The separation process and the on-site equipment used for processing a copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate in Yunnan are systematically introduced. By improving the technical flowsheet and optimizing configuration, the processing capacity of Cu/Mo separation system can be increased from 25.00 t/h to 35.70 t/h, while the Mo grade and recovery are improved by 3.98 and 5.74 percentage points, respectively. Meanwhile, the power consumption can be reduced by 10.21%, and the unit production cost of Mo metal can be reduced by 7.06%, bringing a good economic benefit.

The separation process and the on-site equipment used for processing a copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate in Yunnan are systematically introduced. By improving the technical flowsheet and optimizing configuration, the processing capacity of Cu/Mo separation system can be increased from 25.00 t/h to 35.70 t/h, while the Mo grade and recovery are improved by 3.98 and 5.74 percentage points, respectively. Meanwhile, the power consumption can be reduced by 10.21%, and the unit production cost of Mo metal can be reduced by 7.06%, bringing a good economic benefit.

钼是自然界中分布较少的一种元素。工业上最重要的钼矿物为辉钼矿[1]。目前,从斑岩型铜钼矿床中综合回收钼矿物是获得钼金属的重要途径,但这类矿石普遍存在原矿品位低、铜钼嵌布关系复杂、铜钼混合精矿分离难度大等技术难题[2-4],因此,开发铜钼高效分离技术对提高斑岩型铜钼矿石资源中伴生钼的利用率、保障矿山开发的可持续发展具有重大意义。
本文结合云南某铜矿现场铜钼矿分选车间现有流程及生产数据,并从现有场地、工艺技术、投资及成本等方面进行综合分析,通过改进选别工艺流程及优化设备选型,确定适合现有铜钼分选的工艺流程和设备,可为类似铜钼分选技术改造和产品升级提供技术依据。
云南某铜矿是典型的斑岩型铜矿床。矿石中主要铜矿物为黄铜矿、微量斑铜矿和砷黝铜矿;钼矿物主要为辉钼矿,未见氧化钼矿物;该铜矿经过SABC(semi autogenous-ball mill-crushing circuit,半自磨-球磨破碎回路)碎磨工艺,经粗磨抛尾、混合浮选(一粗三扫二精、粗选精矿立磨)后得到铜钼混合精矿。在生产现场就地接取铜钼混合精矿,取样并进行分析,样品矿物组成见表1,化学多元素分析结果见表2
选矿厂铜钼分离系统原设计处理能力28 t/h,2019年生产调试后系统处理能力约20 t/h时,选矿指标较好;但处理量逐步提升后,选矿指标下降明显,且处理量仅能达到27 t/h。
目前选矿厂采用抑铜浮钼的铜钼分离工艺流程,混合浮选所得铜钼混合精矿自流至Φ53 m浓密机进行一次脱药,底流通过渣浆泵输送至铜钼分选厂房立磨机擦洗脱药,然后采用1次粗选、4次精选和1次扫选,最终获得铜精矿和钼精矿。原生产流程如图1所示,相应的生产数据见表3。铜钼分选车间处理能力仅25.00 t/h,铜钼混合精矿入料钼品位0.65%,钼回收率75.00%。
铜钼分离1次粗选和4次精选流程各采用1台FSMC旋流静态微泡自吸式浮选柱,1次扫选采用3台艾法史密斯14.2 m3自吸式浮选机,原生产主要设备明细见表4
根据选矿厂规划,后期处理混合精矿量需达到35 t/h,以目前的铜钼分离系统设备处理能力根本无法满足处理主流程产出的铜钼混合精矿的要求,因此需对方案进行改造。
经过现场长期的自行优化及调试,铜钼分离系统运行稳定,同时已开展过的磁预选项目[5]所使用的场地、设备、厂房等设施均可利旧使用。改造前,确定改造原则如下:①为了减少对现有生产的影响,尽量做到改造期间维持正常生产;②为节省投资、减少工程改造量,充分利用已有设施;③增加的粗、扫选设备类型按已有的自吸式浮选设备类型进行选型;④粗选和扫选设备能力不足,采用浮选柱或浮选机替换;⑤现有的精选1~4浮选设备用于精选2~5。
根据以上改造原则,综合考虑现有可用场地,分析列出了3种改造方案,详见表5。从表5可知,尽管方案3设备购置费中等,但设备可以利旧,同时可以在不影响基本生产的情况下进行改造升级,沿用现场已有的设备类型进行扩产,设备适配性更高,成本适中。综合考虑,决定按照方案3进行设计改造。
结合现场实际生产经验,铜钼混合精矿分选采用浮选柱的生产指标较好,生产管理和操作运营均已熟悉,同时由于现有场地有限,浮选柱占地更小,确定新增浮选柱匹配现有浮选设备来提高生产能力。拟定的工艺流程如图2所示,对应的选矿工艺指标见表6
原扫选作业采用艾法史密斯14.2 m3自吸式浮选机,由于国外设备单价偏高,目前国内同等规格的浮选机应用很广泛,技术成熟度也很好,拟采用国内同等规格浮选机用于新增的浮选作业。拟定的主要设备明细见表7
通过现场一个月的调试及逐步优化,选取了新改造系统投运后第2个月的生产指标,详见表8。与原生产数据相比,改造后的生产流程实际处理能力由25.00 t/h提高到35.70 t/h,铜钼分离系统钼金属回收率提高了5.74百分点,较设计指标提高了0.74百分点,成效明显,运行指标优于预期。
选取新改造系统投运后第2个月的能耗及单位金属成本进行对比统计,详见表9
通过对铜钼分选系统的工艺及设备改造,实际产能提升40%,钼品位提高了3.98百分点,铜钼分离钼作业回收率提高5.74百分点,电耗成本降低10.21%,单位钼金属成本降低7.06%,按照钼精矿当前市场价格计算,年增效益超过2 000万元。运行效果达到设计目标。
云南某铜钼混合精矿选别流程原选矿系统处理能力在20 t/h左右时,浮选指标较好,但处理量提升后指标下降明显,无法满足处理主流程产出的铜钼混合精矿处理35.00 t/h的能力要求。结合现场实际情况,通过分析、设计并采取一系列优化措施和设备调整,进行了针对性改造,改造后铜钼分离系统处理能力提升到35.70 t/h,钼金属回收率提高5.74百分点,电耗降低10.21%,单位钼金属成本降低7.06%,经济效益显著提升。本设计改造可为类似铜钼分选车间的技术改进和产品升级提供技术依据和参考。
