具有双链结构的硅酸盐矿物,属于单斜晶系,为辉石的一种[9]。
实验所用铜精矿为深灰色粉末状固体,主要物相为黄铜矿(CuFeS2)和辉石(Cu2S),其XRF和XRD分析结果分别如表2图2所示。
采用密封式化验制样粉碎机(GJ-2DB)将熔炼渣(CS)和铜精矿(CC)破碎至粒径74 μm以内;将熔炼渣和铜精矿置于干燥箱中恒温105 ℃干燥48 h;按照m(CC)∶m(CS)为1∶9、2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5称取干燥后的铜精矿和熔炼渣;将两者充分搅拌均匀后置于马弗炉中煅烧,炉内煅烧气氛为空气气氛;设置马弗炉升温速率为10 ℃/min,设置目标温度为800、900、1 000 ℃,升温至目标温度后保温60 min;在常温下自然冷却后选取部分颗粒作为氧载体;利用X射线单晶衍射仪对氧载体进行物相分析,并考察不同铜精矿掺杂比例、煅烧温度对氧载体物相组成的影响;利用扫描电镜观察氧载体的表观形貌。
利用热重分析仪对氧载体进行程序升温吸释氧热重实验和恒温吸释氧热重实验,热重实验工况如表3所示,吸氧实验在空气氛围下进行,释氧实验在氮气氛围下进行,恒温实验均保温30 min。程序升温吸释氧热重实验结果为下一步恒温吸释氧热重实验选取适宜的恒温温度。在恒温吸氧实验中,为保证氧载体在释氧前被充分氧化,需在升温前将气体氛围设置为空气。同理,在恒温释氧实验中,为保证氧载体被充分还原,需在升温阶段将气体氛围设置为氮气。升温速率为20 ℃/min,气体流量为20 mL/min。
由上述对实验原料的表征分析可知,熔炼渣主要含铁物相为钙铁辉石(CaFeSi2O6)和磁铁矿(Fe3O4);铜精矿主要物相为黄铜矿(CuFeS2)和辉石(Cu2S)。高温煅烧过程中发生的化学反应如式(1)~(5)所示,铁元素最后被氧化为Fe2O3,铜元素被氧化为CuO。CuO和Fe2O3反应生成氧载体铁酸铜(CuFe2O4)。CuFe2O4在化学元素组成上可认为是CuO和Fe2O3两种氧化物的共混物[10]
具有尖晶石结构的铁酸铜(CuFe2O4)可以在高温、惰性气氛下热解释氧而形成保持尖晶石结构的氧缺位体[11]。目前已证明CuFe2O4可作为氧载体的重要成分[12-13]。氧载体CuFe2O4的主要释氧路径见式(6)~(7);温度较高时,CuFe2O4也可以直接分解为CuFeO2、Fe2O3和O2,然后CuFeO2进一步部分分解为Cu2O和Fe2O3,如式(8)~(9)所示[14]
图3为煅烧温度900 ℃时不同铜精矿掺杂比例下氧载体的XRD衍射图谱。由于微量元素杂峰变化不明显,本文不做进一步考察。由图3可知,不同铜精矿掺杂比例下制备的氧载体具有相似的XRD图谱,各图谱上特征峰峰形尖锐,峰强度大。掺杂比例对氧载体的物相组成几乎不产生影响。随着铜精矿掺杂比例增加,熔炼渣中CaFeSi2O6的衍射峰逐渐减弱,发生反应(1);Fe3O4的衍射峰逐渐减弱直至消失,发生反应(2);Fe2O3的衍射峰强度基本不变,CuFe2O4衍射峰逐渐增强,说明发生反应(3)~(5)。
图4为铜精矿掺杂比例为m(CC)∶m(CS)=5∶5时不同煅烧温度下氧载体的XRD衍射图谱。如图4所示,煅烧温度对氧载体的物相组成几乎不产生影响。随着煅烧温度升高,CaFeSi2O6和Fe3O4的衍射峰逐渐减弱,CuFe2O4的衍射峰强度逐渐增强,说明煅烧温度越高,越有利于CuFe2O4的生成。
熔炼渣及不同铜精矿掺杂比例和煅烧温度条件下制备的氧载体表观形貌如图5所示。从图5可以看出,制备的氧载体表面呈疏松多孔状,有利于气体的吸附。随着铜精矿掺杂比例增加,氧载体表面孔增多;煅烧温度1 000 ℃时,制备的氧载体会发生烧结。因此,高温煅烧改性温度应在1 000 ℃以下。
氧载体程序升温吸释氧热重曲线如图6所示。由图6(a)可见,程序升温吸氧热重曲线整体上呈现3个阶段:在第1阶段,制备的氧载体呈多孔状,所以会先吸附气体,随着温度升高,发生脱附;在相同吸氧量条件下,CuO的升重速率明显高于Fe2O3[10],第2阶段的升重是Cu和Cu+向Cu2+转化产生吸氧现象造成;第3阶段的升重是Fe2+向Fe3+转化时产生吸氧现象造成。当热重分析仪升温至900 ℃时,氧载体的吸氧速率明显最大,因此,恒温吸氧热重实验的温度确定为900 ℃。
图6(b)可见,氧载体的程序升温释氧热重曲线分为3个阶段:第1阶段的峰值发生在150 ℃左右,达到峰值后迅速下降,是因为热重实验前未对样品进行干燥,在温度升高过程中水分蒸发,并且随着温度升高,氧载体表面附着的气体脱附;第2阶段样品质量基本不发生变化;在第3阶段,温度约为900 ℃时,样品开始由于释氧失重。随着温度升高,释氧速率增加,是因为CuFe2O4在温度较高的情况下有两条释氧路径,如式(6)~(9)所示。因此,恒温释氧热重实验的温度确定为1 000 ℃。
氧载体的恒温吸氧热重曲线如图7所示。热重曲线分为2个阶段:在0~10 min内氧载体被充分氧化,质量发生明显增加;在10~30 min,氧载体质量基本不变。当m(CC)∶m(CS)=3∶7时,随着煅烧温度升高,氧载体吸氧量增加,煅烧温度1000 ℃时氧载体吸氧量最大,约2.75%;煅烧温度800 ℃时氧载体吸氧量最小,约1.05%。在相同煅烧温度(900 ℃)下,m(CC)∶m(CS)=3∶7时,氧载体质量增加最小,约2.45%;m(CC)∶m(CS)=5∶5时,氧载体质量增加最大,约3%。
铜精矿掺杂比例与制备的氧载体吸氧性能没有明显的线性关系;未达到烧结温度时,煅烧温度越高,制备的氧载体吸氧性能越好。无铜精矿掺杂时,样品无质量变化,说明熔炼渣没有吸收氧气。因此,通过熔炼渣掺杂铜精矿煅烧改性制备氧载体是可行的。
氧载体的恒温释氧热重曲线如图8所示。可以看到,在不同煅烧温度和铜精矿掺杂比例下,释氧行为具有一定相似之处,整体释氧过程包括2个部分:动力学控制的快速释氧阶段和扩散控制的释氧阶段。在相同的煅烧温度(900 ℃)下,随着铜精矿掺杂比例增加,氧载体释氧量也增加。m(CC)∶m(CS)=5∶5时,氧载体释氧量最大,约4.34%;m(CC)∶m(CS)=1∶9时,氧载体释氧量最小,约0.80%。当m(CC)∶m(CS)=3∶7时,煅烧温度900 ℃的氧载体释氧量最大,约2.82%,煅烧温度1000 ℃的氧载体释氧量最小,约1.51%。这是因为在制备氧载体的过程中,颗粒之间因为烧结作用黏合在一起,大大降低了氧气的析出率。
铜精矿掺杂比例越高,制备的氧载体释氧性能越好;未达到烧结温度时,煅烧温度越高,制备的氧载体释氧性能越好。
1)熔炼渣掺杂铜精矿后高温煅烧改性得到具有尖晶石结构的铁酸铜(CuFe2O4),铁酸铜(CuFe2O4)作为氧载体的反应活性和催化活性良好。
2)根据程序升温吸氧热重实验,确定恒温吸氧热重实验温度为900 ℃;根据程序升温释氧热重实验,确定恒温释氧热重实验的温度为1 000 ℃。
3)制备的氧载体最大吸氧量约3%,最大释氧量约4.34%,说明熔炼渣掺杂铜精矿后高温煅烧改性制备氧载体是可行的。
