In a Hunan polymetallic ore concentrator, the tailings with CaF2 grade of 26.56% exhibit certain economic value. However, due to the influence of residue reagents in the upstream processing of main tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth minerals and the interference of calcium-bearing gangue, it is extremely difficult to recover fluorite from the tailings. A process consisting of selective regrinding, tailings discarding by high intensity magnetic separation, and fluorite flotation was adopted with a new reagent NH-1 as activator of fluorite, CY-63 as collector of fluorite, SWG+SZY as depressant of silicate and micro-fine gangue, and CYAB as depressant of calcareous gangue. As a result, fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 90.50%, CaCO3 content of only 1.35% and CaF2 recovery of 79.50% was finally reclaimed in the closed-circuit test. It is concluded that such tailings resources can be comprehensively utilized by adopting this process.

湖南某多金属选矿厂尾矿CaF2品位26.56%,具有一定经济价值,但受前端主矿物钨钼铋综合回收过程中残余药剂的影响以及含钙脉石的干扰,萤石综合回收难度极大。以自主研发的新型药剂NH-1为萤石活化剂、CY-63为萤石捕收剂、SWG+SZY为硅酸盐与微细粒脉石抑制剂、CYAB为含钙脉石抑制剂,采用选择性再磨-强磁选抛废-萤石浮选工艺,闭路试验获得了CaF2品位90.50%、CaCO3品位1.35%、CaF2回收率79.50%的萤石精矿,实现了尾矿资源高效综合利用。

In a Hunan polymetallic ore concentrator, the tailings with CaF2 grade of 26.56% exhibit certain economic value. However, due to the influence of residue reagents in the upstream processing of main tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth minerals and the interference of calcium-bearing gangue, it is extremely difficult to recover fluorite from the tailings. A process consisting of selective regrinding, tailings discarding by high intensity magnetic separation, and fluorite flotation was adopted with a new reagent NH-1 as activator of fluorite, CY-63 as collector of fluorite, SWG+SZY as depressant of silicate and micro-fine gangue, and CYAB as depressant of calcareous gangue. As a result, fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 90.50%, CaCO3 content of only 1.35% and CaF2 recovery of 79.50% was finally reclaimed in the closed-circuit test. It is concluded that such tailings resources can be comprehensively utilized by adopting this process.

萤石作为战略性非金属矿产资源,在化工、冶金以及新能源、新材料等领域具有不可替代的战略地位[1-3]。我国伴生型萤石资源储量大,但萤石品位低,尤其是碳酸盐型伴生萤石矿,主要脉石矿物方解石与萤石具有相似的表面活性位点,在磨浮过程中表面离子的溶解与再吸附导致二者相互转化,表面性质趋于同化[4],浮选分离极为困难。
湖南某钨钼铋多金属选矿厂外排浮选尾矿CaF2品位26.56%,但受上游钨、钼、铋浮选作业残留药剂影响,尤其是钨浮选中添加了大量盐化水玻璃,硅酸胶粒Si(OH)4和SiO(OH)3-吸附在萤石表面,使得萤石可浮性显著降低[5-8],加之尾矿中方解石含量较高,分选难度大,浮选尾矿一直外排,造成巨大的资源浪费。本文针对该浮选尾矿进行选矿技术研究,旨在突破常规技术限制,实现萤石高效综合回收。研究成果可为国内外同类型尾矿资源的综合利用提供技术支持和借鉴。
试验矿样取自湖南某钨钼铋多金属选矿厂的外排尾矿,其化学多元素分析结果见表1,主要矿物种类及含量见表2。该矿样可供选矿回收的主要元素仅CaF2;脉石矿物主要为方解石、石英、长石、云母、石榴石、绿泥石和角闪石等,其中方解石、石榴石、角闪石及绿泥石表面均存在与萤石表面相似的价键不饱和Ca2+、Mg2+,是萤石浮选的主要干扰因素。
样品中萤石粒度不均匀,个别粗者可至0.15 mm,一般小于0.1 mm,呈单体产出者占65%左右,其余部分主要与石英、云母、石榴石紧密镶嵌,相互之间常表现出毗连型连生体的特征。样品中石榴石为等轴粒状,粒度常变化于0.03~0.15 mm之间,个别粗者可达0.2 mm,呈单体产出者约占70%,其余部分主要与石英、绢云母、萤石、方解石和角闪石镶嵌,但以毗连型连生体居多。
针对该尾矿矿样性质,拟通过预选抛废技术脱除石榴石、绿泥石等易浮难分选弱磁性矿物以提高入浮CaF2品位并改善萤石浮选环境,然后对预选粗精矿进行萤石活化处理,再由易到难依次脱除硅酸盐类脉石、碳酸盐类脉石及微细粒脉石,最终获得合格萤石精矿产品。试验原则流程如图1所示。
为提高萤石回收率,进行了预选抛废工艺对比试验,试验条件见表3,结果见表4。由表4可知,采用选择性再磨-强磁选抛废工艺,能够降低因毗连损失在预选尾矿中的萤石矿物,预选尾矿中CaF2品位由16.69%降至13.68%,在预选精矿CaF2品位相近的情况下,CaF2回收率可提高5.58百分点。
以选择性再磨-强磁选抛废工艺所得预选精矿为给矿进行萤石浮选试验研究。在调整剂碳酸钠用量500 g/t、捕收剂CY-63用量1 000 g/t条件下,进行了粗选活化剂NH-1用量条件试验,结果见图2。其中捕收剂CY-63和离子型萤石活化剂NH-1均为自主研发的药剂。由图2可知,粗精矿CaF2回收率随着NH-1用量增加逐渐增加,CaF2品位则呈下降趋势。综合考虑,活化剂NH-1用量1 000 g/t为宜。
在调整剂碳酸钠用量500 g/t、活化剂NH-1用量1 000 g/t条件下,进行了捕收剂种类条件试验,捕收剂CYP-01、CY-50、CY-63均为自主研发的脂肪酸类阴离子捕收剂,用量均为1 000 g/t,结果如图3所示。由图3可知:捕收剂CY-63选择性显著优于油酸钠,在粗精矿CaF2回收率相当的情况下,CaF2品位高出6.21百分点;CY-63捕收能力强于CY-50和CYP-01,在粗精矿CaF2品位相当的情况下,CaF2回收率均提高了约4百分点。CY-63通过对脂肪酸中羧基、双键及α-H进行改性获得,该药剂溶解性好,分散性强,能达到强化捕收萤石矿物的效果。
进行了精选抑制剂种类遴选试验,抑制剂用量均为100 g/t,试验流程见图4,试验结果见图5。其中SWG为特殊改性水玻璃,CYZ-1为改性栲胶,CYAB是自主研发的小分子有机酸。由图5可知,几种抑制剂对方解石抑制能力强弱依次为:CYZ-1>单宁酸>CYAB>SWG。CYZ-1对方解石抑制能力虽强,但选择性差,对萤石也产生了抑制作用。CYAB对方解石具有选择性抑制效果,能将方解石集中抑制在中矿中,且对萤石无抑制作用,对应的CaF2回收率较CYZ-1高15.59百分点。
在条件试验及开路试验基础上,适当调整药剂制度后进行了全流程闭路试验,试验条件见表5,试验结果见表6,试验流程见图6。采用选择性再磨-强磁选抛废-萤石浮选工艺,可获得CaF2品位90.50%、CaF2回收率79.50%的萤石精矿,有效回收了尾矿中的萤石资源。
1)湖南某钨钼铋多金属选矿厂外排浮选尾矿CaF2品位26.56%、CaCO3品位17.08%,具有较高二次回收价值,受选矿技术制约,未能实现综合回收。
2)自主研发的新型萤石活化剂NH-1能有效脱除覆盖在萤石矿物表面的残留药剂,大幅提高粗选CaF2回收率。采用选择性再磨-强磁选抛废-萤石浮选工艺,以NH-1为萤石活化剂、CY-63为萤石捕收剂、SWG+SZY为硅酸盐与微细粒脉石抑制剂、CYAB为含钙脉石抑制剂,闭路试验可获得CaF2品位90.50%、CaCO3品位仅1.35%、CaF2回收率79.50%的萤石精矿,实现了尾矿资源高效综合利用。研究成果可为国内外同类型尾矿资源的综合利用提供技术支持和借鉴。
