For discussing rational sequence of drift stoping by cemented backfilling under complex stress conditions, with No.2 mine of Jinchuan Group as an example, a three-dimensional numerical model was constructed with a numerical simulation software, and was then used to analyze the stress field, displacement field and plastic failure zone in drift stoping with different sequences. On this basis, the drift stoping sequence, after optimization by adopting a combined weighting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, was then adopted in an on-site industrial experiment. The results show that both mining sequence by overhand or underhand stoping and drift stoping with different spatial sequence can bring a certain influence to the maximum principal stress, maximum tensile stress, vertical displacement, plastic failure zone, as well as the maximum principal stress and vertical displacement in the next stope nearby; mining sequence of underhand stoping followed by overhand stoping, or firstly drift stoping of vertical ore mass, can make the overall mining with higher safety. The on-site experiment with such mining sequence presents better effect. It is concluded that this research can provide some reference in the design and optimization of mining sequence for drift stoping by cemented backfilling under complex stress conditions.

针对复杂应力环境下胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序合理性问题,以金川二矿区为例,借助数值仿真软件构建三维数值模型,对不同进路开采顺序下应力场、位移场及塑性破坏区进行分析;在此基础上,采用组合赋权与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对进路开采顺序优化,并开展现场工业试验。结果表明:不同走向进路开采顺序和进路开采空间顺序均对开采区域最大主应力、最大拉应力、垂直位移、塑性破坏区以及临近下一采场最大主应力、垂直位移有一定程度影响;采用下盘至上盘、先开采垂直矿体走向进路的开采顺序时,采场整体开采安全性高,且现场试验效果良好。研究结果可为复杂应力环境下胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序设计与优化提供理论依据。

针对复杂应力环境下胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序合理性问题,以金川二矿区为例,借助数值仿真软件构建三维数值模型,对不同进路开采顺序下应力场、位移场及塑性破坏区进行分析;在此基础上,采用组合赋权与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对进路开采顺序优化,并开展现场工业试验。结果表明:不同走向进路开采顺序和进路开采空间顺序均对开采区域最大主应力、最大拉应力、垂直位移、塑性破坏区以及临近下一采场最大主应力、垂直位移有一定程度影响;采用下盘至上盘、先开采垂直矿体走向进路的开采顺序时,采场整体开采安全性高,且现场试验效果良好。研究结果可为复杂应力环境下胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序设计与优化提供理论依据。

For discussing rational sequence of drift stoping by cemented backfilling under complex stress conditions, with No.2 mine of Jinchuan Group as an example, a three-dimensional numerical model was constructed with a numerical simulation software, and was then used to analyze the stress field, displacement field and plastic failure zone in drift stoping with different sequences. On this basis, the drift stoping sequence, after optimization by adopting a combined weighting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, was then adopted in an on-site industrial experiment. The results show that both mining sequence by overhand or underhand stoping and drift stoping with different spatial sequence can bring a certain influence to the maximum principal stress, maximum tensile stress, vertical displacement, plastic failure zone, as well as the maximum principal stress and vertical displacement in the next stope nearby; mining sequence of underhand stoping followed by overhand stoping, or firstly drift stoping of vertical ore mass, can make the overall mining with higher safety. The on-site experiment with such mining sequence presents better effect. It is concluded that this research can provide some reference in the design and optimization of mining sequence for drift stoping by cemented backfilling under complex stress conditions.

目前,胶结充填采矿法由于其安全性、普适性及环保性,已作为国内外多数矿山绿色高效安全生产的重要方法之一[1]。部分矿山随着优势矿产资源逐渐开采完毕,逐步向复杂地质结构、深部区域等难采资源推进,矿床开采步入复杂应力环境中,原生地质结构和次生充填体引发的构造应力成为采场失稳和致灾的主要因素[2]。同时,进路开采顺序变化可导致开采扰动强度差异,从而有效控制采场所处应力场、位移场及塑性破坏区,改变采场稳定性及灾变概率。因此,研究合理的胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序是保障复杂应力环境下采场安全生产的关键。
针对上述相关问题,诸多学者[3-7]进行了广泛研究,借助数值仿真技术及综合评价方法,阐明充填开采进路开采顺序、断面参数、布置长度及间隔距离和采场失稳破坏间部分关联性,给出了充填进路开采顺序的部分优化结果与方法,为复杂应力环境下胶结充填采矿法进路开采顺序优化研究提供了理论基础和可靠手段。但已有研究成果并未独立涉及充填进路开采顺序,且研究对象所处应力环境单一,导致复杂应力下不同进路开采顺序对开采安全性影响尚不清晰,更缺乏对采场进路开采顺序的进一步研究和优化。
为此,本文以金川二矿区1 018 m分段Ⅳ盘区四分层采场为例,构建胶结充填采矿法进路开采三维数值计算模型,揭示不同进路开采顺序对采场应力场、位移场及塑性破坏区影响趋势,采用组合赋权与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对不同进路开采顺序进行优化,并开展现场工业试验,研究结果可为复杂应力下胶结充填进路开采顺序设计与优化提供理论指导。
金川二矿区以开采铜镍矿为主,采用下向分层水平进路胶结充填采矿法,矿体上下盘主要为大理岩,上盘掺杂部分超基性岩,倾角60°~75°,平均厚度98 m。采场空间上下共布置5个分层,上下分层中开采进路以垂直交叉式分布,各分层顶板均为胶结充填体。各分层内垂直矿体走向布置穿脉道,沿矿体走向布置沿脉道,以穿脉道、沿脉道为轴心向采场边缘以分散式布置不同走向进路(沿矿体走向进路、垂直矿体走向进路)。穿脉道、沿脉道横向宽度为4 m,开采进路横向宽度为5 m,各分层竖向高度均为4 m。采场内进路采用隔二采一开采模式,随采随充,3条进路同时开采。
此外,随着二矿区开采强度不断加大,开采深度已达到1 000 m,属于典型深部开采矿山,且由于充填开采导致矿体上部已形成厚度超过300 m的巨大充填体,使得采场开采期间所受垂直应力过大。同时,二矿区矿床附近地质构造发育且活跃,且岩浆岩的长期渗入导致水平应力发育充分。金川二矿区开采现状如图1[3]所示。因此,开采活动长期处于由高垂直应力和水平应力共同构成的复杂应力场中,给采场带来了一系列地压灾害,例如采场顶板下沉、进路片帮等[8]
在水平进路胶结充填采矿法中,进路开采顺序主要包括不同走向进路开采顺序、进路开采空间顺序2个构成因子。不同走向进路开采顺序主要包含先开采沿矿体走向进路、先开采垂直于矿体走向进路两种开采方式;进路开采空间顺序主要包含下盘至上盘开采、上盘至下盘开采两种开采方式。为研究采场开采安全性与进路开采顺序之间的关联性,根据单一变量原则,设计4组开采方案,见表1
根据金川二矿区工程地质条件与1 018 m分段Ⅳ盘区开采技术条件,运用FLAC3D构建采场三维数值模型,如图2所示。为准确体现研究采场顶板与底板,数值模型中共构建三分层与四分层2个分层,同时考虑模型边界尺寸效应,设采场模块与整体模型外围边界的横向尺寸比例为1∶3[4]。模型总尺寸为300 m×300 m×150 m(长×宽×高),采场模块横向宽度均为100 m,竖向长度均为180 m,总计1 477 278个单元、851 896个节点,采用Mohr-Coulomb弹塑性准则,数值计算中X方向为沿矿体走向方向。由于本次研究对象与文献[4]一致,数值模型采取文献[4]相同的力学参数。数值计算采用不同材料物理及力学参数见表2[4]
根据金川二矿区地应力分布规律有关研究资料[4],数值计算中选取地应力条件为:
式中:σxX方向主应力,MPa;σyY方向主应力,MPa;σzZ方向主应力,MPa;H为距地表标高,m。
边界条件为:约束模型底部Z方向位移、左右边界X方向位移、前后边界Y方向位移,上边界为自由边界[9]
数值计算时先进行三分层开采,待三分层全部采充完毕后进行下方四分层开采。其中三分层按照金川二矿区采场实际开采顺序进行,四分层按照表1中的设计开采方案进行。计算时先进行所有穿脉道、沿脉道开挖,不进行充填,随后进行进路开采,直至采场内全部进路采充完毕。数值计算中各开采方案进路开采顺序如图3所示,图中序号①~⑦为采场内开采顺序。
应力是造成矿岩体破坏的根本诱因,位移和塑性破坏是矿岩体破坏的主要表现形式,故数值计算时对不同方案下四分层的大小主应力、垂直位移、平均屈服率(开采区域周围塑性区体积与开采体积之比)以及下一分层(五分层)的最大主应力、垂直位移进行分析。
图4为不同开采方案四分层最大主应力分布云图。由图4可知,进路开采完毕后,方案1~4采场四周矿岩交界处均出现压应力集中现象,4个方案最大主应力峰值分别为42.58 MPa、35.23 MPa、45.17 MPa及37.67 MPa。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,最大主应力峰值增大;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,最大主应力峰值减小。
图5为不同开采方案四分层最小主应力分布云图。由图5可知,进路开采完毕后,方案1~4采场进路充填体内部均出现拉应力,最大拉应力值分别为0.51 MPa、0.44 MPa、0.53 MPa、0.45 MPa。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,最大拉应力值增大;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,最大拉应力值减小。
图6为不同开采方案四分层垂直位移分布云图。由图6可知,胶结充填进路开采会导致采场顶板下沉和底板底鼓,且顶板下沉最大值位于上一分层充填体顶板位置,方案1、方案2、方案3及方案4顶板最大位移量分别为106.32 mm、98.87 mm、115.08 mm及104.36 mm,底板最大位移量分别为32.22 mm、28.75 mm、36.12 mm及30.87 mm。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,顶板最大位移量、底板最大位移量增大;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,顶板最大位移量、底板最大位移量减小。
根据各开采方案数值计算结果,计算方案1、方案2、方案3及方案4平均屈服率分别为1.37、1.81、1.59及1.94,因此采场周围矿岩破坏程度大小顺序为:方案4>方案2>方案3>方案1。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,平均屈服率减小;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,平均屈服率减小。
图7为不同开采方案下一分层最大主应力分布云图。由图7可知,方案1、方案2、方案3及方案4采场及其四周矿岩区域最大主应力均值分别为27.83 MPa、25.26 MPa、26.17 MPa及24.28 MPa。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,下一分层最大主应力均值增大;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,下一分层最大主应力均值增大。
图8为不同开采方案下一分层垂直位移分布云图。由图8可知,采场外围矿体及围岩位移下沉,其内部矿体位移整体上升,且最大上升位置位于采场中心区域。方案1、方案2、方案3及方案4采场矿体位移平均上升值分别为28.15 mm、23.52 mm、26.59 mm及22.84 mm。对比控制变量可知,当进路开采空间顺序一定、先开采沿矿体走向进路时,下一分层采场矿体上升均值增大;当不同走向进路开采顺序一定、下盘至上盘开采时,下一分层采场矿体上升均值增大。
鉴于采场进路开采顺序改变对采充总成本、采场生产能力、采切比等经济技术指标影响较小[4,10],从开采安全角度采用组合赋权与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对不同开采方案进行优选。
由数值计算结果可知,四分层进路开采完毕后,将改变下一分层开采矿体所处应力场和位移场,对其开采造成一定影响。故综合考虑四分层开采安全性B1和下一分层开采安全性B2,基于最大主应力C1、最大拉应力C2、顶板最大位移量C3、底板最大位移量C4、平均屈服率C5、下一分层最大主应力均值C6及下一分层垂直位移均值C7等评价指标,构建不同进路开采顺序下开采安全性评价指标体系,安全系数为A,评价指标体系如图9所示,各开采方案评价指标具体数值见表3
1)建立判断矩阵。通过层次分析法获得ABB1CB2C的判断矩阵分别为D1D2D3,最大特征值λ1maxλ2maxλ3max分别为2.00、6.00、2.00。
2)一致性检验。对D1D2D3实行一致性检验,计算得到CR1CR2CR3分别为0、0、0,结果均小于0.1,满足检验要求,根据D1D2D3计算出各指标主观权重wj1,结果见表4。主观权重矩阵为
基于各指标离散度,利用熵权法对各指标客观赋权,指标离散度愈大,其所占权重亦愈大。各指标因量纲不统一不能对比,故先利用式(2)对其进行无量纲处理。
式中:Yij为标准值;Xij为原始值;Xjmax为第j项最大值;Xjmin为第j项最小值。
将标准值代入式(3)计算出各指标客观权重wj2
式中:pij为指标比重值;f为方案数;Ej为熵值;n为评价指标数。若pij=0,则lnpij无意义,pijlnpij为0。
根据表3及式(2)、式(3)计算得到C1C7的客观权重矩阵为:
基于层次分析法与熵权法对各指标组合赋权,组合权重矩阵公式为[11]

根据式(4)以及Wj1Wj2计算得到C1C7的组合权重矩阵为:
基于模糊综合评价原理,建立各指标与方案间隶属度矩阵,并根据指标组合权重矩阵与隶属度矩阵乘积获得各开采方案综合评价值。综合评价值越高,方案开采安全性越高,采取进路开采顺序越合理。隶属度矩阵由各指标隶属度函数得出,隶属度函数[12]为:
式中:rij为量化值;bij为原始值;d=(bjmax+bjmin)/(1-0.1),bjmax为第j项最大值;bjmin为第j项最小值。
表3数据代入式(5),获得方案集的隶属度矩阵E。得到综合评判矩阵为:
方案2综合评价值最高,开采安全系数最高,因此在保持其他开采技术条件不变的基础上,进路采用方案2(下盘至上盘开采、先开采垂直矿体走向进路)进行开采,采场开采安全性较高。
选择二矿区1 000 m中段1 018 m分段V盘区为现场工业试验地点,V盘区已开采部分进路,故将剩余未开采进路按照优化后开采顺序(下盘至上盘开采、先开采垂直矿体走向进路)进行开采。其中,穿脉道、沿脉道支护方式、充填步骤、起爆药量等开采技术条件均不变。采场进路全部开采完毕后,穿脉道、沿脉道两帮及支护体未出现明显变形破坏现象,顶板未出现显著沉降破坏。综上所述,当进路采用优化后的开采顺序进行开采时,采场整体稳定性较高,能为安全生产提供有效保障。
1)不同进路开采顺序数值分析结果表明,复杂应力环境下采用下向水平分层进路胶结充填采矿法时,走向进路开采顺序和进路开采空间顺序均对开采区域最大主应力、最大拉应力、垂直位移、塑性破坏区以及临近下一采场最大主应力、垂直位移有一定程度影响。
2)根据金川二矿区开采条件,采用组合赋权与模糊综合评价相结合方法对进路开采顺序优化,采用下盘至上盘开采、先开采垂直矿体走向进路进行开采时,采场开采安全性较高。现场工业试验结果表明,采用优化后的开采顺序进行开采时,采场整体稳定性较高,能为安全生产提供有效保障。
